本发明涉及一种简易液路截止球阀,属于阀门技术领域。
背景技术
随着我国工业化和城镇化的不断深入,四通八达的生活用的管道需要大量的控制液体流量的阀门,因此十分需要成本低、结构简单、使用方便的阀门来控制流量。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种成本低、结构简单、使用方便的简易液路截止球阀。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种简易液路截止球阀,包括阀体、阀芯,其特征在于,还包括手柄组件、密封组件,所述手柄组件设置于所述阀体的上部,所述密封组件设置于所述手柄组件的下部,所述密封组件与所述手柄组件之间设置有压紧螺套;所述阀体的两端设置有圆形的进出口,所述阀体的中部设置有阀体通孔,所述阀芯的内部设置有阀芯通孔。
优选地,阀体通孔的径向尺寸等于阀芯通孔的径向尺寸。
优选地,阀体与阀芯之间设置有密封用的密封帽,密封帽的内部设置有固定用的衬环。
优选地,手柄组件包括手柄、顶盖、弹簧、弹簧座、六方接头,手柄设置于阀体的上部,手柄内部设置有空腔,顶盖、弹簧、弹簧座与六方接头均设置于手柄的空腔中。
优选地,六方接头设置于压紧螺套上,弹簧座设置于六方接头上,弹簧设置于弹簧座的底部,顶盖设置于弹簧座上。
优选地,密封组件包括密封圈、垫片、密封座,密封座设置于压紧螺套的底部,密封圈设置于密封座与阀芯之间,垫片设置于密封帽与密封圈之间。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明具有结构简单、成本低、使用方便的优点,并能很好的控制液体流量。

图1是本发明的结构示意图,本发明提出一种简易液路截止球阀,包括阀体1、阀芯3,其特征在于,还包括手柄组件、密封组件,手柄组件设置于阀体1的上部,密封组件设置于手柄组件的下部,密封组件与手柄组件之间设置有压紧螺套11;阀体1的两端设置有圆形的进出口14,阀体1的中部设置有阀体通孔,阀芯3的内部设置有阀芯通孔。
阀体通孔的径向尺寸等于阀芯通孔的径向尺寸;阀体1与阀芯3之间设置有密封用的密封帽13,密封帽13的内部设置有固定用的衬环2;手柄组件包括手柄6、顶盖7、弹簧8、弹簧座9、六方接头10,手柄6设置于阀体1的上部,手柄6内部设置有空腔,顶盖7、弹簧8、弹簧座9与六方接头10均设置于手柄6的空腔中;六方接头10设置于压紧螺套11上,弹簧座9设置于六方接头10上,弹簧8设置于弹簧座9的底部,顶盖7设置于弹簧座9上。
密封组件包括密封圈12、垫片5、密封座4,密封座4设置于压紧螺套11的底部,密封圈12设置于密封座4与阀芯3之间,垫片5设置于密封帽13与密封圈12之间。
本发明的工作原理:本发明采用手柄组件调整球形阀芯通孔的位置,对液体流量进行控制;当手柄与进出口端头处于平行位置时,此时阀芯通孔轴线与阀体两端进出口轴线相平行,液路截止球阀处于开启位置;当手柄与进出口端头处于垂直位置时,此时阀芯通孔轴线与阀体两端进出口轴线相垂直,液路截止球阀处于截止位置。

1.一种简易液路截止球阀,包括阀体(1)、阀芯(3),其特征在于,还包括手柄组件、密封组件,所述手柄组件设置于所述阀体(1)的上部,所述密封组件设置于所述手柄组件的下部,所述密封组件与所述手柄组件之间设置有压紧螺套(11);所述阀体(1)的两端设置有圆形的进出口(14),所述阀体(1)的中部设置有阀体通孔,所述阀芯(3)的内部设置有阀芯通孔;所述阀体通孔的径向尺寸等于所述阀芯通孔的径向尺寸;所述阀体(1)与所述阀芯(3)之间设置有密封用的密封帽(13),所述密封帽(13)的内部设置有固定用的衬环(2);所述手柄组件包括手柄(6)、顶盖(7)、弹簧(8)、弹簧座(9)、六方接头(10),所述手柄(6)设置于所述阀体(1)的上部,所述手柄(6)内部设置有空腔,所述顶盖(7)、所述弹簧(8)、所述弹簧座(9)与所述六方接头(10)均设置于所述手柄(6)的空腔中;所述六方接头(10)设置于所述压紧螺套(11)上,所述弹簧座(9)设置于所述六方接头(10)上,所述弹簧(8)设置于所述弹簧座(9)的底部,所述顶盖(7)设置于所述弹簧座(9)上;所述密封组件包括密封圈(12)、垫片(5)、密封座(4),所述密封座(4)设置于所述压紧螺套(11)的底部,所述密封圈(12)设置于所述密封座(4)与所述阀芯(3)之间,所述垫片(5)设置于所述密封帽(13)与所述密封圈(12)之间;采用所述手柄组件调整球形所述阀芯通孔的位置,对液体流量进行控制;当所述手柄(6)与所述进出口(14)的端头处于平行位置时,此时所述阀芯通孔的轴线与所述阀体(1)两端所述进出口(14)的轴线相平行,所述液路截止球阀处于开启位置;当所述手柄(6)与所述进出口(14)端头处于垂直位置时,此时所述阀芯通孔的轴线与所述阀体(1)两端的所述进出口(14)轴线相垂直,所述液路截止球阀处于截止位置。
