Claims (20)

1.一种软管绞盘轴承装置,所述软管绞盘轴承装置将能够转动的回转轴支撑在固定软管绞盘框架上,所述轴承装置包括:
固定轴承座圈,所述固定轴承座圈被固定到固定软管绞盘框架,并且具有用于支承轴向载荷的固定弧形台肩,用于支承径向载荷的固定圆柱形台肩,以及固定截头圆锥中间部;
转动轴承座圈,所述转动轴承座圈被固定到能够转动的回转轴,并且具有用于支承轴向载荷的转动弧形台肩,用于支承径向载荷的转动圆柱形台肩,以及转动截头圆锥中间部;
轴承,所述轴承被固定弧形台肩和转动弧形台肩轴向地支持,并且被固定圆柱形台肩和转动圆柱形台肩径向地支持;以及
其中,固定圆柱形台肩和转动圆柱形台肩是平面的,从而导致轴承与固定圆柱形台肩和转动圆柱形台肩之间的点接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软管绞盘轴承装置,其中,转动圆柱形台肩与固定圆柱形台肩轴向地重叠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的软管绞盘轴承装置,其中,转动圆柱形台肩位于固定圆柱形台肩的径向内部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的软管绞盘轴承装置,其中,转动弧形台肩和固定弧形台肩具有共享的第一曲率半径,并且轴承具有比第一曲率半径小的第二曲率半径。
5.根据权利要求1所述的软管绞盘轴承装置,其中,固定截头圆锥中间部和转动截头圆锥中间部分别小于50°地围绕轴承的圆周。
6.根据权利要求1所述的软管绞盘轴承装置,其中,轴承装置还包括被设置为将润滑剂保持在轴承装置内部的润滑剂密封件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的软管绞盘轴承装置,其中,所述轴承装置上的轴向载荷导致轴承与转动圆柱形台肩和固定圆柱形台肩点接触。
8.根据权利要求1所述的软管绞盘轴承装置,其中,所述轴承装置上的轴向载荷导致轴承与转动弧形台肩和固定弧形台肩线性接触。
9.一种被连接到软管绞盘卷轴的软管绞盘入口旋转接头,包括:
固定入口旋转接头壳体,所述固定入口旋转接头壳体具有被设置为接收来自流体源的流体的第一流体通道,
回转轴,所述回转轴被机械地连接到软管绞盘卷轴,至少部分地沿着转动轴线延伸,并且流体地密封到入口旋转接头并且能够相对于入口旋转接头转动,所述回转轴具有第二流体通道,所述第二流体通道经由非限制的开口与第一流体通道流体地连接;
旋转接头出口壳体,所述旋转接头出口壳体从回转轴延伸并且穿过软管绞盘卷轴,并且具有第三流体通道,所述第三流体通道经由非限制的开口与第二流体通道流体地连接;
轴承装置,所述轴承装置能够转动地支撑回转轴,所述轴承装置包括:
轴承;
固定轴承座圈,所述固定轴承座圈具有用于轴向载荷的第一弧形台肩,用于径向载荷的第一圆柱形台肩,以及第一截头圆锥部;
转动轴承座圈,所述转动轴承座圈具有与来自于第一弧形台肩的支承作用相反的第二弧形台肩,与来自于第一圆柱形台肩的支承作用相反的第二圆柱形台肩,以及第二截头圆锥部;并且
其中,第一圆柱形台肩和第二圆柱形台肩是平面的,从而导致轴承与第一圆柱形台肩和第二圆柱形台肩之间的点接触。
10.根据权利要求9所述的软管绞盘入口旋转接头,其中,回转轴被固定地连接到旋转接头出口壳体。
11.根据权利要求9所述的软管绞盘入口旋转接头,其中,第二弧形台肩被定位成靠近固定入口旋转接头,并且第一弧形台肩被定位成靠近旋转接头出口壳体。
12.根据权利要求9所述的软管绞盘入口旋转接头,其中,固定轴承座圈被固定到固定软管绞盘框架。
13.根据权利要求9所述的软管绞盘入口旋转接头,其中,第一流体通道将流体直接进送到第二流体通道。
14.根据权利要求9所述的软管绞盘入口旋转接头,其中,第二圆柱形台肩与第一圆柱形台肩轴向地重叠。
15.根据权利要求9所述的软管绞盘入口旋转接头,其中,第二圆柱形台肩被定位成径向地位于第一圆柱形台肩内,并且第二弧形台肩被定位成比第一弧形台肩轴向地更加靠近固定入口旋转接头。
16.根据权利要求9所述的软管绞盘入口旋转接头,其中,第一截头圆锥部和第二截头圆锥部分别小于50°地围绕轴承的圆周。
17.一种软管绞盘组件,包括:
软管绞盘框架,
入口旋转接头壳体,所述入口旋转接头壳体被固定到软管绞盘卷轴并且具有被设置为接收来自流体源的流体的第一流体通道,
回转轴,所述回转轴流体地密封到入口旋转接头并且能够相对于入口旋转接头转动,所述回转轴具有第二流体通道,所述第二流体通道经由非限制的开口与第一流体通道流体地连接;
软管绞盘卷轴,所述软管绞盘卷轴通过回转轴相对于软管绞盘框架被能够转动地支撑;
旋转接头出口壳体,所述旋转接头出口壳体从回转轴穿过软管绞盘卷轴延伸到软管连结器,并且具有第三流体通道,所述第三流体通道经由非限制的开口与第二流体通道流体地连接;
轴承装置,所述轴承装置将回转轴能够转动地支撑在软管绞盘框架上,所述轴承装置包括:
轴承;
固定轴承座圈,所述固定轴承座圈具有用于轴向载荷的固定弧形台肩,用于径向载荷的固定圆柱形台肩,以及固定截头圆锥中间部;
转动轴承座圈,所述转动轴承座圈具有与来自于固定弧形台肩的支承作用相反的转动弧形台肩,与来自于固定圆柱形台肩的支承作用相反的转动圆柱形台肩,以及转动截头圆锥中间部;并且

19.根据权利要求17所述的软管绞盘组件,其中,所述轴承装置上的轴向载荷导致轴承与转动弧形台肩和固定弧形台肩线性接触,但是不与固定截头圆锥中间部和转动截头圆锥中间部线性接触。
20.根据权利要求17所述的软管绞盘组件,其中,所述轴承装置能够支承至少150lbs的径向载荷,和至少2000lbs的轴向载荷。
