一种医用防虫涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
    本发明涉及医用材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种医用防虫涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
纳米粒子做基料,可以屏蔽紫外线增强了涂料的耐防虫,耐老化性能,涂层具有防治害虫,白蚁,又能作树木保温等作用,而且树干表皮通过对本产品的吸收可使树叶对一些病虫害发生有效的抵抗,从而使树木更好的成长;经过特殊材料的处理使它有着长时间的附着力,防止雨水冲刷造成脱落,省时省力,间接降低对树木防护的成本。
树木表皮要求较干燥,无污染,可选用滚涂、刷涂和喷涂。涂刷前应将涂料搅拌均匀,不能与碱性物体混合使用。涂层完全固化需2天时间,期间不得用水冲刷如有油质等污染物部位需清理干净方可涂刷。被涂物含水率低于15%。PH值低于9,施工温度大于0℃、小于40℃,0℃以下严禁施工。
丙烯酸防水涂料是以纯丙烯酸聚合物乳液为基料,加入其他添加剂而制得的单组份水乳型防水涂料。防水涂料经固化后形成的防水薄膜具有一定的延伸性、弹塑性、抗裂性、抗渗性及耐候性,能起到防水、防渗和保护作用。防水涂料有良好的温度适应性,操作简便,易于维修与维护。
市场上的防水材料有两大类:一是聚氨酯类防水涂料。这类材料一般是由聚氨脂与煤焦油作为原材料制成。它所挥发的焦油气毒性大,且不容易清除,因此于2000年在中国被禁止使用。尚在销售的聚氨脂防水涂料,是用沥青代替煤焦油作为原料。但在使用这种涂料时,一般采用含有甲苯、二甲苯等有机溶剂来稀释,因而也含有毒性;另一类为聚合物水泥基防水涂料。它由多种水性聚合物合成的乳液与掺有各种添加剂的优质水泥组成,聚合物(树脂)的柔性与水泥的刚性结为一体,使得它在抗渗性与稳定性方面表现优异。它的优点是施工方便、综合造价低,工期短,且无毒环保。因此,聚合物水泥基已经成为防水涂料市场的主角。
通用型防水涂料,也叫JS防水涂料。是由丙烯酸乳液和助剂组成的液料与由水泥、配砂及矿物质粉末组成的粉料按特定比例组合而成双组份防水材料。两种材料混合后发生化学反应,既形成表面涂层防水,又能渗透到底材内部形成结晶体阻遏水的通过,达到双重防水效果。
一劳永逸:达到国家行业尺度的涂料产品,其杀菌机能可在很长时间内保持不乱的杀菌、抑菌状态。目前越来越多的公共机构和专门从事病院设计的设计师,乃至设计院所已经逐步意识到了这点,对新建项目在设计之初即将内墙涂料设计成抗菌涂料。
发明内容
本发明提供一种杀菌性、触变性好的医用防虫涂料及其制备方法,解决现有医用材料干燥慢和杀菌作用有限等技术问题。
本发明采用以下技术方案:一种医用防虫涂料,其原料按质量份数配比如下:水100份,轻质碳酸钙30-50份,滑石粉15-35份,钛白粉10-30份,苯丙乳液25-65份,二酚基丙烷10-30份,二甲苯20-40份,沸石0.5-2.5份,林丹25-45份,活性炭1.5-5.5份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述医用防虫涂料的原料按质量份数配比如下:水100份,轻质碳酸钙35份,滑石粉20份,钛白粉15份,苯丙乳液35份,二酚基丙烷15份,二甲苯25份,沸石1份,林丹30份,活性炭2.5份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述医用防虫涂料的原料按质量份数配比如下:水100份,轻质碳酸钙45份,滑石粉30份,钛白粉25份,苯丙乳液55份,二酚基丙烷25份,二甲苯35份,沸石2份,林丹40份,活性炭4.5份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述医用防虫涂料的原料按质量份数配比如下:水100份,轻质碳酸钙45份,滑石粉30份,钛白粉25份,苯丙乳液55份,二酚基丙烷25份,二甲苯35份,沸石2份,林丹40份,活性炭4.5份。
一种制备所述的医用防虫涂料的方法,步骤为:
第一步:按照质量份数配比称取水、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、钛白粉、苯丙乳液、二酚基丙烷、二甲苯、沸石、沸石和活性炭;
第二步:将水、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、钛白粉和二酚基丙烷投入反应釜中,加热至35-55℃,以250-450r/min速度搅拌1-3h;
第三步:将搅拌均匀后的液体静置30-50min,加入苯丙乳液、二甲苯、沸石、林丹和活性炭,在60-80℃混合均匀后投入研磨机研磨2-6h,过滤后包装。
有益效果
本发明所述一种医用防虫涂料及其制备方法采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、用于医院内墙,起到保护作用,表干25-65min,实干75-115min,耐洗擦性2500-4500次;2、是一种含有生物毒性药物的功能性建筑涂料,耐碱性3-7d无异常,耐水性20-60d不起泡、不脱落;3、可杀菌,制备方法简单,原料简单易得,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。

第三步:将搅拌均匀后的液体静置40min,加入苯丙乳液、二甲苯、沸石、林丹和活性炭,在70℃混合均匀后投入研磨机研磨4h,过滤后包装。

第三步:将搅拌均匀后的液体静置30-50min,加入苯丙乳液、二甲苯、沸石、林丹和活性炭,在60-80℃混合均匀后投入研磨机研磨2-6h,过滤后包装。
