Abstract

本发明涉及基于磁流变效应的具有定位防滑移功能的十字螺丝刀。用于当螺丝刀拧紧或者松开螺栓时,防止因用力过猛而导致螺丝刀头和螺栓头产生相对滑移从而破坏螺栓头的现象的发生。该装置是山外壳、磁流变液、隔离圈、电磁线圈、活塞、密封圈、活塞杆、横杆、连杆、夹持杆、十字螺丝刀头、体积补偿器、滑块、按钮、滑槽组成。当十字螺丝刀头伸入螺栓头后,往上滑动滑块,使得夹持杆紧紧夹住螺栓头,然后按下按钮通电使得螺丝刀头、螺栓头、夹持杆三者在拧螺丝刀时不产生相对滑移,最终在保证螺栓头没有划伤的情况下拧紧或松开螺栓,接下来再次按下按钮断电,往下滑动滑块使得夹持杆松开螺栓头,完成整个拧紧或松开螺栓过程。

技术领域
本发明涉及具有定位防滑移功能的十字螺丝刀,尤其是涉及基于磁流变效应的具有定位防滑移功能的十字螺丝刀。
背景技术
在机械零部件的组装过程中,大部分零部件都是通过螺栓连接,经常会发生这样的情况:工作人员在拧紧或松开螺栓的时候,螺丝刀头部与螺栓头部发生相对滑移,在螺栓头部强度不够的情况下会导致螺栓头部被螺丝刀头部磨损,最后造成拧不紧或者松不开的尴尬情况。为防止这种情况的发生,本发明利用磁流变液具有反应快速、连续、可逆、剪切屈服应力高、耗能低等特点,将其与螺丝刀的机械结构结合,设计一种具有定位防滑移功能的十字螺丝刀。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供基于磁流变效应的具有定位防滑移功能的十字螺丝刀。
为了有效的解决十字螺丝刀的如上所述的不足,本发明是按如下方式来实现的:该装置是由外壳,磁流变液,隔离圈,电磁线圈,活塞,密封圈,活塞杆,横杆,连杆,夹持杆,十字螺丝刀头,体积补偿器,滑块,按钮,滑槽组成。其内部结构为:活塞开有凹槽,电磁线圈绕在其中;外壳上端开有通导轨,下端开有半封闭导轨,导轨底端设有体积补偿器,活塞两端的活塞杆与这两个导轨配合滑移,且它们之间通过密封圈配合;外壳、活塞杆、密封圈形成一个封闭的腔室,磁流变液密封在其中;电磁线圈通过隔离圈与磁流变液隔离;活塞杆与横杆固连,横杆与连杆以及连杆与夹持杆的连接方式为铰链接;外壳开有滑槽,滑块与活塞固连,并且通过滑块带动活塞上下滑移,按钮设置在滑块上面,控制电磁线圈电流的通断。
当十字螺丝刀头伸入螺栓头后,往上滑动滑块,从而带动活塞向上滑移,通过活塞杆、横杆、连杆的传动,最终使得夹持杆紧紧夹住螺栓头,然后按下按钮,电磁线圈通电使得螺丝刀头、螺栓头、夹持杆三者在拧紧或松开螺栓时不产生相对滑移,最终在保证螺栓头没有划伤的情况下拧紧或松开螺栓,接下来再次按下按钮使得电磁线圈断电,往下滑动滑块使得夹持杆松开螺栓头,完成整个拧紧或松开螺栓过程。
本发明所述的基于磁流变效应的具有定位防滑移功能的十字螺丝刀的积极效果在于:利用磁流变液具有反应快速、连续、可逆、剪切屈服应力高、耗能低等特点,将其与螺丝刀的机械结构结合,设计一种具有定位防滑移功能的十字螺丝刀。在整个装置中所需的磁流变液体积只有7mL,而剪切屈服应力可达到300Mp,因此,整个装置结构非常紧凑,可操作性强、响应迅速,可靠性高,造价便宜。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。
结合图1和图2,本发明基于磁流变效应的具有定位防滑移功能的十字螺丝刀,该装置是由外壳1、磁流变液2、隔离圈3、电磁线圈4、活塞5、密封圈6、活塞杆7、横杆8、连杆10、夹持杆11、十字螺丝刀头12、体积补偿器14、滑块15、按钮16、滑槽17组成。其内部结构为:活塞5开有凹槽,电磁线圈4绕在其中;外壳1上端开有通导轨,下端开有半封闭导轨,导轨底端设有体积补偿器14,活塞5两端的活塞杆7与这两个导轨配合滑移,且它们之问通过密封圈6配合;外壳1、活塞杆7、密封圈3形成一个封闭的腔室,磁流变液2密封在其中;电磁线圈4通过隔离圈3与磁流变液2隔离;活塞杆7与横杆8固连,横杆8与连杆10以及连杆10与夹持杆11的连接方式为铰链接9;外壳1开有滑槽17,滑块15与活塞5固连,并且通过滑块15带动活塞5上下滑移,按钮16设置在滑块15上面,控制电磁线圈4电流的通断。
利用磁流变液2具有反应快速、连续、可逆、剪切屈服应力高、耗能低等特点,将其与螺丝刀的机械结构结合,设计一种具有定位防滑移功能的十字螺丝刀。在整个装置中所需的磁流变液体积只有7mL,而剪切屈服应力可达到300Mp,因此,整个装置结构非常紧凑,可操作性强、响应迅速,可靠性高,造价便宜。
