Abstract

本发明公开了一种防晒低吸收热能量防腐防滑涂料,由环氧树脂E‑42/E‑20、100μm金红石型钛白粉、275目滑石粉、275目高岭土、275目氧化铝、275目磷酸锌、275目碳化硅、二甲苯、甲基二乙醇胺、醇解蓖麻油预聚物组成。本发明的防滑涂料能使甲板和上层建筑的表面温度降低4.5~11℃,使得不用改进空调系统或增加空调运行负担,既节约能源,又可达到降低舱室的温度目的;还具有防潮、防腐蚀和防滑性。

技术领域
本发明属于功能性涂料领域,特别涉及一种防晒低吸收热能量防腐防滑涂料。
背景技术
由于舰船在海上长时间航行,甲板要承受阳光暴晒和飞行器的起降,温度上升是明显的。当甲板温度上升,势必会导致下方舱室的温度上升;若在寒区航行时,将会导致舱室温度下降。对人员的生活工作和设备的正常运行产生不利影响。为了控制舱室温度不受甲板温度变化的影响,达到不用改进空调系统或增加空调运行负担、既节约能源又可达到降低舱室的温度变动的目的,有必要开发一种防晒低吸收热能量防腐防滑涂料。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能降低甲板和上层建筑的表面温度对下方舱室的影响,不用改进空调系统或增加空调运行负担而节约能源、防潮、防腐蚀和防滑性的防晒低吸收热能量防腐防滑涂料。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种防晒低吸收热能量防腐防滑涂料,各组分及其质量百分数为:

100μm金红石型钛白粉 8.0%~10.0%
275目滑石粉 2.0%~3.0%
275目高岭土 2.0%~3.0%

275目磷酸锌 3.5%~4.5%
275目碳化硅 2.0%~4.0%
二甲苯 18.0%~21.0%
甲基二乙醇胺 0.4%~0.5%
醇解蓖麻油预聚物 6.0%~8.0%
所述醇解蓖麻油预聚物为以蓖麻油︰甘油=1︰0.5摩尔比的醇解物与TDI的预聚体。
本发明的显著优点有:能降低甲板和上层建筑的表面温度达5.5~11℃,不用改进空调系统或增加空调运行负担,既节约能源,又达到降低舱室的温度目的;具有防潮、防腐蚀和防滑性。

质量比75%的环氧树脂E-42和25%的环氧树脂E-20复合 余量,
100μm的金红石型钛白粉 8.0%~10.0%,
275目的滑石粉 2.0%~3.0%,
275目的高岭土 2.0%~3.0%,
275目的氧化铝 2.0%~3.0%,
275目的磷酸锌 3.5%~4.5%,
275目的碳化硅 2.0%~4.0%,
二甲苯 18.0%~21.0%,
甲基二乙醇胺 0.4%~0.5%,
醇解蓖麻油预聚物 6.0%~8.0%;
所述醇解蓖麻油预聚物为以蓖麻油:甘油=1:0.5摩尔比的醇解物与TDI的预聚体。
