现有技术中,为保证飞机或直升机各部件之间获得尽可能好的导电性,需要在飞机或直升机各部件之间进行搭铁。搭铁线是飞机或直升机进行搭铁的一种有效措施。搭铁线通常制作成一端或几端与飞机或直升机设备相连,另一端与飞机或直升机结构相连的形式。便捷的搭铁线拆装方法可大大提高飞机或直升机的使用和维护性能。然而,某些设备或结构拆装比较频繁,这就造成当前的搭铁线技术,在安装和拆卸时较为不便,安装后的可靠性不高,这也增加了飞机或直升机的使用和维护成本。

本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供了一种搭铁线连接方法,满足了飞机或直升机搭铁的实际需要,可以有效提高飞机或直升机的使用和维护性能,工艺简单,成本较低。
考虑到现有技术的上述问题,根据本发明公开的一个方面,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明提出的搭铁线连接方法由一个套管和两个搭铁线插头装配后完成,以实现两根搭铁线的连接。每根防波套与一个搭铁线插头相连接,两个搭铁线插头的外面装有一个套管,将两根搭铁线连接在一起。
本发明提出了一种结构简单、成本较低的搭铁线连接方法,工艺简单,操作方便,缩短了飞机或直升机的维护周期,提高了飞机或直升机的使用和维护性能,实用性好,可靠性高。

步骤1:安装搭铁线插头
将防波套(3)插入左右两个搭铁线插头(2)的内腔(10)中,使用专用工具,在搭铁线插头(2)的圆周上四点压紧,将搭铁线插头(2)与防波套(3)固定在一起;
步骤2:安装套管
通过套管(1)的左连接端(4)和右连接端(5),分别将左右两个搭铁线插头(2)插入套管(1),搭铁线插头(2)的限位凸起(9)分别与套管(1)上的左凹槽(6)和右凹槽(7)相嵌合固定;套管(1)底部还具有间隙(8),在左右两个搭铁线插头(2)插入套管(1)时产生一定的弹性形变,最终使套管(1)紧箍在搭铁线插头(2)上,将两个搭铁线插头(2)连接在一起,完成搭铁线连接。

1.一种搭铁线连接方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:安装搭铁线插头
将防波套(3)插入左右两个搭铁线插头(2)的内腔(10)中,使用专用工具,在搭铁线插头(2)的圆周上四点压紧,将搭铁线插头(2)与防波套(3)固定在一起;
步骤2:安装套管
通过套管(1)的左连接端(4)和右连接端(5),分别将左右两个搭铁线插头(2)插入套管(1),搭铁线插头(2)的限位凸起(9)分别与套管(1)上的左凹槽(6)和右凹槽(7)相嵌合固定;套管(1)底部还具有间隙(8),在左右两个搭铁线插头(2)插入套管(1)时产生一定的弹性形变,最终使套管(1)紧箍在搭铁线插头(2)上,将两个搭铁线插头(2)连接在一起,完成搭铁线连接。
