运输制冷系统,例如用于制冷装运容器的那些系统一般包括绝缘支撑框以支撑并容纳制冷系统的组件,例如压缩器、冷凝器、蒸发器、风机及其它制冷系统组件。支撑框一般是由多个铝片及型材,通过焊接及铆接进行装配,然后密封而形成。在支撑框的前与后铝板之间注入绝缘泡沫。铝框易被腐蚀,尤其当用于海外装运容器时。此外,铝框的制作及装配成本高同时也沉重,这增加了采用容器的成本。
发明概要
在一个实施方案中,一种制冷货物容器包括制冷单元及货物容器。制冷单元包括由至少一层复合材料及至少一层绝缘泡沫材料形成的支撑框。支撑框支撑制冷单元的一个或多个组件并对货物容器的货物部分绝缘。

具体实施方式
图1中所示的是制冷货物容器10的实施方案。将货物容器10被配置成在所选定的温度下通过利用位于容器10的制冷单元14维持置于货物容器10内部的货物12。货物容器10用于通过(例如)货车、火车或船运输货物12。制冷单元14包括压缩器16、冷凝器18、膨胀阀20、蒸发器22及位于(例如)容器10的第一末端26的蒸发器风机(未显示)。
参考图2,第一末端26包括框28。框28将容器10的货物部分30与制冷单元14分开并对货物部分30绝缘。在一些实施方案中,将制冷单元14的组件置于并固定到框28,例如压缩器16、冷凝器18、膨胀阀20、蒸发器22及蒸发器风机24、以及任何连接管道或管路及任何其它组件(未显示)。在一些实施方案中,框28包括制冷单元14的一些组件置于并固定在其中的凹袋32。将框28配置成支撑制冷单元14且承载容器10的主要负荷,例如挂架负荷及末端负荷。
参考图3,框28是模制的复合结构,其包括由(例如)纤维增强聚合物基复合(FRPMC)材料形成的外层34及内层36。将一层绝缘体40(例如,泡沫绝缘体)置于外层34与内层36之间。在一些实施方案中,预制造绝缘体40并使其形成为所选定的形状并通过复合制造工艺(例如,真空注入(VI)、树脂传递模塑(RTM)、精简版树脂传递模塑(LRTM)等)整合到框28结构中。如此,使外层34、内层36及绝缘体共同固化。或者,使外层34与内层36预制备有片状模塑化合物(SMC)并压缩模塑及装配。然后,(例如)通过注入作为泡沫的绝缘体40来安装绝缘体40。
现参考图4,框28可包括由金属(例如铝或其合金)形成的加强肋42以必要或需要时提供框28结构额外的硬度,尤其例如框28周围的区域。为将加强肋42并入框28结构中,可将加强肋42在复合框固化环中结合到框28中。或者,可通过利用粘合剂和/或机械紧固件(例如螺栓(未显示))的结合将加强肋42装配到完成的外层34、内层36及绝缘结构40。
参考图5中所示的实施方案,将加强肋42置于内层36与外层34之间的框28中。加强肋42、内层36及外层34是通过(例如)结合固定的。然后,将泡沫绝缘体40注入框28层体之间。
在另一个实施方案中,如图6中所示,加强肋42是通过冲压、焊接或其它适宜方法形成的,然后,将预先形成的框板44固定到加强肋42。如在其它实施方案中,框板44包括外层34及内层36,以及位于内层34与外层36之间的一层绝缘体40。
复合框28结构固定制冷系统14的组件,同时还承载负荷并提供对容器10的货物部分30的绝缘,同时减少重量且对腐蚀较不敏感。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于制冷货物容器的制冷单元的支撑框,其包括:
两层复合材料;
布置在所述两层复合材料之间的金属加强肋构件;以及
固定到所述两层复合材料上的至少一层热绝缘材料,所述支撑框包括至少一个凹袋以接收并支撑所述制冷单元的一个或多个元件,并且对所述货物容器的货物部分热绝缘;
其中,所述金属加强肋构件与所述两层复合材料相固定,并且然后将所述热绝缘材料注入所述支撑框的层体之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的支撑框,其中所述支撑框包括两层复合材料以及置于其间的所述至少一层绝缘泡沫材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的支撑框,其中所述支撑框是通过真空注入、树脂传递模塑或精简版树脂传递模塑中的一种形成的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的支撑框,其中所述加强肋构件由铝材料形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的支撑框,其中所述至少一层复合材料是纤维增强聚合物基复合材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的支撑框,其中所述复合材料层是通过压缩模塑利用片状模塑化合物形成的。
7.一种制冷货物容器,其包括:
货物容器;以及
制冷单元,其包括根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的支撑框。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制冷货物容器,其中将所述支撑框置于所述制冷货物容器的第一末端处。
