本发明公开一种用于衣服的阻燃薄膜,所述的用于衣服的阻燃薄膜包括最上层的热塑性涂料、中间层的阻燃剂和最下层的天然橡胶组合而成,所述热塑性涂料为聚碳酸脂,所述的热塑性涂料占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的67%-71%,所述的阻燃剂占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的22%-25%,所述的天然橡胶占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的3%-12%。本发明提供一种用于衣服的阻燃薄膜,具有耐热,抗冲击,阻燃和耐磨的优点。

用于衣服的阻燃薄膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于衣服的阻燃薄膜。
背景技术
市场上的薄膜品种很多,但最常用的印刷膜有BOPP,NY,PET,PE。就印刷而言,最重要的当然是薄膜的表面处理效果,NY膜是否受潮。印刷时应该制定对膜的表面张力一个膜卷一测的工艺要求。电晕效果具有时效性,放置过长时间,电晕效果可能下降幅度太多达不到印刷的要求;也可以避免由于不小心弄反膜面印刷的故障隐患。
阻燃材料绿色化的关键是阻燃剂的选择。为克服卤系阻燃剂的不足和提高环保效果,无卤、高效、低烟、低毒新型阻燃剂的合成及其阻燃技术的研究,是当今高分子阻燃材料的发展方向从阻燃剂发展的前景来看,无卤的膨胀型阻燃剂、有机硅阻燃剂、纳米级阻燃剂显示了强大的生命力,为阻燃材料的绿色化提供了可能。 在我国的阻燃技术基本上与国外先进国家处在同一水平线上,各种阻燃制品的难燃要求也是参照发达国家的同类标准制订出来的。但由于我国目前还没有一部较为完整的阻燃法律规范,使得我国阻燃制品的生产总量及其使用仍远远落后于发达国家。如美国在上世纪九十年代末期,阻燃塑料制品占其塑料总使用量的40%左右,而与此同时我国连1%的阻燃制品都达不到。 我国在高聚物(各种塑料包括工程塑料)的阻燃中,主要是以用量少、阻燃效率高且适应性广的添加型溴系阻燃剂为主。溴系中多溴二苯醚(PBD PO)在燃烧时会产生有毒致癌的多溴代苯并烷(PBDD)和多溴代苯并呋喃(PBDF)。而且卤素阻燃剂在燃烧时生成大量的烟和有毒且具腐蚀性的气体,可导致单纯由火所不能引起的电路系统开关和其它金属物件的腐蚀及对人体呼吸道和其它器官造成危害的严重缺点。所以我国虽然阻燃材料研究方面比较不错,但将阻燃材料应用到实际中还在很落后。
发明内容
   本发明提供一种具有耐热,抗冲击,阻燃和耐磨优点的用于衣服的阻燃薄膜。
本发明的技术方案是:一种用于衣服的阻燃薄膜,所述的用于衣服的阻燃薄膜包括最上层的热塑性涂料、中间层的阻燃剂和最下层的天然橡胶组合而成,所述热塑性涂料为聚碳酸脂,所述的热塑性涂料占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的67%-71%,所述的阻燃剂占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的22%-25%,所述的天然橡胶占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的3%-12%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃剂包括三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝和硅。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的热塑性涂料占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的68%,所述的阻燃剂占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的23%,所述的天然橡胶占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的9%。
本发明的一种用于衣服的阻燃薄膜,具有耐热,抗冲击,阻燃和耐磨的优点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的用于衣服的阻燃薄膜包括最上层的热塑性涂料、中间层的阻燃剂和最下层的天然橡胶组合而成,所述热塑性涂料为聚碳酸脂,所述的热塑性涂料占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的67%-71%,所述的阻燃剂占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的22%-25%,所述的天然橡胶占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的3%-12%,所述阻燃剂包括三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝和硅。
进一步说明,所述的热塑性涂料占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的68%,所述的阻燃剂占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的23%,所述的天然橡胶占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的9%。
在进一步说明,聚碳酸酯是几乎无色的玻璃态的无定形聚合物,有很好的光学性。聚碳酸酯高分子量树脂有很高的韧性,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度为600~900J/m,未填充牌号的热变形温度大约为130°C ,玻璃纤维增强后可使这个数值增加10°C。聚碳酸酯的弯曲模量可达2400MPa以上,树脂可加工制成大的刚性制品。低于100°C 时,在负载下的蠕变率很低。聚碳酸酯耐水解性差,不能用于重复经受高压蒸汽的制品。聚碳酸酯主要性能缺陷是耐水解稳定性不够高,对缺口敏感,耐有机化学品性,耐刮痕性较差,长期暴露于紫外线中会发黄。和其他树脂一样,聚碳酸酯容易受某些有机溶剂的浸浊。聚碳酸酯材料具有阻燃性,耐磨。抗氧化性。物理密度:1.18-1.22 g/cm^3 线膨胀率:3.8×10^-5 cm/°C 热变形温度:135°C 低温-45°C。聚碳酸酯无色透明,耐热,抗冲击,阻燃BI级,在普通使用温度内都有良好的机械性能。同性能接近聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯相比,聚碳酸酯的耐冲击性能好,折射率高,加工性能好,不需要添加剂就具有UL94 V-0级阻燃性能。但是聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯相对聚碳酸酯价格较低,并可通过本体聚合的方法生产大型的器件。
在进一步说明,阻燃剂常用品种有以下几种:①三氧化二锑。必须与有机阻燃材料协同使用。②氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝。可分别单独使用,但加入量大,往往与树脂用量相当。③无机磷类。常用红磷及硫酸盐,纯红磷在使用前最后经过微化处理,可单用和并用,磷酸盐有磷酸铵、硝酸铵等。④硼类阻燃材料。常用水合硼酸锌,一般与其他阻燃材料协同使用。其他金属氧化物,如金属铝化物、金属铁化物等,主要用于硝烟。⑤金属卤化物。如各类卤化锑类。本发明提供一种用于衣服的阻燃薄膜,具有耐热,抗冲击,阻燃和耐磨的优点。

1.一种用于衣服的阻燃薄膜,其特征在于:所述的用于衣服的阻燃薄膜包括最上层的热塑性涂料、中间层的阻燃剂和最下层的天然橡胶组合而成,所述热塑性涂料为聚碳酸脂,所述的热塑性涂料占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的67%-71%,所述的阻燃剂占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的22%-25%,所述的天然橡胶占用于衣服的阻燃薄膜总体分量的3%-12%。
