本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其是一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料。其原料按重量份计为:聚氨酯丙烯酸脂35~45份、水性聚酯丙烯酸酯15~30、荧光粉15~25份、石墨烯15~20份、光引发剂2~4份、流平剂0.3~0.6份、助溶剂5~10份、防沉剂0.2~0.5份、消泡剂1~1.5份、水140~250份。制得产品具有荧光效果及良好的阻燃性,且还具有耐磨、耐划伤、粘度高、成本低、抗菌等特点。

一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其是一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料。
背景技术
溶剂型涂料,经过长期发展,具有高装饰性、耐久的保护性、多功能新;但有机溶剂挥发,造成对环境污染,多数有及溶剂对人、畜、生物,甚至对植物有毒有害。随着人们环境保护意识的增强,涂料工业也开始沿着可持续性方向发展。因此,可以看到越来越多的无溶剂涂料或使用少量挥发性有机化合物的涂料体系出现。安全和低VOC的水性涂料的开发势在必行,与传统油性UV涂料相比,水性UV涂料具有以下优点:
1.减少了大量使用活性稀释剂而引起的固化收缩,可用于非吸收表面,如涂料的涂布;
2.可用廉价的稀释水或者增稠剂方便的控制流变性,使涂料可用用于各种涂装方式;
3.不用高纯度的活性稀释剂来调节粘度,减少了毒性与刺激性等问题;
4.不含挥发的有机溶剂,不易燃烧,比较安全
5.可以得到极薄的涂料减少成本;
6.设备和容器容易清洗。
荧光涂料广泛应用在装饰及标识之中,可以很好的增强的装饰效果,作为消防、逃生指示标识时无需用电、标识清晰等效果。但是在火灾中无法保持其阻燃性。
发明内容
本发明针对上诉问题提出了一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料,具有阻燃、荧光效果好等特点。
为了达到上诉目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料其原料组分按重量份计为:聚氨酯丙烯酸脂35~45份、水性聚酯丙烯酸酯15~30份、荧光粉15~25份、石墨烯15~20份、光引发剂2~4份、流平剂0.3~0.6份、助溶剂5~10份、防沉剂0.2~0.5份、消泡剂1~1.5份、水140~250份。
所述的荧光粉为光致储能夜光粉为单色荧光粉或多色混合荧光粉。
所述的水性聚酯丙烯酸酯为含羧基的聚酯丙烯酸酯。
所述的流平剂为烷基改性有机硅氧烷流平剂、丙烯酸酯流平剂或聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂。
所述的光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、二苯基-(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧磷、二苯甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯中的一种或几种。
所述的防沉剂为气相二氧化硅防沉剂或改性聚脲的N一甲基吡咯烷酮防沉剂。
使用本发明制取的产品具有以下优点:
1.不污染环境、固化效果好、具有荧光作用;
2.加入石墨烯,涂层硬度高、耐磨、柔韧性好、有一定的抗菌作用;
3.荧光颜色丰富多样、可根据需要进行调节;
4.采用聚氨酯丙烯酸脂、水性聚酯丙烯酸酯作为涂料底料,遇火时发生泡沫膨胀、能有效的达到高阻燃效果。
具体实施方案
为进一步阐述本发明所达到的预定目的与技术手段及功效,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料其原料组分按重量份计为:聚氨酯丙烯酸脂35份、水性聚酯丙烯酸酯15份、荧光粉15份、石墨烯15份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯2份、烷基改性有机硅氧烷流平剂0.3份、助溶剂7份、气相二氧化硅防沉剂0.3份、消泡剂1份、水140份。制取的荧光涂料具有成本低廉、环保的特点,且涂层阻燃性好、硬度高、耐磨、柔韧性好、具有一定抗菌作用。
实施例2:一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料其原料组分按重量份计为:聚氨酯丙烯酸脂40份、水性聚酯丙烯酸酯20份、荧光粉20份、石墨烯20份、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮4份、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂0.6份、助溶剂8份、改性聚脲的N一甲基吡咯烷酮防沉剂0.5份、消泡剂1.5份、水250份。制取的荧光涂料具有成本低廉、环保的特点,且涂层阻燃性好、硬度高、耐磨、柔韧性好、具有一定抗菌作用。
实施3:一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料其原料组分按重量份计为:聚氨酯丙烯酸脂45份、水性聚酯丙烯酸酯28份、荧光粉18份、石墨烯18份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯2份、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮2份、丙烯酸酯流平剂0.5份、助溶剂10份、气相二氧化硅防沉剂0.3份、消泡剂1.2份、水220份。制取的荧光涂料具有成本低廉、环保的特点,且涂层阻燃性好、硬度高、耐磨、柔韧性好、具有一定抗菌作用。
实施4:一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料其原料组分按重量份计为:聚氨酯丙烯酸脂38份、水性聚酯丙烯酸酯30份、荧光粉18份、石墨烯18份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯1份、二苯甲酮2份、丙烯酸酯流平剂0.5份、助溶剂10份、气相二氧化硅防沉剂0.3份、消泡剂1.4份、水170份。制取的荧光涂料具有成本低廉、环保的特点,且涂层阻燃性好、硬度高、耐磨、柔韧性好、具有一定抗菌作用。

1.一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份计为:聚氨酯丙烯酸脂35~45份、水性聚酯丙烯酸酯15~30份、荧光粉15~25份、石墨烯15~20份、光引发剂2~4份、流平剂0.3~0.6份、助溶剂5~10份、防沉剂0.2~0.5份、消泡剂1~1.5份、水140~250份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料,其特征在于:荧光粉为光致储能荧光粉为单色荧光粉或多色混合荧光粉。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料,其特征在于:水性聚酯丙烯酸酯为含羧基的聚酯丙烯酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料,其特征在于:流平剂为烷基改性有机硅氧烷流平剂、丙烯酸酯流平剂或聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料,其特征在于:光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、二苯基-(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧磷、二苯甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种阻燃荧光紫外固化水性涂料,其特征在于:防沉剂为气相二氧化硅防沉剂或改性聚脲的N一甲基吡咯烷酮防沉剂。
