本发明涉及一种拼接式空调箱,其特征在于,所述空调箱包括箱体,所述箱体的一端设置有进风口,另一端设置有出风口,所述箱体设置为长方体或者正方体,箱体里面设置有可拆卸组装的功能单元,相邻的功能单元之间设置有密封垫,所述功能单元包括混合单元、表冷单元、过滤单元、加热单元、加湿单元、风机单元,消音单元,从前往后在箱体内的顺序为混合单元、表冷单元、过滤单元、加热单元、加湿单元、风机单元,消音单元。首先该空调箱体内的功能单元可以灵活拆卸、组装,并且便于后续进行二次改造,该箱体内还增设了净化单元以及消音单元,使得箱体可以进一步净化空气质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空调箱,具体涉及一种拼接式空调箱。
背景技术
空调系统在电子工业、医药等领域使用非常普遍,而且随着高科技的发展,空气净化的应用范围也越来越广泛。为了提高产品的质量,很多企业也在考虑对生产车间空调系统进行改造,这时可能会出现既有设备间偏小的问题,这因为空调箱功能比较多,尺寸较大,往往长度达到7~13米。    现在雾霾又成为一种新的安全因素,在日益影响和威胁着人民的生活及身心健康,随着人民对生活质量的不断提高,空气净化正从工业商业领域走进公寓、别墅、学校等民用建筑。 空调箱,正由于其功能众多,除了提供给空调区域冷量或热量外,还常常担负着湿度的调节和空气净化的使命。但是,现有空调箱的外部箱体基本是一个整体结构,然后各个功能单元位于箱体内依次固定。因其整体性较强,在运输、安装及日后维护变更等方面存在以下问题:1)由于箱体是安装固定好直接送到客户手中,因此存在体积较大,运输成本提高,到现场后搬运定位困难,并且后期维护不易等诸多问题;2)由于箱体中没有净化空气以及吸附等相关结构部件,因此,现有的箱体没有再次净化空气的作用;3)由于箱体的整体性固定,后续很难对设备进行改造或者增加其他功能;4)现有的箱体内没有消音单元,工作时,噪音比较大,因此,迫切需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
   本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种拼接式空调箱,首先该空调箱体内的功能单元可以灵活拆卸、组装,并且便于后续进行二次改造,该箱体内还增设了净化单元以及消音单元,使得箱体可以进一步净化空气质量。
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明公开的技术方案如下:一种拼接式空调箱,其特征在于,所述空调箱包括箱体,所述箱体的一端设置有进风口,另一端设置有出风口,所述箱体设置为长方体或者正方体,箱体里面设置有可拆卸组装的功能单元,相邻的功能单元之间设置有密封垫,所述功能单元包括混合单元、表冷单元、过滤单元、加热单元、加湿单元、风机单元,消音单元,从前往后在箱体内的顺序为混合单元、表冷单元、过滤单元、加热单元、加湿单元、风机单元,消音单元。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述消音单元包括消音筒,所述消音筒的两端设置为喇叭状接口,所述消音筒设置为圆柱型筒体,消音筒里面设置有消音棉。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述过滤单元包括第一层过滤网、第二层过滤网和第三层过滤网,其中第一层过滤网的厚度为2--4mm,第二层过滤网的厚度为4—7mm,第三层过滤网的厚度为7—10mm。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述密封垫的厚度为1-2mm,进一步确保功能单元之间的密封性。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述箱体设置为双层玻璃钢板框架,里面填充有高密度聚氨酯。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述功能单元还包括净化单元,所述净化单元设置在消音单元的后面。用于净化空气中的微细粉尘、细菌及有害物质。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述功能单元还包括吸附单元,所述吸附单元设置在净化单元的后面。吸附单元里面设置有活性炭和一些化学物质,用于再次吸附空气中的微细粉尘、细菌及有害物质。在实际应用中,该技术方案可以根据实际需要再增加一个或者多个功能单元,例如再增加过滤单元、消音单元等等。
相对于现有技术,本发明的优点如下,1)整个技术方案设计巧妙,结构紧凑;2)该空调箱体内的功能单元可以灵活拆卸、组装,并且便于后续进行二次改造,减小了整个体积,降低了运输成本;3)该箱体内还增设了净化单元,使得箱体可以进一步净化空气质量;4)该箱体内还设置有吸附单元,用于再次吸附空气中的微细粉尘、细菌及有害物质;5)该技术方案中设置了消音单元,进一步降低箱体内的噪音,6)该技术方案成本较低,便于大规模的推广应用。

参见图1,一种拼接式空调箱,所述空调箱包括箱体1,所述箱体的一端设置有进风口11,另一端设置有出风口12,所述箱体设置为长方体或者正方体,箱体里面设置有可拆卸组装的功能单元,相邻的功能单元之间设置有密封垫14,所述功能单元包括混合单元1、表冷单元2、过滤单元3、加热单元4、加湿单元5、风机单元6,消音单元13,从前往后在箱体内的顺序为混合单元1、表冷单元2、过滤单元3、加热单元4、加湿单元5、风机单元6,消音单元13。
实施例2:
参见图1、图2,作为本发明的一种改进,所述消音单元13包括消音筒15,所述消音筒的两端设置为喇叭状接口16,所述消音筒设置为圆柱型筒体,消音筒里面设置有消音棉17。其余结构和优点与实施例1完全相同。
实施例3:
参见图1,作为本发明的一种改进,所述过滤单元包括第一层过滤网31、第二层过滤网32和第三层过滤网33,其中第一层过滤网31的厚度为2--4mm,第二层过滤网32的厚度为4—7mm,第三层过滤网33的厚度为7—10mm。其余结构和优点与实施例1完全相同。
实施例4:
参见图1,作为本发明的一种改进,所述密封垫14的厚度为1-2mm,进一步确保功能单元之间的密封性。其余结构和优点与实施例1完全相同。
实施例5:
参见图1,作为本发明的一种改进,所述箱体1设置为双层玻璃钢板框架,里面填充有高密度聚氨酯10。其余结构和优点与实施例1完全相同。
实施例6:
参见图1,作为本发明的一种改进,所述功能单元还包括净化单元7,所述净化单元7设置在消音单元的后面。用于净化空气中的微细粉尘、细菌及有害物质。其余结构和优点与实施例1完全相同。
实施例7:
参见图1,作为本发明的一种改进,所述功能单元还包括吸附单元8,所述吸附单元8设置在净化单元7的后面。吸附单元里面设置有活性炭和一些化学物质,用于再次吸附空气中的微细粉尘、细菌及有害物质。在实际应用中,该技术方案可以根据实际需要再增加一个或者多个功能单元,例如再增加过滤单元、消音单元等等。其余结构和优点与实施例1完全相同。
本发明还可以将实施例2、3、4、5、6、7所述技术特征中的至少一个与实施例1组合,形成新的实施方式。
需要说明的是,上述实施例仅仅是本发明的较佳实施例,并没有用来限定本发明的保护范围,在上述技术方案的基础上作出的等同替换或者替代,均属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种拼接式空调箱,其特征在于,所述空调箱包括箱体,所述箱体的一端设置有进风口,另一端设置有出风口,所述箱体设置为长方体或者正方体,箱体里面设置有可拆卸组装的功能单元,相邻的功能单元之间设置有密封垫,所述功能单元包括混合单元、表冷单元、过滤单元、加热单元、加湿单元、风机单元,消音单元,从前往后在箱体内的顺序为混合单元、表冷单元、过滤单元、加热单元、加湿单元、风机单元,消音单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拼接式空调箱,其特征在于,所述消音单元包括消音筒,所述消音筒的两端设置为喇叭状接口,所述消音筒设置为圆柱型筒体,消音筒里面设置有消音棉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的拼接式空调箱,其特征在于,所述过滤单元包括第一层过滤网、第二层过滤网和第三层过滤网,其中第一层过滤网的厚度为2--4mm,第二层过滤网的厚度为4—7mm,第三层过滤网的厚度为7—10mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的拼接式空调箱,其特征在于,所述密封垫的厚度为1-2mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的拼接式空调箱,其特征在于,所述箱体设置为双层玻璃钢板框架,里面填充有高密度聚氨酯。
6.根据权利要求5所述的拼接式空调箱,其特征在于,所述功能单元还包括净化单元,所述净化单元设置在消音单元的后面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的拼接式空调箱,其特征在于,所述功能单元还包括吸附单元,所述吸附单元设置在净化单元的后面。
