背景技术
目前，在汽车空调零件加工制造中运用的夹具会对需要加工的零件本身造成或多或少的伤害，这样会对加工的零件质量造成影响，在此领域迫切需要一种对加工零部件零损伤的加工夹具。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种汽车空调管路接头加工夹具，其具有结构简单、制造方便，以及不会对需要夹紧加工的管路接头形成夹痕等特点。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本发明是采用以下技术方案的：它包含模具1、模具2，模具1和模具2连接构成夹具的整体，所述的模具1和模具2上开有卡槽，两部分连接形成一个卡口，可以有效的固定管路接头，其卡槽形状根据需要加工的管路接头的形状而定。
本发明的优点：结构简单、制造方便，以及不会对需要夹紧加工的管路接头形成夹痕。
