本发明提供了拉丝机的分线鼓轮结构,其能解决现有拉丝机分线鼓轮易擦伤线材表面的问题,确保拉丝质量。其包括分线鼓轮本体,其特征在于:分线鼓轮本体的外周上套装有分线套,分线套的外周面上沿轴向均布开设有数条周向的分线槽,分线套与鼓轮本体轴向两端通过固定盖和螺栓紧固。

技术领域
本发明涉及拉丝机结构领域,具体为拉丝机的分线鼓轮结构。
背景技术
拉丝机是用于将线径较粗的线材经过拉丝机鼓轮和拉丝模具逐级拉伸后制成线径较细的线材的设备,见图1,图1中7为拉丝机,8为拉丝鼓轮,9为导轮,10为收线盘;目前拉丝鼓轮1多采用合金钢材料制成,结构见图2,其表面较硬,在拉丝过程中容易擦伤线材表面,并且线材在拉丝鼓轮的拉丝轮圈6中易出现滑动现象,从而导致线材缠绕过紧或过松,造成拉丝质量不高,甚至造成断线、停机等事故,严重影响了生产效率。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了拉丝机的分线鼓轮结构,其能解决现有拉丝机分线鼓轮易擦伤线材表面的问题,确保拉丝质量。
拉丝机的分线鼓轮结构,其包括分线鼓轮本体,其特征在于:所述分线鼓轮本体的外周上套装有分线套,所述分线套的外周面上沿轴向均布开设有数条周向的分线槽,所述分线套与所述鼓轮本体轴向两端通过固定盖和螺栓紧固。
进一步的,所述分线槽的槽宽d≤10mm。
进一步的,所述分线套由MC尼龙材料制成。
本发明的有益效果在于:其在分线鼓轮本体的外周上套装分线套并且分线套上沿轴向均布开设分线槽,分线槽能够对线材进行限位,从而有效避免拉丝鼓轮与线材之间的碰擦引起的线材表面的磨损,并且避免线材缠绕过紧、过松或相互擦伤,提高拉丝质量;并且,其通过控制分线槽的槽宽d≤10mm来进一步保证分线槽能对线材进行可靠的限位,从而避免线材在分线槽内的滑动;此外,其分线套采用MC尼龙材料制成,更进一步保护了线材不会受到碰擦磨损,保证拉丝质量。

具体实施方式
见图3,本发明其包括分线鼓轮本体1,分线鼓轮本体1的外周上套装有分线套2,分线套2的外周面上沿轴向均布开设有数条周向的分线槽3,分线套2与鼓轮本体轴向两端通过固定盖4和螺栓5紧固;分线槽3的槽宽d≤10mm;分线套2由MC尼龙材料制成。

1.拉丝机的分线鼓轮结构,其包括分线鼓轮本体,其特征在于:所述分线鼓轮本体的外周上套装有分线套,所述分线套的外周面上沿轴向均布开设有数条周向的分线槽,所述分线套与所述鼓轮本体轴向两端通过固定盖和螺栓紧固。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的拉丝机的分线鼓轮结构,其特征在于:所述分线槽的槽宽d≤10mm。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的拉丝机的分线鼓轮结构,其特征在于:所述分线套由MC尼龙材料制成。
