Abstract

本发明公开了一种管件,包括内管和外管,其中,内管置于外管内,内管的一端设有用于连接外部管道的延伸部,内管和外管之间为封闭的空腔,空腔内布满气囊,当管件内的水结冰使管件膨胀后,气囊会给内管一个反作用力,降低了内管被冻裂的可能。在内管上设有出水口和若干排水口,内管内设有挡板,挡板上固定一弹簧,弹簧的另一端固定于内管的封闭端,当水等介质流入后,冲击在挡板上,给水一个反冲力,缓冲了水流的速度,降低了出水口的水压,而当水流的速度够大时,推动挡板移动到排水口处,一部分水可以从排水口流出,同样减轻了出水口的压力。本发明有效的降低了冬季内管内存水冷冻造成的冻裂现象以及降低了水压过大时管件爆裂的可能。

本发明涉及一种管件,属于金属配件技术领域。
背景技术
管件是将管子连接成管路的零件,目前很多管件不具备防裂防爆特性,若管道突然充满水,且水的压力比较大,容易冲坏阀门,而在冬天如果管件中存水,水结冻后膨胀,容易导致管件冻裂。而由于天气的多变性和不可预测,人们往往无法准时做好有效的防护措施。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防冻裂防爆功能的管件。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术手段如下;
一种管件,包括内管和外管,所述内管置于外管内,所述内管的一端设有用于连接外部管道的延伸部;所述内管的另一端封闭,所述内管和外管之间为封闭的空腔,所述空腔内布满气囊;所述内管上设有出水口,所述出水口和内管封闭端之间设有若干排水口;所述内管内设有挡板,所述挡板上固定一弹簧,所述弹簧的另一端固定于内管的封闭端;所述挡板能在内管内左右移动。
前述的内管的内壁上,出水口和相邻的排水口之间设有限位柱。
前述的内管的延伸部设有滤网。
前述的出水口和排水口管道的外表面套装有密封圈。
前述的内管口处设有限位凸台,所述限位凸台连接限位底座,所述限位底座连接外部管道。
前述的限位底座内设有限位槽。
通过采用上述技术手段,本发明的内管和外管之间的气囊可以起到缓冲作用,有效的降低了冬季内管内存水冷冻造成的冻裂现象;同时,弹簧和挡板的配合,对水压起到了很好的缓冲作用,降低了管件爆裂的可能。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明的管件,包括内管1和外管2,其中,内管1置于外管2内,内管1的一端设有用于连接外部管道的延伸部9,内管1口处设有限位凸台8,限位凸台8连接限位底座7,限位底座7连接外部管道,外部管道与内管1通过限位凸台8和限位底座7连接,防止在通油、水等介质时发生滑动而影响流通速率。在限位底座7内设有限位槽,进一步确保了外部管道和内管1连接的紧固性。
内管1的另一端封闭,内管1和外管2之间为封闭的空腔,空腔内布满气囊,这样,当管件内的水结冰使管件膨胀后,气囊会给内管一个反作用力,抵消掉内管上的部分受力,降低了内管被冻裂的可能。在内管1上设有出水口5,出水口5和内管1封闭端之间设有若干排水口4,出水口5和排水口4管道的外表面套装有密封圈,确保内管1和外管2之间的封闭性。
内管1内设有挡板10,挡板10上固定一弹簧3,弹簧3的另一端固定于内管1的封闭端,且挡板10能在内管1内左右移动,这样,水等介质从内管延伸部9口处进来后,冲击在挡板10上,给水一个反冲力,缓冲了水流的速度,降低了出水口5的水压,而当水流的速度够大时,推动挡板10移动到排水口4处,一部分水可以从排水口4流出,同样减轻了出水口5的压力,当水流完后,弹簧3不受力而复位,推动挡板10恢复到之间的位置。在内管1的内壁上,出水口5和相邻的排水口4之间设有限位柱,限定挡板10的位置,不能越过出水口5。
本发明的内管1的延伸部9还设有滤网6,使管件具有过滤作用,防止阀门堵塞。

1.一种管件,其特征在于,包括内管和外管,所述内管置于外管内,所述内管的一端设有用于连接外部管道的延伸部;所述内管的另一端封闭,所述内管和外管之间为封闭的空腔,所述空腔内布满气囊;所述内管上设有出水口,所述出水口和内管封闭端之间设有若干排水口;所述内管内设有挡板,所述挡板上固定一弹簧,所述弹簧的另一端固定于内管的封闭端;所述挡板能在内管内左右移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管件,其特征在于,所述内管的内壁上,出水口和相邻的排水口之间设有限位柱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种管件,其特征在于,所述内管的延伸部设有滤网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种管件,其特征在于,所述出水口和排水口管道的外表面套装有密封圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种管件,其特征在于,所述内管口处设有限位凸台,所述限位凸台连接限位底座,所述限位底座连接外部管道。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种管件,其特征在于,所述限位底座内设有限位槽。
