一种拉深切边模,其特征是凸模为上小下大的阶梯形结构,上面较小部分为拉深段,其外形与待加工拉深件内腔相吻合,与凹模的单边间隙为待加工材料厚度的1.15倍,凸模下面较大部分为切边段,其外形与待加工拉深件外形相一致,与凹模的双边间隙为待加工材料厚度的8%~10%,凸模中间阶梯处的台阶周边有刀刃。使用中,凹模下行,凸模上面的拉深段将待加工材料拉深到所需高度时,凸模下面的切边段与凹模形成所需的冲裁间隙将边缘切断。拉深和切边同时完成,操作方便,产品质量稳定可靠,生产效率高,成本低。

本发明涉及一种机械加工的冷冲压模具,特别是一种拉深切边模。
背景技术
拉深零件在拉深过程中容易因各种原因导致边缘不平整,需要进行切边,目前普遍是利用车床、切边机等机械设备进行切削,所需切边余量大,生产效率低,质量不稳定,综合成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述不足之处,而提供一种拉深和切边同时完成,产品质量稳定可靠,生产效率高的拉深切边模。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种拉深切边模,包括凸模、凹模、定位器、推件板、推杆、顶杆、下模座、上模座、模柄,其特征是凸模为上小下大的阶梯形结构,上面较小部分为拉深段,其外形与待加工拉深件内腔相吻合,与凹模的单边间隙为待加工材料厚度的1.15倍,凸模下面较大部分为切边段,其外形与待加工拉深件外形相一致,与凹模的双边间隙为待加工材料厚度的8%~10%,凸模中间阶梯处的台阶周边有刀刃。
本发明由于采用以上设计,凸模的拉深段与凹模形成拉深材料所需的拉深间隙,凸模的切边段与凹模形成所需的冲裁间隙,使用中,凹模随机床滑块下行,凸模上面的拉深段将待加工材料拉深到所需高度时,凸模下面的切边段与凹模形成所需的冲裁间隙将边缘切断。拉深和切边同时完成,操作方便,产品质量稳定可靠,生产效率高,成本低。

如图1所示,一种拉深切边模,包括凸模4、凹模5、定位器3、推件板6、推杆9、顶杆2、下模座1、上模座7、模柄8,凸模4为上小下大的阶梯形结构,上面较小部分为拉深段,其外形与待加工拉深件内腔相吻合,与凹模5的单边间隙为待加工材料厚度的1.15倍,凸模4下面较大部分为切边段,其外形与待加工拉深件外形相一致,与凹模5的双边间隙为待加工材料厚度的8%~10%,凸模4中间阶梯处的台阶周边有刀刃。
