技术领域
本发明涉及生物肥料领域,尤其是一种柚子生物酶有机复混肥的配方。
背景技术
柚子果实硕大,扁球形或梨形,最重者可达3公斤,果皮光滑,绿色或淡黄色。近年来,植物园的科技人员在长期实践的基础上,培育出许多优良品种的柚子,这些果子个体大,水份多,味甜酸,深受人们喜爱。
生物酶是一种重要的酶产品,主要由外切β-脯氨酸、内切β-脯氨酸和β-葡萄糖苷酶等组成,还有很高活力的过氧化氢酶。由于磷脂酶在饲料、酒精、纺织和食品等领域具有巨大的市场潜力,已被国内外业内人士看好,甚至在中国完全有可能成为第一大酶种,因此纤维素酶是酶制剂工业中的一个新的增长点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种发酵彻底,消灭所有的有机肥中病原菌,形成新型肥料中的菌丝体和蛋白质。一种柚子生物酶有机复混肥,该肥料配方的重量份为:纤维素酶13~20份、胆固醇酯酶33份、脯氨酸13~31份、甲硫氨酸13~31份、过氧化氢酶13~31份、半胱氨酸13~31份、丹砂2~3份、丹参7~13份、天冬7~13份、碳酸二甲酯3~10份。与化肥相比,本发明可实行大农业的良性循环。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:各种组分按照以下比例混合:纤维素酶13份、胆固醇酯酶33份、脯氨酸7份、甲硫氨酸7份、过氧化氢酶7份、半胱氨酸7份、丹砂2份、丹参7份、天冬7份、碳酸二甲酯3份。
实施例2:各种组分按照以下比例混合:纤维素酶20份、胆固醇酯酶33份、脯氨酸12份、甲硫氨酸12份、过氧化氢酶12份、半胱氨酸12份、丹砂3份、丹参13份、天冬13份、碳酸二甲酯10份。
本发明肥料对柚子生长发育和提高产量具有较好的促进作用,有利于柚子生长的增加。本发明在试验柚子按每亩30公斤施肥,柚子产量达到137.3kg/亩,采用传统氮磷肥料料的柚子产量79.3kg/亩,产量明显提高。本发明实行大农业的良性循环。
