Abstract
本发明涉及一种双稳附壁式水流芯及其出水装置和出水方法,其特征在于:包括具有一进水孔和两出水孔的芯体,所述进水孔与出水孔之间设有环形水流道,所述环形水流道中部竖设有从进水孔往出水孔贯穿的过水通道,位于过水通道底部且处于两出水孔之间设有凸台。本发明由于在同一部件内采用射流切换来实现水流的强弱切换,从而实现按摩水的效果,避免以往结构中转子卡死、磨损等引起按摩功能的失效。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种双稳附壁式水流芯及其出水装置和出水方法。
背景技术:
花洒,又称莲蓬头,原本是一种浇花、盆栽及其他植物的装置,后来有人将之改装成为可作淋浴之用,使之成为浴室常见的装置;目前为了实现花洒出水具有较好的按摩作用,采用一种转子式的按摩花洒,其采用的是水流自身振荡达到按摩效果,但由于转子卡死、磨损等问题,容易产生功能的失效。
发明内容:
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种双稳附壁式水流芯及其出水装置和出水方法,该双稳附壁式水流芯及其出水装置和出水方法结构简单、设计合理,有利于实现出水具有按摩作用,同时能够保证设备不容易损坏。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
本发明双稳附壁式水流芯,其特征在于:包括具有一进水孔和两出水孔的芯体,所述进水孔与出水孔之间设有环形水流道,所述环形水流道中部竖设有从进水孔往出水孔贯穿的过水通道,位于过水通道底部且处于两出水孔之间设有凸台。
进一步的,上述环形水流道呈圆形、椭圆形、四边形或五边形。
进一步的,上述环形水流道呈五边形,包括两上边、两侧边和一底边,所述两侧边与底边相垂直,两上边的连接端向下倾斜,所述过水通道呈喇叭口状。
进一步的,上述环形水流道和进水孔的断面为矩形,进水孔截面的宽为W =1~3mm,长为H=3~4*W,环形水流道截面的宽为B=0.5~1.5*W,进水孔与凸台上表面的距离为L=10~20*W,过水通道上端与进水孔的边侧距离为D=0.4~1*W,过水通道侧壁的倾斜角度和上边的倾斜角度均为a=10°~15°
进一步的,上述凸台为梯形台,在其上表面具有凹弧面,凸台两侧边的斜度与过水通道侧壁的斜度相同。
本发明双稳附壁式水流芯的出水方法,其特征在于:水体第一步从进水孔进入到过水通道内,大部分水自上而下流往第一侧的进水孔后流出,一小部分水进入环形水流道,流往靠近进水孔侧的环形水流道;该部分水在与从进水孔进入到过水通道内水混合后,大部分水自上而下流往第二侧的进水孔后流出,一小部分水进入环形水流道,流往靠近进水孔侧的环形水流道;该部分水在与从进水孔进入到过水通道内水混合后,大部分水自上而下流往第一侧的进水孔后流出,一小部分水进入环形水流道,上述步骤连续运行,即形成了水从进水孔进入后,一会儿从一出水孔出水,一会儿从另一出水孔出水,如此往复。
本发明使用双稳附壁式水流芯的出水装置,其特征在于:包括出水装置的本体和设在本体上的面盖,所述面盖上设有双稳附壁式水流芯,所述双稳附壁式水流芯包括具有一进水孔和两出水孔的芯体,所述进水孔与出水孔之间设有环形水流道,所述环形水流道中部竖设有从进水孔往出水孔贯穿的过水通道,位于过水通道底部且处于两出水孔之间设有凸台。
进一步的,上述环形水流道呈圆形、椭圆形、四边形或五边形。

本发明的工作原理:根据有限空间内射流理论,当向流体喷出流体时,射流与周围流体交换动量,产生卷吸现象。有限空间的固壁限制了射流卷吸的流场,因而引起壁面与射流的干涉。为了补充因卷吸而带走的流体,流体通过狭窄的流路而流进一侧(后以流向左侧为例),根据伯努利定律公式,左侧的压力降低,于是射流更加偏向左侧,最终使得射流完全依附于左侧壁面流动。当射流两侧的壁面对称时,射流也会产生向一边附着的现象,原因在于射流自身的紊乱。此叫做柯安达效应。
射流切换是指射流从附壁一侧被推向另一侧壁的过程。在射流时,通过某种方式(本例以流体回流作用)使低压涡流区域压力增高,则射流的曲率半径增大,涡流区域也扩大,结果使射流靠近倾斜的对称壁,这说是射流的附壁切换。 本发明的芯体设有两个出水孔,水流通过水流芯时因射流切换会产生明显的水流强弱切换,从而产生按摩水的效果。
本发明由于在同一部件内采用射流切换来实现水流的强弱切换,从而实现按摩水的效果,避免以往结构中转子卡死、磨损等引起按摩功能的失效。

具体实施方式:
本发明双稳附壁式水流芯,包括具有一进水孔1和两出水孔2的芯体,所述进水孔1与出水孔2之间设有环形水流道3,所述环形水流道3中部竖设有从进水孔1往出水孔2贯穿的过水通道4,位于过水通道底部且处于两出水孔之间设有凸台5。
进一步的,上述环形水流道3可以呈圆形、椭圆形、四边形或五边形等形状。
进一步的,上述环形水流道3呈五边形,包括两上边301、两侧边302和一底边303,所述两侧边302与底边303相垂直,两上边的连接端向下倾斜,所述过水通道4呈喇叭口状(如图1-3所示)。
其中较佳实施例,上述环形水流道和进水孔的断面为矩形,进水孔截面的宽为W =1~3mm,长为H=3~4*W,环形水流道截面的宽为B=0.5~1.5*W,进水孔与凸台上表面的距离为L=10~20*W,过水通道上端与进水孔的边侧距离为D=0.4~1*W,过水通道侧壁的倾斜角度和上边的倾斜角度均为a=10°~15°
进一步的,为了设计合理,上述凸台5为梯形台,在其上表面具有凹弧面6,凸台两侧边的斜度与过水通道侧壁的斜度相同。

本发明使用双稳附壁式水流芯的出水装置,包括出水装置的本体7和设在本体上的面盖8,所述面盖8上设有双稳附壁式水流芯K,所述双稳附壁式水流芯K包括具有一进水孔1和两出水孔2的芯体,所述进水孔1与出水孔2之间设有环形水流道3,所述环形水流道3中部竖设有从进水孔1往出水孔2贯穿的过水通道4,位于过水通道底部且处于两出水孔之间设有凸台5。进一步的,上述环形水流道呈圆形、椭圆形、四边形或五边形。

1.一种双稳附壁式水流芯,其特征在于:包括具有一进水孔和两出水孔的芯体,所述进水孔与出水孔之间设有环形水流道,所述环形水流道中部竖设有从进水孔往出水孔贯穿的过水通道,位于过水通道底部且处于两出水孔之间设有凸台;所述环形水流道呈五边形,包括两上边、两侧边和一底边,所述两侧边与底边相垂直,两上边的连接端向下倾斜,所述过水通道呈喇叭口状;所述凸台为梯形台,在其上表面具有凹弧面,凸台两侧边的斜度与过水通道侧壁的斜度相同;所述环形水流道和进水孔的断面为矩形,进水孔截面的宽为W =1~3mm,长为H=3~4*W,环形水流道截面的宽为B=0.5~1.5*W,进水孔与凸台上表面的距离为L=10~20*W,过水通道上端与进水孔的边侧距离为D=0.4~1*W,过水通道侧壁的倾斜角度和上边的倾斜角度均为a=10°~15°。
