Abstract

本发明公开了一种增温保温沼气池,包括池体、搅拌轴、保温套、温度传感器和加热盘管;所述池体上端依次设有导气管、电机和进料通道;其中,导气管的最下端设有过滤层,导气管还设有抽风机;所述电机驱动连接搅拌轴,搅拌轴设于池体内部,在搅拌轴上设有搅拌桨;所述池体设有保温套,在保温套外还设有解冻套,解冻套的热水入口设于池体的右上方;在池体右侧内壁还设有温度传感器,温度传感器电连接设于池体外的温度报警器,温度报警器上设有显示温度的显示屏。本发明避免反应不充分,保证正常供气,防止泄漏,增加整体的强度,延长使用寿命,温度控制效果好,温度调节速度快、效率高,且环保无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及沼气池技术领域,具体是一种增温保温沼气池。
背景技术
沼气池可以使用20年左右,利用好沼气池不仅可以节约能源、改善和保护环境,还有节约化肥和农药、提高农作物的产量和质量、促进和带动饲养业的发展等诸多好处;沼气池是盛装人畜粪便、秸秆等有机物质的粪池,并将池口密封;在适宜的条件下,产生的可燃性气体;通过沼料在沼气池中发酵,形成清洁、卫生的沼气新能源;然而如今的沼气池也存在着各种各样的问题,特别是北方冬天时,因温度的降低,池内发酵变慢,从而导致沼气量少,而长期使用的导气口也会因为日积月累的沼气及其内含的一些杂质而堵塞导气管,严重影响人们冬天的正常生活质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种避免反应不充分,保证正常供气,防止泄漏,增加整体的强度,延长使用寿命,温度控制效果好,温度调节速度快、效率高,且环保无污染的增温保温沼气池,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种增温保温沼气池,包括池体、搅拌轴、保温套、温度传感器和加热盘管;所述池体上端依次设有导气管、电机和进料通道;其中,导气管的最下端设有过滤层,导气管还设有抽风机;所述电机驱动连接搅拌轴,搅拌轴设于池体内部,在搅拌轴上设有搅拌桨;所述池体设有保温套,保温套包括保温层、防腐层和防漏层;其中,保温层由保温材料层与骨架网浇筑而成,保温层内侧设有防腐层,防腐层内侧设有防漏层;在保温套外还设有解冻套,解冻套的热水入口设于池体的右上方;在池体右侧内壁还设有温度传感器,温度传感器电连接设于池体外的的温度报警器,温度报警器上设有显示温度的显示屏;在所述池体内部、搅拌轴下方设有加热盘管,池体底部左侧设有出料通道;其中,加热盘管整体呈U型状环绕池体内壁布置;在加热盘管的进口设有油泵,油泵连接加热循环系统,同时,加热盘管的出口也连接同一个加热循环系统。
进一步的:所述保温层的厚度为5-10厘米。
进一步的:所述保温材料层为填充泡沫。
进一步的:所述骨架网为铁丝网或者钢丝网,且骨架网设置有两张。
进一步的:所述防漏层采用石漆或沥青材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明中电机带动搅拌轴、搅拌桨对物料进行搅拌,从而增加物料的反应速度,达到增加气体的目的,避免物料因反应不充分而结块;同时,保温套防止沼气池中的原料泄漏,保证了沼气池在低温寒冷的条件下能正常供气,又能防止沼气池中原料泄漏,增加了沼气池池体整体的强度,延长了沼气池的使用寿命;本发明速解冻,温度控制效果好,温度调节速度快、效率高,且环保无污染。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种增温保温沼气池,包括池体1、搅拌轴2、保温套3、温度传感器12和加热盘管14;所述池体1上端依次设有导气管6、电机9和进料通道10;其中,导气管6的最下端设有过滤层7,导气管6还设有抽风机8,抽风机8能够加快池体1内部的空气流动;所述电机9驱动连接搅拌轴2,搅拌轴2设于池体1内部,在搅拌轴2上设有搅拌桨;工作中,电机9带动搅拌轴2、搅拌桨对物料进行搅拌,从而增加物料的反应速度,达到增加气体的目的,避免物料因反应不充分而结块;所述池体1设有保温套3,保温套3包括保温层31、防腐层34和防漏层35;其中,保温层31由保温材料层32与骨架网33浇筑而成,保温层31内侧设有防腐层34,防腐层34内侧设有防漏层35;所述保温层31的厚度为5-10厘米,保温材料层32为填充泡沫,骨架网33为铁丝网或者钢丝网,且骨架网33设置有两张,以加强整体的强度,防漏层35采用石漆或沥青材料;工作中,保温套3防止沼气池中的原料泄漏,保证了沼气池在低温寒冷的条件下能正常供气,又能防止沼气池中原料泄漏;还同时增加了沼气池池体整体的强度,延长了沼气池的使用寿命;在所述保温套3外还设有解冻套4,解冻套4的热水入口11设于池体1的右上方,在冬天温度极低的时候,将开水从热水入口11处倒入解冻套4,从而达到快速解冻的目的;所述池体1右侧内壁还设有温度传感器12,温度传感器12电连接设于池体1外的的温度报警器13,在温度报警器13上设有显示温度的显示屏;工作中,温度报警器13起到温度有效控制,温度过低或过高时,即使发出声音警报,方便快捷;所述池体1内部、搅拌轴2下方设有加热盘管14,池体1底部左侧设有出料通道5;所述加热盘管14整体呈U型状环绕池体1内壁布置;在加热盘管14的进口设有油泵15,油泵15连接加热循环系统16,同时,加热盘管14的出口也连接同一个加热循环系统16;工作中,当池体1内的温度低于或高于预定值时,通过油泵15向加热盘管14内相应泵如高温活低温油液,从而达到调节温度的作用,温度调节速度快、效率高,且加热循环系统环保无污染。

1.一种增温保温沼气池,包括池体(1)、搅拌轴(2)、保温套(3)、温度传感器(12)和加热盘管(14);其特征在于,池体(1)上端依次设有导气管(6)、电机(9)和进料通道(10);其中,导气管(6)的最下端设有过滤层(7),导气管(6)上设有抽风机(8);所述电机(9)驱动连接搅拌轴(2),搅拌轴(2)设于池体(1)内部,在搅拌轴(2)上设有搅拌桨;所述池体(1)设有保温套(3),保温套(3)包括保温层(31)、防腐层(34)和防漏层(35);其中,保温层(31)由保温材料层(32)与骨架网(33)浇筑而成,保温层(31)内侧设有防腐层(34),防腐层(34)内侧设有防漏层(35);在保温套(3)外还设有解冻套(4),解冻套(4)的热水入口(11)设于池体(1)的右上方;在池体(1)右侧内壁还设有温度传感器(12),温度传感器(12)电连接设于池体(1)外的的温度报警器(13),温度报警器(13)上设有显示温度的显示屏;在所述池体(1)内部、搅拌轴(2)下方设有加热盘管(14),池体(1)底部左侧设有出料通道(5);其中,加热盘管(14)整体呈U型状环绕池体(1)内壁布置;在加热盘管(14)的进口设有油泵(15),油泵(15)连接加热循环系统(16),同时,加热盘管(14)的出口也连接同一个加热循环系统(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增温保温沼气池,其特征在于,所述保温层(31)的厚度为5-10厘米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的增温保温沼气池,其特征在于,所述保温材料层(32)为填充泡沫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的增温保温沼气池,其特征在于,所述骨架网(33)为铁丝网或者钢丝网,且骨架网(33)设置有两张。
