Abstract

本发明提供了一种旋转阀,其特征在于,包括定子和转子,定子上设置有进液孔和出液孔,定子设置进液孔和出液孔的另一面设置有圆柱形凹槽,转子前部为圆柱形,圆柱形正好伸进定子的凹槽内,转子上设有导流槽,导流槽的长度至少等于进液孔和出液孔之间的直线距离。弹簧安装在转子的后部,使定子与转子密封接触,防止液体泄露,同时,旋转阀可以由陶瓷制成。本发明提供的旋转阀结构简单,使用方便,不易损坏,旋转阀不仅可以由金属制成,还可以由陶瓷制成,能够在金属腐蚀环境下使用,旋转阀还可以根据需要设置成一进多出型。

一种旋转阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋转阀,特别是一种可用陶瓷制成的旋转阀。
背景技术
旋转阀为阀门中的一种,阀门通常分为直行程式和旋转式两大类。直行程阀是指通过一个直线运动的部件如闸板来允许或切断物流,直行程式的阀有截止阀、闸阀、隔膜阀等。旋转阀是指通过一个转动的部件来允许或切断物流。目前的旋转阀主要包括蝶阀、球阀和柱塞阀三种。然而传统的旋转阀只能设计为一个进液孔和一个出液孔,无法满足多个出液孔的需求。同时,传统旋转阀在腐蚀环境中使用时,多为使用防腐衬里,无法解决外部腐蚀问题的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是为解决上述问题,提供一种旋转阀。
本发明提供的一种旋转阀,包括定子和转子,所述定子上设置有进液孔和出液孔,所述进液孔居中设置,所述出液孔沿圆周分布,所述定子密封面设置有圆柱形凹槽,所述转子前密封部为圆柱形,所述转子正好伸进所述定子的凹槽内,所述转子上开有导流槽,所述导流槽能够接通进液孔和出液孔。
进一步的,旋转阀还包括弹簧,所述弹簧安装在所述转子的后部,产生恒定的压力使所述定子与所述转子间密封接触,防止液体泄露。
进一步的,所述出液孔至少包含一个。
进一步的,所述旋转阀可以由陶瓷制成。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的旋转阀结构简单,使用方便,不易损坏,旋转阀不仅可以由金属制成,还可以由陶瓷制成,能够在腐蚀环境下使用,旋转阀还可以根据需要设置成一进多出型。

具体实施方式
本发明提供的一种旋转阀,包括定子102和转子101,所述定子102上设置有进液孔105和出液孔106,所述定子102密封面设置有圆柱形凹槽,所述转子101前密封部为圆柱形,所述转子101正好伸进所述定子102的凹槽内,所述转子101上开有导流槽103,所述导流槽103刚好接通进液孔105和出液孔106。
进一步的,旋转阀还包括弹簧107,所述弹簧107安装在所述转子101的后部,产生恒定的压力使所述定子102与所述转子101间平面密封接触,防止液体泄露。
进一步的,所述出液孔106至少包含一个。
进一步的,所述旋转阀可以由陶瓷制成。
下面将结合具体实施例及附图详细描述本发明的内容。应当注意的是,下述实施例中描述的技术特征或者技术特征的组合不应当被认为是孤立的,它们可以被相互组合从而达到更好的技术效果。
图1所示为本发明旋转阀的剖视图;图2所示为本发明旋转阀关闭状态时密封面处的剖视图;图3所示为本发明旋转阀连通状态时密封面处的剖视图。
从图1和图2中可以看出,本实施例提供的旋转阀包括转子101、定子102和弹簧107。转子101由两个截面为不同直径的圆柱体组成,前部的圆柱体密封端面设置有导流槽103,导流槽103的长度为进液孔105和出液孔106之间的直线距离,转子101通过连接着的电动机进行旋转,连通时,导流槽103正好连接于进液孔105和出液孔106之间,此时旋转阀处于连通状态,如图3所示。关闭时,通过转子101的旋转使进液孔105和出液孔106之间处于未连通状态,则旋转阀处于关闭状态,如图2所示。转子101的后部的圆柱体连接有弹簧107,弹簧107产生恒定压力使转子101和定子102之间处于平面密封状态,图1中密封面104即为转子101和定子102的密封面,密封面光洁度高,因此可保持密封状态。从图2和图3中可以看出,定子102上设置有进液孔105和出液孔106,本实施例中出液孔106设置有4个,但本发明提供的旋转阀不仅限于包括4个出液孔106,出液孔106可以根据需要设置成不同的数量。
本文虽然已经给出了本发明的一些实施例,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,在不脱离本发明精神的情况下,可以对本文的实施例进行改变。上述实施例只是示例性的,不应以本文的实施例作为本发明权利范围的限定。

1.一种旋转阀,其特征在于,包括定子和转子,所述定子上设置有进液孔和出液孔,所述进液孔居中设置,所述出液孔沿圆周分布,所述定子密封面设置有圆柱形凹槽,所述转子前密封部为圆柱形,所述转子正好伸进所述定子的凹槽内,所述转子上开有导流槽,所述导流槽能够接通进液孔和出液孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种旋转阀,其特征在于,还包括弹簧,所述弹簧安装在所述转子的后部,产生恒定的压力使所述定子与所述转子间平面密封接触,防止液体泄露。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种旋转阀,其特征在于,所述出液孔至少包含一个。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种旋转阀,其特征在于,所述旋转阀可以由陶瓷制成。
