[0016] These and other features of the present utility model will be elucidated in the following embodiments of the present utility model.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0017] Features, objects and advantages of the present utility model can be easily understood with the reference to detailed description of the non-limiting embodiments taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
[0018] Figure 1 illustrates a cross section view of a laminate flooring according to an embodiment of the present utility model;
[0019] Figure 2 illustrates a cross section view of a laminate flooring according to another embodiment of the present utility model.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0020] The embodiments of the present utility model are discussed in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0021] Figure 1 illustrates a cross section view of a laminate flooring according to an embodiment of the present utility model. The laminate floor comprises a wooden layer 102, a magnesium oxide layer 104 and a buffer layer 106, wherein the magnesium oxide layer 104 is between the wooden layer 102 and the buffer layer 106. When installing the laminate flooring, the buffer layer 106 is positioned close to the ground, for example, on a cement floor or brick floor, and the wooden layer 102 is positioned away from the ground. Therefore with reference to the ground, the laminate floor comprises the wooden layer 102, magnesium oxide layer 104 and buffer layer 106 in a top-down order.
[0022] In an embodiment, the buffer layer 106 comprises plastics or rubber, therefore the laminate floor is elastic and comfortable to walk on. Preferably, the rubber can be recycled rubber, which improves the use efficiency of resources and reduces the adverse impact on the environment. [0023] Compared with the wooden bottom layer of the conventional wooden laminate flooring, the magnesium oxide layer 104 of the laminate flooring of the present utility model has better flexibility. Moreover, the buffer layer 106 is also flexible, which makes the magnesium oxide layer 104 of the laminate flooring perfectly fit to the ground, and therefore the soundproofing performance of the laminate flooring is significantly improved. [0024] As described above, the magnesium oxide layer 104 on the buffer layer 106 is the main material of the laminate flooring. The magnesium oxide features good moisture proofing, erode proofing, fireproofing, and free of deformation. When the laminate flooring has been installed, the magnesium layer 104 is positioned between the wooden layer 102 and ground, which effectively prevents the moisture in the earth from eroding the wooden layer 102, and then the duration of the wooden layer 102 can be extended. Furthermore, the magnesium oxide layer 104 also features good soundproofing, and therefore the overall soundproof ability of the flooring is further improved, thus this laminate floor is particularly suitable for flooring pavement in storied buildings.
[0025] Preferably, the laminate flooring of the present utility model can comprise a heating device. For example, the heating device is configured outside the buffer layer 106. Since heat coming from the heating device can spread easily and fast through the magnesium oxide layer 104 and up into the room, and the magnesium oxide layer 104 can also keep warm longer, the magnesium oxide layer 104 is better for floor heating.
[0026] The wooden layer 102 on the magnesium oxide 104 can be solid wood, high density board or middle density board, which are more decorative. It accords with user's demand to keep wooden layer 102 on the laminate flooring, and then the experience of using the laminate flooring of the present utility model is the same as or similar to the conventional wooden laminate flooring or solid wood flooring.
[0027] In practical applications, the capability of moisture proofing and anti-deformation of the laminate flooring changes with the thickness of the wooden layer 102 and the magnesium oxide layer 104. In a preferred embodiment, the magnesium oxide layer 104 has a thickness from 8 to 15 millimeters. In another embodiment, the wooden layer 102 has a thickness from 0.5 to 8 millimeters. Such configuration for thickness ensures the laminate flooring has perfect performance of anti-deformation and soundproofing. Moreover, since wood with large consumption has been substituted by the magnesium oxide layer 104, the laminate flooring of the present utility model reduces the influence to the natural environment with cheaper manufacturing costs. [0028] In an embodiment, the laminate flooring can be shaped as square, rectangle, parallelogram, hexagon, octagon and so on, and each side of the laminate flooring can have a connecting structure such as tongue or groove for the ease of connection. In another embodiment, the laminate flooring can use click systems to joint to each other, such as single click system or double click system. It should be understood that the present utility model is not limited to the connection manner.
[0029] Figure 2 illustrates a cross section view of a laminate flooring according to another embodiment of the present utility model. The laminate flooring comprises a protective coating 208, a wooden layer 202, a magnesium oxide layer 204 and a buffer layer 206 in a top-down
order, wherein the protective coating 208 covers the surface of the wooden layer 202. In an embodiment, the protective coating 208 is paints.
[0030] Since the protective coating 208 is positioned on the laminate flooring, the performance of the laminate flooring can be improved by changing the material and color of the protective coating 208. For example, the capability of waterproofing of the laminate flooring can be further improved by coating good waterproof paints.
[0031] Although the present utility model has been described above in the accompanying drawings and detailed descriptions, it should be understood that such descriptions are merely illustrative and are not limited; the present utility model is not limited to such embodiments. It will also be readily understood those skilled in this art may understand and implement other variations from the disclosed embodiments by studying the specification, disclosed contents, accompanying drawings and appended claims.
