本发明涉及水性涂料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种苗木用涂料。
背景技术
苗木栽培、养护中需要进行防虫处理,涂白是使用较多的方式,例如,在冬季树木的树干上涂上含防虫剂的石灰水,兼具保温作用。然而,此类涂料的性能有限,其附着力、流动性和成膜性较差,不能完全附着在树皮表面和缝隙,防护效果有限,涂层的耐候性差,日晒或雨水冲刷易脱落,失去防虫效果。此外,该类涂料涂层干燥缓慢,需3-10天持续干燥,受环境天气影响,且有效使用期短,一般1-6个月涂层脱落。
树木具有易燃性,尤其是在冬季寒冷干燥的条件下,树木在有明火的情况下容易自然,由于树干及根部离地面近,由于人为等因素极容易接触到明火,从而烧毁树木,甚至引发火灾。而现有树木防虫涂料不具有防火性,因此有必要开发一种耐候性好、防护期长、易施工并兼具防火功能的树木防虫涂料。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种水性树木防虫耐火涂料,附着力好、成膜性好、干燥快,低毒环保,防虫有效期长,并具有一定的耐火性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种水性树木防虫耐火涂料,其原料包括以下重量份数的组分:丙烯酸改性树脂45~60份、氢氧化钙0.5~20份、滑石粉1~20份、碳酸钙0.5~8份、高岭土3~10份、新烟碱类杀虫剂0.05~5份、防沉降剂0.05~0.3份、阻燃剂10~50份、分散剂0.05~5份、成膜助剂2~3份、润湿剂0.1~0.5份、消泡剂0.05~5份、增稠剂0.1~1.2份、水5~20份。
优选的,所用水为蒸馏水或去离子水。

优选的,所述阻燃剂为道尔化工的Doher-6003、Doher-6005中的一种或两种。
优选的,所述分散剂为高泰的P30,所述消泡剂为毕克化学的BYK-028,所述润湿剂为毕克化学的BYK-346、迪高的Tego-270中的一种或两种。
进一步地,所述水性树木防虫耐火涂料按以下方法制得:
按照所述原料的组分配比,将所述水、分散剂及部分的消泡剂加入备料锅中混合,搅拌均匀后,加入氢氧化钙、滑石粉、碳酸钙、高岭土、阻燃剂、防沉剂、新烟碱类杀虫剂,经高速分散,形成均匀漆浆;将所得漆浆进行研磨,之后在搅拌下向其中加入丙烯酸改性树脂,搅拌均匀后再加入成膜助剂、润湿剂和剩余消泡剂,最后加入增稠剂,调节漆液粘度,经过滤,得到所述水性树木防虫耐火涂料。
更进一步地,所述研磨是指将所得漆浆研磨至细度小于等于40微米,所述过滤是指将漆液经150目纱网过滤,控制漆液粘度为50-90ku。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:
本发明水性树木防虫耐火涂料采用丙烯酸改性树脂做成膜物,与传统的涂白剂相比,涂料具有良好的附着力、遮盖性、流动性和成膜性,室温干燥快,能够很好地附着在树皮表面和缝隙中,并且漆膜具有良好的柔韧性,不影响树木生长,在树木生长过程中,不易开裂脱落,具有耐老化性能,使用时间长,不易脱落掉色;添加了新烟碱类杀虫剂,对刺吸式、咀嚼式害虫(如白蚁、天牛、蚜虫、红蜘蛛、叶蝉、卷叶虫、刺蛾、介壳虫等)具有很好的防治和趋避作用,同时对树皮和树干中藏匿的细菌、真菌、虫卵等有很好的杀灭效果,而且涂层中杀虫剂可由树干吸收,能够使树木对病虫害的抵御能力显著提高;通过添加环保型氮磷复配阻燃剂及辅助耐火填料,氧指数可以达到35,在漆膜存在条件下,可以起到很好的耐火作用,达到延缓甚至阻碍树木燃烧的效果。
本发明通过成膜物质、体质颜料、防虫剂和阻燃剂等各配比组分共同作用,与国内外同类产品相比,解决了现有技术树木涂白剂干燥慢、作用时间短、耐老化性差、易脱落等问题,具有防虫效果好、自干快、附着力强和一定的耐火性能,并且以水为稀释剂,不含苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醛等有毒溶剂,安全环保,易于施工。
具体实施方式
针对现有技术树木涂白剂的不足,本发明提供了一种水性树木防虫耐火涂料,通过添加丙烯酸改性树脂作为成膜物,提高了涂料的成膜性、遮盖性能和附着力,具有室温干燥快的性能,使涂层表面清洁、美观,能够牢固的附着在树皮表面,并且漆膜具有良好的柔韧性,不影响树木生长,在树木生长过程中,不易开裂脱落。
本发明涂料的原料组分中,根据颜基比(P/B)、阻燃剂的复配与耐火填料的使用,合理搭配了氢氧化钙、滑石粉、碳酸钙、高岭土等填料,既借助其细微颗粒填充膜结构来提高漆膜的致密度和填充能力,从而达到对树皮缝隙具有良好的填充效果,降低害虫生存空间,又提高了涂料的耐火性能。
本发明通过搭配使用传统的氢氧化钙和新型的低毒防虫剂新烟碱类杀虫剂达到良好的防虫效果,并且由于丙烯酸改性树脂的使用,能够延长防虫功效的作用时间。
下面举例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种水性树木防虫耐火涂料,其由如下质量份数的组分混合构成:
丙烯酸改性树脂55份、氢氧化钙0.5份、滑石粉10份、新烟碱类杀虫剂0.5份、碳酸钙1份、高岭土5份、防沉降剂0.3份、阻燃剂10份、分散剂0.5份、成膜助剂2份、润湿剂0.2份、消泡剂0.5份、增稠剂0.5份、蒸馏水14份。
其中,所用丙烯酸改性树脂为百宏公司的T-98068。
新烟碱类杀虫剂根据需要,选择吡虫啉、啶虫脒、噻虫嗪、烯啶虫胺、氯噻啉、吡蚜酮中的一种或几种。
所用阻燃剂为道尔化工的Doher-6003。
所用分散剂为高泰的P30分散剂,其为聚丙烯酸钠盐类分散剂,能够对炭黑的颜料达到较好的分散效果,降低浮色发花的发生,并且能改善涂膜的遮盖力及手感。
所用消泡剂为毕克化学的BYK-028,所用润湿剂为毕克化学的BYK-346,所用防沉剂为膨润土,所用增稠剂为纤维素类增稠剂和缔合型增稠剂重量比为1:1的混合物。所用成膜助剂选择为醇酯-12、丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚中的一种。
本实施例水性树木防虫耐火涂料的制备方法具体为:
步骤a,按照前述原料配比将蒸馏水、分散剂、一半消泡剂一次加入备料锅中;
步骤b,将加入到所述备料锅中的配料进行低速搅拌,直至搅拌均匀后,加入氢氧化钙、滑石粉、碳酸钙、高岭土、阻燃剂、防沉剂、防虫剂,高速分散10分钟以上,形成均匀漆浆;
步骤c,将所述均匀漆浆进行研磨,研磨至细度小于等于40微米;
步骤d,将研磨合格的漆浆加入到调漆罐中,在中速搅拌下,加入丙烯酸改性树脂,搅拌均匀后加入成膜助剂、消泡剂、润湿剂,最后用增稠剂将漆液的粘度调到规定粘度,制得半成品。将所述半成品经150目纱网过滤,得到水性树木防虫耐火涂料。
其中,漆液粘度应根据不同地区客户与具体使用产品要求和季节的不同来调节,范围为50~90ku(KU粘度计,25℃)。例如,因为冬季温度低,涂料户外使用黏度会增大,可将出厂产品粘度标准降低,约为50KU。
本实施例水性树木防虫耐火涂料具有如下特点:耐冲刷性能好,有一定的防虫性能和耐火性能,由于树脂添加量较多,涂层表面光滑,使用时间较传统涂白剂长久并且防虫效果持久,一般可以使用3年涂层不脱落。
实施例2:
一种水性树木防虫耐火涂料,其由如下质量份数的组分混合构成:
丙烯酸改性树脂50份、氢氧化钙0.5份、滑石粉10份、新烟碱类杀虫剂0.5份、碳酸钙1份、高岭土5份、防沉降剂0.3份、阻燃剂15份、分散剂0.5份、成膜助剂2份、润湿剂0.2份、消泡剂0.5份、增稠剂0.5份、蒸馏水14份。
其中,所用丙烯酸改性树脂为百宏公司的T-98068。
新烟碱类杀虫剂根据需要,选择吡虫啉、啶虫脒、噻虫嗪、烯啶虫胺、氯噻啉、吡蚜酮中的一种或几种。
所用阻燃剂为道尔化工的Doher-6005。
所用分散剂为高泰的P30分散剂,所用消泡剂为毕克化学的BYK-028,所用润湿剂为迪高的Tego-270,所用防沉剂为膨润土,所用增稠剂为纤维素类增稠剂和缔合型增稠剂重量比为1:1的混合物。所用成膜助剂选择为醇酯-12、丙二醇甲醚重量比为1:1的混合物。
本实施例水性树木防虫耐火涂料制备方法同实施例1。
本实施例水性树木防虫耐火涂料具有如下特点:耐冲刷性能好,涂层表面光滑,使用时间较传统涂白剂长久并且防虫效果持久,一般可以使用3年涂层不脱落,较实施例1,其树脂含量减少、阻燃剂含量增多,耐火效果增强。
实施例3:
一种水性树木防虫耐火涂料,其由如下质量份数的组分混合构成:
丙烯酸改性树脂45份、氢氧化钙5份、滑石粉10份、新烟碱类杀虫剂1份、碳酸钙1份、高岭土5份、防沉降剂0.3份、阻燃剂15份、分散剂0.5份、成膜助剂2份、润湿剂0.2份、消泡剂0.5份、增稠剂0.5份、蒸馏水14份。
其中,所用丙烯酸改性树脂为百宏公司的T-98068。
新烟碱类杀虫剂根据需要,选择吡虫啉、啶虫脒、噻虫嗪、烯啶虫胺、氯噻啉、吡蚜酮中的一种或几种。

本实施例水性树木防虫耐火涂料具有如下特点:耐冲刷性能好,涂层表面光滑,使用时间较传统涂白剂长久并且防虫效果持久,一般可以使用3年涂层不脱落,较实施例2,其树脂含量减少,防虫剂含量增多,防虫效果增强。
实施例4-6
实施例4-6水性树木防虫耐火涂料除原料组分配比不同外,其余与实施例1相同,其具体原料组分按重量份数配比见下表。
本发明实施例所用阻燃剂为氮磷复配体系,环保性好,阻燃剂使用量越多,阻燃效果越好。无机填料不燃烧,间接能够起到阻燃的作用,高岭土由于含有结晶水,能够提升阻燃剂的阻燃效果,间接降低阻燃剂的用量。
本发明实施例所用防虫剂为新烟碱类杀虫剂和氢氧化钙的复配,氢氧化钙由于其碱性,具有防虫、杀菌、杀虫(卵)的作用,价格便宜;新烟碱类杀虫剂,具有杀虫效果,价格贵。两者均是使用量越多,防虫效果越好,但是丙烯酸改性树脂作为成膜物相对量就少,涂层容易开裂,脱落。
本发明实施例涂料以水为稀释剂,不含有机溶剂,不含苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醛,使用复配防虫剂,低毒环保,并且通过添加环保型阻燃剂使树木具有一定的耐火性能,从而降低火灾的发生。

Claims (10)
1.一种水性树木防虫耐火涂料,其特征在于:其原料包括以下重量份数的组分:丙烯酸改性树脂45~60份、氢氧化钙0.5~20份、滑石粉1~20份、碳酸钙0.5~8份、高岭土3~10份、新烟碱类杀虫剂0.05~5份、防沉降剂0.05~0.3份、阻燃剂10~50份、分散剂0.05~5份、成膜助剂2~3份、润湿剂0.1~0.5份、消泡剂0.05~5份、增稠剂0.1~1.2份、水5~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性树木防虫耐火涂料,其特征在于所述丙烯酸改性树脂为百宏公司的T-98068。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性树木防虫耐火涂料,其特征在于所述新烟碱类杀虫剂为吡虫啉、啶虫脒、噻虫嗪、烯啶虫胺、氯噻啉、吡蚜酮中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性树木防虫耐火涂料,其特征在于所述阻燃剂为氮磷复配阻燃剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性树木防虫耐火涂料,其特征在于所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠盐类分散剂,所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂,所述防沉剂为膨润土。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性树木防虫耐火涂料,其特征在于所述成膜助剂为醇酯-12、丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚中的一种或者几种,所述润湿剂为聚醚改性有机硅类化合物,所述增稠剂为纤维素类增稠剂、缔合型增稠剂中的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性树木防虫耐火涂料,其特征在于所述阻燃剂为道尔化工的Doher-6003、Doher-6005中的一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性树木防虫耐火涂料,其特征在于所述分散剂为高泰的P30,所述消泡剂为毕克化学的BYK-028,所述润湿剂为毕克化学的BYK-346、迪高的Tego-270中的一种或两种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的水性树木防虫耐火涂料,其特征在于所述水性树木防虫耐火涂料按以下方法制得:
按照所述原料的组分配比,将所述水、分散剂及部分的消泡剂加入备料锅中混合,搅拌均匀后,加入氢氧化钙、滑石粉、碳酸钙、高岭土、阻燃剂、防沉剂、新烟碱类杀虫剂,经高速分散,形成均匀漆浆;将所得漆浆进行研磨,之后在搅拌下向其中加入丙烯酸改性树脂,搅拌均匀后再加入成膜助剂、润湿剂和剩余消泡剂,最后加入增稠剂,调节漆液粘度,经过滤,得到所述水性树木防虫耐火涂料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的水性树木防虫耐火涂料,其特征在于所述研磨是指将所得漆浆研磨至细度小于等于40微米,所述过滤是指将漆液经150目纱网过滤,控制漆液粘度为50-90ku。
