本发明公开了一种自动化程度高的自动双控联动球阀,包括:上阀体和下阀体,在所述上阀体的两侧设置有上法兰,在所述下阀体的两侧设置有下法兰,所述上法兰和下法兰通过固定螺栓和固定螺母相连接,在所述上阀体内设置有上进口通道和上出口通道,在所述上阀体内通过上阀盖设置有上球体阀芯,所述上阀盖通过上螺钉固定设置在上阀体上,在所述上球体阀芯内设置有与上进口通道和上出口通道相互连通的上连接通道,在所述上球体阀芯与上阀体和上阀盖之间设置有密封塞,在所述下阀体的外侧固定设置有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的电机轴通过减速齿轮箱与转轴相连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,尤其涉及一种自动双控联动球阀。
背景技术
在石油、化工等行业的管道上都会使用到阀门,用于管道内液体、气体介质的切断,现有阀门在使用过程中,每条管道上都需要单独安装一个阀门,投资成本高,增加了企业的负担,现有的两条管道不能同时进行切断,切断效率差,同时现有的阀门一般都是采用人工手动开启和关闭,遇到大型阀门,需要多人一起合力完成,工作效率低,浪费人力,不能很好地满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种自动化程度高的自动双控联动球阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:自动双控联动球阀,包括:上阀体和下阀体,在所述上阀体的两侧设置有上法兰,在所述下阀体的两侧设置有下法兰,所述上法兰和下法兰通过固定螺栓和固定螺母相连接,在所述上阀体内设置有上进口通道和上出口通道,在所述上阀体内通过上阀盖设置有上球体阀芯,所述上阀盖通过上螺钉固定设置在上阀体上,在所述上球体阀芯内设置有与上进口通道和上出口通道相互连通的上连接通道,在所述上球体阀芯与上阀体和上阀盖之间设置有密封塞,所述上球体阀芯的上端与上阀盖相抵,在所述上球体阀芯的下端镶嵌有上方形卡块,所述上方形卡块与上转轴的一端固定连接,所述上转轴的另一端伸入上阀体和下阀体之间形成的安装腔内与上从动链轮相连接,在所述下阀体内设置有下进口通道和下出口通道,在所述下阀体内通过下阀盖设置有下球体阀芯,所述下阀盖通过下螺钉固定设置在下阀体上,在所述下球体阀芯内设置有与下进口通道和下出口通道相互连通的下连接通道,在所述下球体阀芯与下阀体和下阀盖之间设置有密封塞,所述下球体阀芯的下端与下阀盖相抵,在所述下球体阀芯的上端镶嵌有下方形卡块,所述下方形卡块与下转轴的一端固定连接,所述下转轴的另一端伸入上阀体和下阀体之间形成的安装腔内与下从动链轮相连接,在所述下阀体的外侧固定设置有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的电机轴通过减速齿轮箱与转轴相连接,在所述转轴上设置有主动链轮,所述主动链轮、上从动链轮和下从动链轮之间通过链条相连接。
本发明的优点是:上述自动双控联动球阀安装在管道上,能够同时对两条管道进行切断,工作效率高,联动性能好,一个阀门控制两条管道,降低了企业的投资成本,同时采用驱动电机和减速齿轮箱带动链条传动实现阀门的自动开启和关闭,节省了人力,工作效率高,自动化程度高,可以很好地满足使用要求。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2所示,自动双控联动球阀,包括:上阀体1和下阀体2,在所述上阀体的两侧设置有上法兰3,在所述下阀体2的两侧设置有下法兰4,所述上法兰3和下法兰4通过固定螺栓5和固定螺母6相连接,在所述上阀体1内设置有上进口通道7和上出口通道8,在所述上阀体1内通过上阀盖9设置有上球体阀芯10,所述上阀盖9通过上螺钉11固定设置在上阀体1上,在所述上球体阀芯10内设置有与上进口通道7和上出口通道8相互连通的上连接通道12,在所述上球体阀芯10与上阀体1和上阀盖9之间设置有密封塞13,所述上球体阀芯10的上端与上阀盖9相抵,在所述上球体阀芯10的下端镶嵌有上方形卡块14,所述上方形卡块14与上转轴15的一端固定连接,所述上转轴15的另一端伸入上阀体1和下阀体2之间形成的安装腔16内与上从动链轮17相连接,在所述下阀体2内设置有下进口通道18和下出口通道19,在所述下阀体2内通过下阀盖20设置有下球体阀芯21,所述下阀盖20通过下螺钉22固定设置在下阀体2上,在所述下球体阀芯21内设置有与下进口通道18和下出口通道19相互连通的下连接通道23,在所述下球体阀芯21与下阀体2和下阀盖20之间设置有密封塞24,所述下球体阀芯21的下端与下阀盖20相抵,在所述下球体阀芯21的上端镶嵌有下方形卡块25,所述下方形卡块25与下转轴26的一端固定连接,所述下转轴26的另一端伸入上阀体1和下阀体2之间形成的安装腔16内与下从动链轮27相连接,在所述下阀体2的外侧固定设置有驱动电机28,所述驱动电机28的电机轴29通过减速齿轮箱30与转轴21相连接,在所述转轴31上设置有主动链轮32,所述主动链轮32、上从动链轮17和下从动链轮27之间通过链条33相连接。
上述自动双控联动球阀使用时,需要切断阀门时,启动驱动电机28,驱动电机28的电机轴29通过减速齿轮箱30带动转轴31转动,转轴31带动主动链轮32转动,主动链轮32通过链条33带动上从动链轮17和下从动链轮27同步转动,上从动链轮17带动上转轴15转动,上转轴15带动上方形卡块14转动,从而带动上球体阀芯10转动,下从动链轮27带动下转轴26转动,下转轴26带动下方形卡块25转动,从而带动下球体阀芯21转动,实现上球体阀芯10和下球体阀芯21同步关闭;需要开启阀门时,这驱动电机28反转,传动动作与切断阀门时相反。
上述自动双控联动球阀安装在管道上,能够同时对两条管道进行切断,工作效率高,联动性能好,一个阀门控制两条管道,降低了企业的投资成本,同时采用驱动电机和减速齿轮箱带动链条传动实现阀门的自动开启和关闭,节省了人力,工作效率高,自动化程度高,可以很好地满足使用要求。

1.自动双控联动球阀,其特征在于:包括:上阀体(1)和下阀体(2),在所述上阀体的两侧设置有上法兰(3),在所述下阀体(2)的两侧设置有下法兰(4),所述上法兰(3)和下法兰(4)通过固定螺栓(5)和固定螺母(6)相连接,在所述上阀体(1)内设置有上进口通道(7)和上出口通道(8),在所述上阀体(1)内通过上阀盖(9)设置有上球体阀芯(10),所述上阀盖(9)通过上螺钉(11)固定设置在上阀体(1)上,在所述上球体阀芯(10)内设置有与上进口通道(7)和上出口通道(8)相互连通的上连接通道(12),在所述上球体阀芯(10)与上阀体(1)和上阀盖(9)之间设置有密封塞(13),所述上球体阀芯(10)的上端与上阀盖(9)相抵,在所述上球体阀芯(10)的下端镶嵌有上方形卡块(14),所述上方形卡块(14)与上转轴(15)的一端固定连接,所述上转轴(15)的另一端伸入上阀体(1)和下阀体(2)之间形成的安装腔(16)内与上从动链轮(17)相连接,在所述下阀体(2)内设置有下进口通道(18)和下出口通道(19),在所述下阀体(2)内通过下阀盖(20)设置有下球体阀芯(21),所述下阀盖(20)通过下螺钉(22)固定设置在下阀体(2)上,在所述下球体阀芯(21)内设置有与下进口通道(18)和下出口通道(19)相互连通的下连接通道(23),在所述下球体阀芯(21)与下阀体(2)和下阀盖(20)之间设置有密封塞(24),所述下球体阀芯(21)的下端与下阀盖(20)相抵,在所述下球体阀芯(21)的上端镶嵌有下方形卡块(25),所述下方形卡块(25)与下转轴(26)的一端固定连接,所述下转轴(26)的另一端伸入上阀体(1)和下阀体(2)之间形成的安装腔(16)内与下从动链轮(27)相连接,在所述下阀体(2)的外侧固定设置有驱动电机(28),所述驱动电机(28)的电机轴(29)通过减速齿轮箱(30)与转轴(21)相连接,在所述转轴(31)上设置有主动链轮(32),所述主动链轮(32)、上从动链轮(17)和下从动链轮(27)之间通过链条(33)相连接。
