本发明涉及一种具有形状记忆功能的医用闪光面料，包括面料本体，面料本体由经线和纬线交织成网格状结构，纬线采用记忆纤维涤纶，面料本体的正面覆有聚氨酯膜（4），聚氨酯膜的正面覆有亚麻纤维层（5），亚麻纤维层的表面覆有一层竹炭纤维层（6），竹炭纤维层的表面覆有一层吸湿排汗纤维（7）。所述面料本体背面覆有基层（8），所述基层（8）由织物制成，所述织物由经向纱线和纬向纱线相互交织构成，所述的经向纱线和纬向纱线的断面均为三角形。本发明具有极好的防皱功能和回弹性能。当白光通过三角纱线后，会形成不则颜色的光，透过布面的光会形成较强列的反射和折射，使织物具有较高光泽度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有形状记忆功能的医用闪光面料。
背景技术
由于医务人员在工作过程中，很容易接触到有害血液或体液以及有害的传染性病毒等，因此他们都会穿防护服。目前用于制作防护服的面料，虽然可以在一定程度上防止血液渗透，但其透气性能差，穿着不舒适。同时市面上流行的免烫、防皱面料，大多应用一些特殊工艺，使得面料纤维具有一定的强度和形状，面料在洗涤过后仍能保持直挺，但制作这种面料工序复杂，并且透气性不是很理想。
另外，以往的织物不具有闪光功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种具有形状记忆功能的医用闪光面料，该具有形状记忆功能的医用闪光面料可有效防止血液渗透，同时具有良好抗菌抑菌功能，同时面料具有极好的防皱功能和回弹性能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
本发明具有形状记忆功能的医用闪光面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体由经线和纬线交织成网格状结构，所述纬线采用记忆纤维涤纶，所述面料本体的正面覆有聚氨酯膜，所述聚氨酯膜的正面覆有亚麻纤维层，所述亚麻纤维层的表面覆有一层竹炭纤维层，所述竹炭纤维层的表面覆有一层吸湿排汗纤维，所述面料本体背面覆有基层，所述基层由织物制成，所述织物由经向纱线和纬向纱线相互交织构成，所述的经向纱线和纬向纱线的断面均为三角形。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
这种具有形状记忆功能的医用闪光面料的面料本体由经线和纬线交织成网格状结构，使得面料本体具有良好的透气性和层次感，纬线采用记忆纤维涤纶，使得面料本体具有极好的防皱功能和回弹性能，面料本体的正面依次覆有聚氨酯膜、亚麻纤维层、竹炭纤维层和吸湿排汗纤维，聚氨酯膜具有防水、透气、透明可视、抗菌的特点，亚麻纤维层具有吸湿散热、保健抑菌、防污抗静电、防紫外线、高阻燃的特点，所述竹炭纤维层具有吸湿干燥、消臭抗菌等特点。
当白光通过三角纱线后，会形成不则颜色的光，透过布面的光会形成较强列的反射和折射，使织物具有较高光泽度。
