Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料及其制备方法,其由丁苯橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、苎麻纤维、费托蜡、聚醚型聚氨酯、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯、偏磷酸钡、双硬脂酸铝、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、甲基丙烯酸锌、煅烧黄土、高耐磨炭黑等原料制备而成。本发明结合了丁苯橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶等原料的优点,并添加了三甘醇二异辛酸酯、柠檬酸三乙酯、高耐磨炭黑、碳化锆、碳化铬等原料,提升了传统丁苯橡胶电缆料的性能,使其具备优良的抗温差和高耐磨的性能,同时还添加了可以提升材料阻燃、耐老化等性能的添加剂,能够在多风沙、温差大的环境下使用,市场应用前景广阔。

一种用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆材料,具体地说是涉及一种用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着中国经济的持续快速发展,电线电缆已广泛应用于各个行业领域,是国内仅次于汽车行业的第二大行业,但普通电线电缆在不同的环境使用过程中,由于与其它物体摩擦碰撞或侵蚀,导致电缆橡胶表面被破坏或失去原有的性能,尤其是在风沙环境下使用,电缆的外护材料层会经常受到风沙的侵蚀、摩擦,导致电缆的使用寿命下降。如果电缆料的耐磨碰撞、耐温度、耐介质、耐老化、阻燃性能达不到需求,会频繁发生电气事故,给人民和国家带来损失。另外随着国家对电力安全要求的进一步提高,对电力用电线电缆的质量将越来越高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:丁苯橡胶130-150、丙烯酸酯橡胶12-16、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯8-12、苎麻纤维20-30、费托蜡4-6、聚醚型聚氨酯5-9、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯2-4、偏磷酸钡5-7、双硬脂酸铝6-8、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚7-9、甲基丙烯酸锌4-7、煅烧黄土20-25、高耐磨炭黑30-35、三甘醇二异辛酸酯6-10、锡酸锌2-4、过氧化二异丙基苯3-4、硫磺1-2、钼酸钙4-5、柠檬酸三乙酯5-10、碳化锆8-10、碳化铬10-12。
一种用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将丁苯橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、费托蜡、聚醚型聚氨酯、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯、偏磷酸钡、双硬脂酸铝、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚预混合,然后加入质量分数为8%氢氧化钠溶液使得到的物料的pH值为8-8.5,静置20-30min后加入苎麻纤维、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为200-240r/min;
(2)然后将甲基丙烯酸锌、煅烧黄土、高耐磨炭黑、三甘醇二异辛酸酯、锡酸锌、过氧化二异丙基苯、硫磺、钼酸钙、柠檬酸三乙酯、碳化锆、碳化铬等原料与步骤(1)中的混合物加热充分混合,加热温度为70-80℃;
(3)然后将步骤(2)中的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,采用螺杆转速是50-80r/min,在双螺杆挤出机分六段加热,第一段加热温度在90-100℃,第二段加热温度在105-120℃,第三段加热温度在120-130℃,第四段加热温度在130-140℃,第五段加热温度在140-150℃,第六段加热温度在150-160℃,即得到所述用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明结合了丁苯橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶等原料的优点,并添加了三甘醇二异辛酸酯、柠檬酸三乙酯、高耐磨炭黑、碳化锆、碳化铬等原料,提升了传统丁苯橡胶电缆料的性能,使其具备优良的抗温差和高耐磨的性能,同时还添加了可以提升材料阻燃、耐老化等性能的添加剂,能够在多风沙、温差大的环境下使用,市场应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:丁苯橡胶130、丙烯酸酯橡胶12、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯8、苎麻纤维20、费托蜡4、聚醚型聚氨酯5、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯2、偏磷酸钡5、双硬脂酸铝6、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚7、甲基丙烯酸锌4、煅烧黄土20、高耐磨炭黑30、三甘醇二异辛酸酯6、锡酸锌2、过氧化二异丙基苯3、硫磺1、钼酸钙4、柠檬酸三乙酯5、碳化锆8、碳化铬10。
一种用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将丁苯橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、费托蜡、聚醚型聚氨酯、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯、偏磷酸钡、双硬脂酸铝、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚预混合,然后加入质量分数为8%氢氧化钠溶液使得到的物料的pH值为8-8.5,静置20-30min后加入苎麻纤维、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为200-240r/min;
(2)然后将甲基丙烯酸锌、煅烧黄土、高耐磨炭黑、三甘醇二异辛酸酯、锡酸锌、过氧化二异丙基苯、硫磺、钼酸钙、柠檬酸三乙酯、碳化锆、碳化铬与步骤(1)中的混合物加热充分混合,加热温度为70-80℃;
(3)然后将步骤(2)中的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,采用螺杆转速是50-80r/min,在双螺杆挤出机分六段加热,第一段加热温度在90-100℃,第二段加热温度在105-120℃,第三段加热温度在120-130℃,第四段加热温度在130-140℃,第五段加热温度在140-150℃,第六段加热温度在150-160℃,即得到所述用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料。
实施例2:
一种用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:丁苯橡胶140、丙烯酸酯橡胶14、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯10、苎麻纤维25、费托蜡5、聚醚型聚氨酯7、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯3、偏磷酸钡6、双硬脂酸铝7、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚8、甲基丙烯酸锌5.5、煅烧黄土22.5、高耐磨炭黑32.5、三甘醇二异辛酸酯8、锡酸锌3、过氧化二异丙基苯3.5、硫磺1.5、钼酸钙4.5、柠檬酸三乙酯7.5、碳化锆9、碳化铬11。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
一种用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:丁苯橡胶150、丙烯酸酯橡胶16、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯12、苎麻纤维30、费托蜡6、聚醚型聚氨酯9、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯4、偏磷酸钡7、双硬脂酸铝8、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚9、甲基丙烯酸锌7、煅烧黄土25、高耐磨炭黑35、三甘醇二异辛酸酯10、锡酸锌4、过氧化二异丙基苯4、硫磺2、钼酸钙5、柠檬酸三乙酯10、碳化锆10、碳化铬12。
制备方法同实施例1。
上述实施例1-3制得的丁苯橡胶电缆料的性能检测结果如下表所示:

Claims (2)

1.一种用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:丁苯橡胶130-150、丙烯酸酯橡胶12-16、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯8-12、苎麻纤维20-30、费托蜡4-6、聚醚型聚氨酯5-9、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯2-4、偏磷酸钡5-7、双硬脂酸铝6-8、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚7-9、甲基丙烯酸锌4-7、煅烧黄土20-25、高耐磨炭黑30-35、三甘醇二异辛酸酯6-10、锡酸锌2-4、过氧化二异丙基苯3-4、硫磺1-2、钼酸钙4-5、柠檬酸三乙酯5-10、碳化锆8-10、碳化铬10-12。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将丁苯橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、费托蜡、聚醚型聚氨酯、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯、偏磷酸钡、双硬脂酸铝、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚预混合,然后加入质量分数为8%氢氧化钠溶液使得到的物料的pH值为8-8.5,静置20-30min后加入苎麻纤维、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为200-240r/min;
(2)然后将甲基丙烯酸锌、煅烧黄土、高耐磨炭黑、三甘醇二异辛酸酯、锡酸锌、过氧化二异丙基苯、硫磺、钼酸钙、柠檬酸三乙酯、碳化锆、碳化铬等原料与步骤(1)中的混合物加热充分混合,加热温度为70-80℃;
(3)然后将步骤(2)中的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,采用螺杆转速是50-80r/min,在双螺杆挤出机分六段加热,第一段加热温度在90-100℃,第二段加热温度在105-120℃,第三段加热温度在120-130℃,第四段加热温度在130-140℃,第五段加热温度在140-150℃,第六段加热温度在150-160℃,即得到所述用于风沙地区的抗温差高耐磨丁苯橡胶电缆料。
