Abstract

本发明涉及一种超厚环保地板材料,所述地板材料的原料配方为:PVC树脂粉100重量份、增塑剂48~55重量份、钙锌稳定剂2~6重量份、碳酸钙40~50重量份、脱模剂1.5~2.5重量份、促进剂1~3重量份;所述地板材料的厚度为0.8~1.1mm。本发明通过改进配方,得到相容性好的地板材料,其不仅厚度更优,而且具有平整性好、无花斑等特性,可以满足不同使用者的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板材料,尤其是涉及一种超厚环保地板材料。
背景技术
建筑材料是指用于建筑和土木工程领域的各种材料的总称,简称“建材”。狭义上的建材是指用于土建工程的材料,如钢、木材、玻璃、水泥、涂料等,通常将水泥、钢材和木材称为一般建筑工程的三大材料。广义上的建材还包括用于建筑设备的材料,如电线、水管等。建筑学科的“建筑材料”是指对不同建筑材料的物理和化学特性进行研究的学科。
地板,即房屋地面或楼面的表面层,是建筑材料的一种。由木料或其他材料做成。地板的分类有很多,按结构分类有:实木地板、强化复合木地板、实木复合地板、竹木地板、软木地板以及目前最流行的多层实木复合地板等;按用途分类有:家用、商业用、防静电地板、户外地板、舞台舞蹈专用地板、运动馆场内专用地板、田径专用地板等;按环保等级分类有:E0级地板、JAS星级标准的F4星地板等等。
目前,随着社会的发展人们生活条件越来越好,对于家具或公共场所的环境质量追求也相应的不断提高,尤其是地面装饰,目前普遍采用陶瓷地砖或木质地板或大理石地板。陶瓷地砖和大理石地板重量较大且含有微量元素的辐射,地板较滑,安装费时费钱,木地板不仅面临着怕水怕火等问题且对森林资源造成极大的浪费和破坏。
另外,为了防止地板材料表面出现不平整或有花斑等情况的产生,现有的地板材料其厚度一般控制在0.7mm以下,不能满足越来越多使用者的更多需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种厚且平整性好、无花斑的超厚环保地板材料。
一种超厚环保地板材料,所述地板材料的原料配方为:PVC树脂粉100重量份、增塑剂48~55重量份、钙锌稳定剂2~6重量份、碳酸钙40~50重量份、脱模剂1.5~2.5重量份、促进剂1~3重量份;所述地板材料的厚度为0.8~1.1mm。
作为优选,所述地板材料的幅宽为2.0~2.5m。突破了现有技术中幅宽的限定,可以达到一个较宽的幅宽。
作为优选,所述增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯、乙酰基柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸三丁酯、环己烷-1,2-羧酸壬酯、环氧蓖麻油中的任一种。
作为优选,所述脱模剂为聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸钙、硬脂醇中的一种或二种以上的任意组合。
作为优选,所述促进剂为硬脂酸锌。
作为优选,所述地板材料的原料配方为:PVC树脂粉100重量份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯52重量份、钙锌稳定剂4重量份、碳酸钙45重量份、硬脂酸丁酯2重量份、硬脂酸锌2重量份;所述地板材料的厚度为1.0mm,幅宽为2.16m。
作为优选,所述地板材料的原料配方为:PVC树脂粉100重量份、乙酰基柠檬酸三丁酯50重量份、钙锌稳定剂5重量份、碳酸钙48重量份、聚乙烯蜡0.5重量份、硬脂酸钙1.0重量份、硬脂醇1.0重量份、硬脂酸锌3重量份;所述地板材料的厚度为1.1mm,幅宽为2.43m。
本发明通过改进配方,得到相容性好的地板材料,其不仅厚度更优,而且具有平整性好、无花斑等特性,可以满足不同使用者的需求。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
实施例1
一种超厚环保地板材料,所述地板材料的原料配方为:PVC树脂粉100重量份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯52重量份、钙锌稳定剂4重量份、碳酸钙45重量份、硬脂酸丁酯2重量份、硬脂酸锌2重量份;所述地板材料的厚度为1.0mm,幅宽为2.16m。
本发明制备得到的地板材料不仅具有更高的厚度(一般地板材料的厚度在0.7mm以下),更宽的幅宽,而且产品相容性好,底板材料表面平整,无花斑、气斑等产生。
实施例2
一种超厚环保地板材料,所述地板材料的原料配方为:PVC树脂粉100重量份、乙酰基柠檬酸三丁酯50重量份、钙锌稳定剂5重量份、碳酸钙48重量份、聚乙烯蜡0.5重量份、硬脂酸钙1.0重量份、硬脂醇1.0重量份、硬脂酸锌3重量份;所述地板材料的厚度为1.1mm,幅宽为2.43m。
实施例3
一种超厚环保地板材料,所述地板材料的原料配方为:PVC树脂粉100重量份、环氧蓖麻油55重量份、钙锌稳定剂6重量份、碳酸钙50重量份、聚乙烯蜡1.5重量份、硬脂酸锌3重量份;所述地板材料的厚度为0.8mm,幅宽为2.01m。
实施例4
一种超厚环保地板材料,所述地板材料的原料配方为:PVC树脂粉100重量份、环己烷-1,2-羧酸壬酯48重量份、钙锌稳定剂2重量份、碳酸钙40重量份、硬脂醇1.5重量份、硬脂酸锌1重量份;所述地板材料的厚度为0.9mm,幅宽为2.21m。

Claims (7)

1.一种超厚环保地板材料,其特征在于:所述地板材料的原料配方为:PVC树脂粉100重量份、增塑剂48~55重量份、钙锌稳定剂2~6重量份、碳酸钙40~50重量份、脱模剂1.5~2.5重量份、促进剂1~3重量份;所述地板材料的厚度为0.8~1.1mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超厚环保地板材料,其特征在于:所述地板材料的幅宽为2.0~2.5m。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超厚环保地板材料,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯、乙酰基柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸三丁酯、环己烷-1,2-羧酸壬酯、环氧蓖麻油中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超厚环保地板材料,其特征在于:所述脱模剂为聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸钙、硬脂醇中的一种或二种以上的任意组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超厚环保地板材料,其特征在于:所述促进剂为硬脂酸锌。
6.根据权利要求1所述的超厚环保地板材料,其特征在于:所述地板材料的原料配方为:PVC树脂粉100重量份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯52重量份、钙锌稳定剂4重量份、碳酸钙45重量份、硬脂酸丁酯2重量份、硬脂酸锌2重量份;所述地板材料的厚度为1.0mm,幅宽为2.16m。
7.根据权利要求1所述的超厚环保地板材料,其特征在于:所述地板材料的原料配方为:PVC树脂粉100重量份、乙酰基柠檬酸三丁酯50重量份、钙锌稳定剂5重量份、碳酸钙48重量份、聚乙烯蜡0.5重量份、硬脂酸钙1.0重量份、硬脂醇1.0重量份、硬脂酸锌3重量份;所述地板材料的厚度为1.1mm,幅宽为2.43m。
