Abstract

Description

用于制造管体的焊接设备
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1前序部分所述的焊接设备、一种用于应用在这种焊接设备中的接触带以及一种按照独立权利要求14前序部分所述的方法。
在现有技术中已知,由基底通过焊接基底的两个边缘制造管体,其中,基底容纳并且熔化在两个接触带之间,所述接触带的形式通常为通过高频照射源加热的钢带。在此,层压材料表面熔化,其可以由此附着在接触带上,这一方面可能影响所制造的管体尤其是焊缝的质量,另一方面也可能影响焊接设备本身。这使得焊接设备可能需要经常清洁和/或维护。
因此在现有技术中,将用作焊接带的钢带涂覆特氟龙(PTFE),以便防止融化的塑料附着在焊接带上并且由此在待制造的焊缝上留下痕迹。为了涂覆特氟龙层,使钢带表面变粗糙并且在压力下涂覆特氟龙,因此特氟龙机械地附着在钢带上。由于机械附着力有限,特氟龙可能从钢带上裂开,由此影响管体的质量,因为一方面特氟龙可能与管体分开,并且另一方面钢带(由于抗附着层的部分损失)又更强烈地附着。特氟龙的流动性也是已知的,也就是特氟龙随着时间的推移从大多加载压力的区域移出,由此使功能区域内的厚度在长时间以后减小并且使带不能使用。
EP 2 319 681 A1、CH 695 937 A5、EP 0 498 764 A1、EP 0 264 663 A2以及EP 2 502 725 A1描述了用于制造管体的典型焊接设备。已知焊接设备的主要特征是,所述焊接设备实现连续的焊接工艺,也就是焊接过程,其中待焊接的基底在其向前运输的过程中首先成型为管状并且随即在焊接过程中相对于焊接装置沿输送方向输送。对于所使用的接触带尤其是焊接带的质量具有很高要求,所述焊接带在待焊接的纵向边缘的区域内贴靠在基底上,接触带表面中的每个不均匀之处在制造的焊缝上都能看到。
由制造书封面的不同专业领域已知,如在DE 38 07 164 A1中描述的那样,将聚酰亚胺薄膜作为分隔薄膜布置在焊接装置与待焊接的基底之间。与制造管相对,制造书封面是按照周期的过程,其中在焊接过程中基底与焊接装置不会相对彼此移动。此外,书封面焊接与用于制造管的基底焊接的区别在于,与在制造管时只需要在边缘侧焊接的基底相比,在书封面焊接中使用的基底明显更宽并且在更大的宽度延伸上相互焊接。
由现有技术出发,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,这样改进按本发明所述类型的焊接设备、用于应用在这种焊机设备中的接触带以及按本发明所述类型的方法,从而改善所制造的管体的质量并且提高焊机设备的使用寿命。
该技术问题按本发明通过具有权利要求1所述特征的设备、通过具有权利要求13所述特征的接触带应用以及通过具有独立权利要求14所述特征的方法解决;本发明的有利的扩展设计在从属权利要求中描述。为了避免重复,在设备方面公开的特征也视为在方法方面公开并且要求保护,以及在方法方面公开的特征也视为在设备方面公开并且要求保护。在焊接设备范围内或者总体地涉及的接触带的设计对于接触带单独地和其在管体制造背景下的应用以及对于按照权利要求1的具有这种接触带的焊接设备同样视为公开并且要求保护。
在本发明使用的焊接设备中,焊接两个基底边缘,其中,连续的(周向封闭的)接触带贴靠在基底上,并且其中,借助配属于基底和/或接触带的能量源焊接基底。在此,基底从能量源旁边输送经过。
作为能量源例如可以使用加热金属层的感应式元件。
通过按照本发明地在接触带上设置无缝的具有聚酰亚胺的接触面,减小了接触带与基底之间的磨损。此外,防止了可能在用PTFE涂层的带中出现的流动,因为聚酰亚胺是网状的聚合物。接触面在此理解为设计和布置用于与基底接触的面。
聚酰亚胺的特征在于其在附着力较小的同时尤其即使相对于特氟龙涂层也具有较高的温度稳定性以及形状稳定性。由于附着力较小,抑制了基底和/或焊接设备的磨损并且由此抑制了它们的老化。由于温度稳定性较高,主要也可以提高工艺速度,由此提高焊接设备的效率。优选有至少75%的重量百分比、特别优选至少95%的质量百分比的芳香族聚酰亚胺用作用于聚酰亚胺接触面的聚酰亚胺。
一般而言,通过本发明能够令人惊讶地将聚酰亚胺用作制造管体的焊接设备中的抗附着层,因为聚酰亚胺由于尤其相对特氟龙不容易涂覆的特性最开始会被认为是不合适的,并且首先不会显而易见地看到将聚酰亚胺用于这个领域的优点。
在按照本发明的用于制造管体的焊接设备中使用的按照本发明的至少一个接触带的主要特征在于,实现了由聚酰亚胺构成的无缝的接触面,无缝的特性对于工艺起到决定性意义,因为每条缝都会在所制造的管体的焊缝上产生不期望的痕迹,因为这是连续的工艺,其中在焊接过程中基底从焊接装置旁边输送经过,也就是首先连续地制造连续的管体,其在焊接过程之后才被截取为单独的管体。本领域技术人员不会有动机将由不同专业领域即书封面制造工艺中已知的如DE 38 071 64 A1中描述的在该处使用的聚酰亚胺薄膜作为接触带用于在此关注的管体制造工艺或者考虑这种不同专业领域的现有技术。主要原因在于,与按照本发明的工艺不同,在已知的不同专业领域的制造工艺中涉及的是按照周期的方法,其中在焊接过程中聚酰亚胺薄膜不会相对于基底运动,通常存在于连续的聚酰亚胺薄膜中的聚酰亚胺接触表面的缝部位通过相应的时钟周期或者工艺控制这样定位,使得它们在焊接过程中这样相对于基底布置,从而使缝部位或接缝部位不与焊接区域接触。由于本领域技术人员由DE 38 071 64 A1不能得到关于具有无缝的聚酰亚胺接触面的接触带的启示,因此无缝的聚酰亚胺接触面非常难制造。对于与DE 38071 64 A1类似地完全由聚酰亚胺构成的连续接触带满足无缝接触表面的条件的情况,接触带不能通过粘接或者焊接聚酰亚胺带的两个端部制造,因为由此必然会得到不期望的有缝的聚酰亚胺接触面。按照本发明设计的聚酰亚胺带必须直接连续地,也就是一件式地制造,例如通过空心体、如空心圆柱体,在空心体的内侧配设有聚酰亚胺漆并且将得到的聚酰亚胺带向内从优选刚性的空心体上取下。在此有利的是,在涂覆聚酰亚胺漆之前在空心体的内表面上设置分隔器件,以便由此实现聚酰亚胺与空心体的无损的分离。作为备选,可以在柔性载体,例如在其外侧上尤其在中间布置用于之后更简单地分离的分隔器件的情况下设置聚酰亚胺漆,并且在聚酰亚胺漆硬化之后,例如沿箱内的方向从得到的连续无缝的聚酰亚胺带上拆下柔性载体。本领域技术人员由DE 38 070 164 A1不能得到关于接触带作为焊接带的备选变型实施形式的启示,所述焊接带具有金属载体层,所述金属载体层如之后还要阐述的那样能够以耗费的方式配设聚酰亚胺涂层。在此,优选使芳香族的四碳酸酐和芳香族的二胺转化为聚酰胺碳酸,其中,将所述溶液作为漆涂覆在载体金属层、尤其是钢带上。
作为补充或备选,可以考虑将载体金属浸渍在这种溶液中,其中,通过使用高温分离出水并且溶剂被蒸发。
此外,以下事实也妨碍将由不同技术领域的DE 38 07 164 A1已知的聚酰胺薄膜转用于管体焊接装置,即,在已知方法中应用的薄膜具有明显更大的宽度(书封面宽度),并且因此所使用的导引件和驱动机构尤其在芯轴内部不能用于导引基底。
按照扩展设计,基底优选在两侧分别贴靠在接触带上,也就是除了前述的(第一)接触带还设有第二接触带。两个接触带优选具有带聚酰亚胺的用于设置在基底上的接触面。由此确保基底在两侧被导引,其中,基底中的剪力保持较小。
第一和/或第二接触带的整个接触面优选均由聚酰亚胺和/或含有聚酰亚胺的材料制成。在此,将第一或第二接触带的所有表面区段的和视作第一或第二接触带的整个接触面,它们设计和布置用于与基底直接接触。换而言之,第一和/或第二接触带优选只通过聚酰亚胺面接触基底。
接触面优选作为涂层涂覆在即使金属尤其是钢上,优选涂覆在连续的钢带上。这具有很多优点。一方面,通过涂层实现了更薄的结构,由此可以更有效地将热量以更小的温度梯度从金属传输至基底。此外,不需要单独的粘接层,所述粘接层尤其在工艺速度较高和/或运行温度较高时可能脱落。涂层尤其可以直接涂覆在金属上和/或通过底漆作为唯一的中间层进行涂覆。
对于粘上的薄膜,所述薄膜必然有接缝部位,所述接缝部位又可能成为所制造的管体的焊缝上的不期望的痕迹。接缝部位的另一缺点在于,在该处粘上的带可能开始脱离钢带。
然而,聚酰亚胺由于其化学不可溶性和其呈网状的特性不能以融化的方式加工,因此如对于特氟龙的已知涂层方法不能转用到聚酰亚胺上。本发明基于的认知是,通过以下方式仍可以在钢带上涂覆聚酰亚胺涂层,即,在分两步的方法中涂覆涂层,其由用于围绕电导线制造绝缘层的铜线漆的不同技术领域中已知,并且将该涂层结合到本领域中带来的优点也不辜负这可能更复杂的制造方法。
聚酰亚胺接触面的聚酰亚胺涂层可以例如由此制造,即,使芳香族的四碳酸酐如均酐(1,2,4,5-均苯四甲酸二酐)或者联苯四碳酸酐和芳香族的二胺如4,4’-二氨基二苯醚在无水的极性溶剂如N-甲基吡咯烷酮或者二甲基甲酰胺中转化为聚酰胺碳酸,其中,所述溶液作为漆涂覆在钢带上。作为补充或备选,钢带可以浸渍在这种溶液中。通过使用优选超过300℃、特别优选超过360℃的高温转化为聚酰亚胺,其中分离出水并且溶剂蒸发。
由此实现了特别有利的接触带设计,其将尤其相对于特氟龙使用聚酰亚胺的优点与涂层相对于粘接聚酰亚胺薄膜的优点相统一。
由此制造的聚酰亚胺表面在防磨损方面比PTFE涂层更稳定或者也是粘接的聚酰亚胺薄膜的备选方式。接触带也可以备选地完全由聚酰亚胺制造。
接触表面优选由聚酰亚胺制造为一体部件,也就是已经连续地制造,并且尤其不为了得到连续的表面而焊接或粘接在一起。由此形成无缝的表面。
通过设计由聚酰亚胺制成或者具有聚酰亚胺的接触面,可以在接触带上制造特别光滑的表面,由此又同样使所制造的管体上的焊缝是光滑的。
仍可以有意识地使接触表面变得粗糙。由此例如可以实现的是,在所制造的管体中,焊缝具有与焊缝之外的管体其余表面相同(或类似)的粗糙度。接触面的表面粗糙度Ra优选在1nm至5μm之间。
如果接触带具有金属层,则其可以通过以下方式用作焊接带,即金属层通过能量源、例如感应式地通过高频交流电场加热。
如果基底具有金属层,则该金属层能够以相应方式(作为对接触带中的金属层的备选或补充)加热以便焊接。因此在管体中通常由于铝层的较高不透气作用而使用铝层,其在此可以用作用于焊接的加热层。
基底边缘可以在焊接时重叠或者基底边缘可以抵接地焊接。
单独的管体优选通过截取基底的连续管形状而制成。
第一和/或第二接触带的宽度优选在2至40mm之间,优选在4至20mm之间和/或沿周向的长度延伸(周向延伸)大于1m,优选大于1.5m。宽度方向在此尤其垂直于接触带的周向方向和厚度方向并且优选处于具有聚酰亚胺接触面的平面内。
本发明的其它优点、特征和细节由以下参照附图对优选实施例的描述得出。在附图中:

图1示出用于在边缘侧焊接基底4的两个在图2中所示的基底边缘2、3的焊接设备1的重要构件。基底边缘2、3相互焊接并且由此形成用于包装管的管体。
焊接设备1包括连续的环绕驱动的第一接触带5和区段性地平行于其延伸的连续的环绕驱动的第二接触带6,所述第一接触带5在此设计为具有用聚酰亚胺涂层的钢带的焊接带。在此处于下方的第二焊接带6设计为用聚酰亚胺涂层的钢带的形式,其构成所谓的内部焊接带,它以其在附图平面的右侧的区段7伸入未示出的待制造的管体内,而第一接触带5沿外表面延伸。第一接触带5被导引通过多个辊子并且设有沿周向驱动第一接触带5的第一电动驱动器。此外,第一接触带配置有用于按定义地绷紧第一接触带5的第一绷紧装置9。第二接触带6配置有类似构造的第二绷紧装置10。此外设有第二电动驱动器11。
总地来说,设备1包括分别设计为高频发电机的能量源12、13(第一能量源12、第二能量源13),它们按照本身已知的方式设计并且能够与相应的接触带5、6共同作用。在处于对置的能量源12、13之间的区域内,未示出的基底边缘相互焊接以形成纵向焊缝。在能量源12、13之后布置有由冷却杆构成的冷却区25,用于快速冷却接合的基底边缘2、3。在冷却区25之后布置有未示出的切割器件,用于将连续的管截取为单独的管体。
第一接触带5这样用聚酰亚胺涂层,使得用于接触基底的接触面35由聚酰亚胺构成。涂层由此制造,即形式为均酐(1,2,4,5-均苯四甲酸二酐)的芳香族的四碳酸酐和形式为4,4’-二氨基二苯醚的芳香族的二胺在形式为N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)的无水的极性溶剂中转化为聚酰胺碳酸,并且将所述溶液作为漆涂覆在钢带上。通过使用超过360℃的高温转化为聚酰亚胺,其中分离出水并且溶剂蒸发。
图2只用于说明焊接设备1的工作方式。图2示出剖切按照图1的焊接区得到的示意剖面图。
如图2所示,每个能量源12、13包括线圈19、20和铁素体芯21、22,其中,在每个线圈19、20与配属的接触带5、6之间布置有绝缘层23、24。
在此示例性地示出两个线圈19、20。在此原则上一个线圈19或20就足够了。
图3示出焊接设备1,其中两个抵接布置的基底边缘2、3被三明治状地夹紧,所述基底边缘2、3属于以略微不同的速度运行的两个焊接带5、6。按照图3的焊接设备1在其余部分与图2所示的焊接设备1一致。

Claims (16)

1.一种用于通过在边缘侧焊接两个基底边缘(2、3)、尤其是两个层压材料边缘来制造管体的焊接设备(1),
具有连续的环绕的用于放置在基底(4)上的第一接触带(5),
具有用于提供焊接能量的能量源(12、13),并且
具有用于在焊接基底边缘(2、3)的过程中沿能量源(12、13)输送基底(4)的器件,
其特征在于,所述第一接触带(5)具有用于放置在基底(4)上的无缝的聚酰亚胺接触面(35)。
2.按权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,设有连续的环绕的第二接触带(6),所述第二接触带(6)优选具有用于放置在基底上的无缝的聚酰亚胺接触面(36)。
3.按权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述接触带(5、6)布置为,使得基底(4)能够容纳、尤其是夹紧在所述接触带之间并且与所述接触带(5、6)一起运输。
4.按前述权利要求之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一和/或第二接触带(5或6)的用于接触基底(4)的整个接触面、优选是整个第一和/或第二接触带(5或6)完全由聚酰亚胺构成。
5.按权利要求1至4之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一和/或第二接触带(5或6)的聚酰亚胺接触面(35、36)涂覆在金属、尤其是钢上。
6.按权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于,所述聚酰亚胺接触面(35、36)的聚酰亚胺在没有位于其间的粘接层的情况下直接地、必要时通过底漆涂覆在金属上。
7.按前述权利要求之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一和/或第二接触带(5或6)的聚酰亚胺接触面(35、36)是粗糙的,尤其具有1nm至5μm之间的粗糙度Ra和/或所述第一和/或第二连续的接触带具有大于1m、优选大于1.5m、优选在1.3m至6m之间的长度,和/或具有2mm至50mm之间、优选4mm至20mm之间的宽度。
8.按前述权利要求之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一和/或第二接触带(5或6)的聚酰亚胺接触面(35、36)的聚酰亚胺在至少50%的重量百分比上、优选在至少75%的重量百分比上、特别优选在至少95%的重量百分比上由芳香族聚酰亚胺构成。
9.按前述权利要求之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一和/或第二接触带(5或6)的聚酰亚胺接触面通过涂覆具有四碳酸酐和二酰胺的溶液并且接着优选在超过300℃的、特别优选超过360℃的温度下聚缩而制造成聚酰亚胺。
10.按前述权利要求之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一和/或第二接触带(5或6)制造成单构件式的优选无接缝的由聚酰亚胺构成的部件。
11.按前述权利要求之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一和/或第二接触带(5或6)的聚酰亚胺接触面(35、36)的层厚在5至100μm之间,优选在10至40μm之间,特别优选在20至30μm之间。
12.一种按权利要求1至11之一所述的焊接设备(1)的应用,所述焊接设备具有包括优选至少一个聚合物层的基底(4),所述焊接设备用于通过在边缘侧焊接两个基底边缘(2、3)、尤其是多层式层压材料的两个层压材料边缘来制造管体。
13.一种将连续的优选设计为焊接带的接触带作为第一和/或第二接触带用于在优选按权利要求1至11之一所述的焊接设备(1)中制造管体的应用,所述第一和/或第二接触带具有无缝的用于放置在用于成型管体的基底上的聚酰亚胺接触面(35、36),所述焊接设备(1)包括用于在焊接过程中将基底(4)从用于提供焊接能量的能量源旁边输送经过的器件。
14.一种用于制造管体的方法,其中,通过尤其按权利要求1至11之一所述的焊接设备(1)在两个基底边缘(2、3)处边缘侧地焊接基底(4),其中,连续的第一接触带(5)贴靠在基底上,并且其中,借助能量源(12、13)焊接基底(4),在焊接过程中将基底(4)从能量源旁边输送经过,
其特征在于,
第一接触带(5)优选只通过无缝的聚酰亚胺接触面(35、36)接触基底(4)。
15.按权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述能量源(12、13)加热基底(4)中的金属层,尤其是铝层。
16.按权利要求14或15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述能量源(12、13)优选通过电感加热第一接触带(5)中的金属层,尤其是钢层。
