The invention adopts the white environment-friendly printing base material to replace the transparent PVC material, and provides the method for processing the printing sheet of the electronic display screen, so that the window of the display screen has higher flatness and better transparency, and simultaneously, the offset printing cost can be reduced, and the resources are saved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a processing method of an electronic display screen printing sheet, in particular to a processing method of an intelligent visual IC card electronic display screen printing sheet.
Background
With the rapid development of network information technology, information security has become very important. The traditional magnetic stripe card has low technical content and small information storage capacity, is easy to copy and faces to be eliminated. The intelligent visual IC card has large information storage capacity, high reliability and high safety of information recording, and will gradually replace the existing magnetic strip card.
The intelligent visual IC card appearing in the current market continues to use the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material used by the traditional magnetic stripe card on the card base material selection. However, PVC materials are non-environmentally friendly materials, and release harmful gases at high temperatures, which are harmful to the environment, and have been gradually eliminated in the industry. Meanwhile, the transparent PVC is used as a printing substrate, and backlight ink such as black ink and silver ink needs to be offset printed on a non-printing surface, so that the process is complicated and resources are wasted. When the white environment-friendly printing substrate is selected, the problems of smoothness and transparency of the window of the electronic display screen can occur.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for processing a printed sheet for an electronic display screen, the method comprising the steps of: utilizing a positioning punching device to punch the white printing base material to a window range with a preset size to form the printing base material with a display window; punching a window patch with a preset size on a transparent patch substrate by using positioning punching equipment, wherein the size of the window patch is the same as the size of the window range; the thickness of the window patch is the same as that of the printing substrate with the display window; taking one surface of the printing base material with the display window as a printing surface, and covering the printing surface with a layer of printing base material protective film by using hot-pressing equipment; thermally fixing the window patch in a display window of the printing substrate with the display window to form a printing sheet; and carrying out hot-pressing treatment on the printed sheet by using a laminating machine to form the electronic display screen printed sheet with the window.
Preferably, the material of the white printing substrate is polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene terephthalate-1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol ester (PETG), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) or Polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) material.
Preferably, the transparent patch substrate is made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene terephthalate-1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol ester (PETG), Polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA), Polycarbonate (PC) or a polyethylene terephthalate/polyethylene terephthalate-1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol ester (PET)/PETG co-extruded film transparent material.

punching the transparent patch substrate into a window patch with a preset size by using positioning punching equipment; the size of the window patch is the same as the size of the window range, and the thickness of the window patch is the same as that of the printing substrate with the display window;
taking one surface of the printing base material with the display window as a printing surface, and covering the printing surface with a layer of printing base material protective film by using hot-pressing equipment;
thermally fixing the window patch in a display window of the printing substrate with the display window to form a printing sheet;
and carrying out hot-pressing treatment on the printed sheet by using a laminating machine to form the electronic display screen printed sheet with the window.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the material of the white printing substrate is polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene terephthalate-1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol ester (PETG), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), or Polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) material.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the transparent patch substrate is made of one of PET, PETG, PHA, or PC coextruded film transparent materials.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material of the printing substrate protective film is one of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene terephthalate-1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol ester (PETG), Polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) or Polycarbonate (PC) co-extruded film transparent material.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the hot press apparatus is a laminator.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the device used to thermally fix the window patch within the display window of the printed substrate having a display window is an electric soldering iron.
