背景技术
聚合物及其复合材料应用的场所也是人类生产与生活的主要场所,它们在给人们带来前所未有的舒适与便利的同时,也带来了潜在的火灾危险问题。每年世界范围内的火灾给人类的生命财产造成了巨大的损失,9年我国因火灾造 179成的直接和间接经济损失总和超过印亿元,而这些火灾几乎都涉及到聚合物及其复合材料的燃烧。随着人们防火安全意识的提高,具备阻燃性能的材料在工业领域及日常生活中的应用越来越广泛。为了拓宽耐高温尼龙的应用范围,进一步拓宽尼龙的使用领域,阻燃和玻璃纤维广泛用于尼龙,希望进一步改进尼龙的性能,来满足使用需求,但目前市场上的阻燃尼龙还存在许多不足,耐高温性、力学和耐腐蚀性效果都不佳,而且制作工艺复杂,成本高,需进一步改进。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种改进的阻燃尼龙复合材料,阻燃效果十分优良,具有较好的力学性能,解决因阻燃剂高填充量对复合材料性能的不利影响,耐热性能好、强度好,而且易于操作,对环境友好,环保。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种改进的阻燃尼龙复合材料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
