Abstract

本发明公开一种电缆防火涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:依次将50%的水、氯化石蜡、聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺加入到容器中,搅拌10-15min,制成溶液A;将剩下50%的水、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、聚氨酯树脂、环氧大豆油、癸二酸酯、钛酸酯偶联剂混合均匀,制成溶液B;将溶液B加入到溶液A中,搅拌条件下,加入钛白粉、三氧化二锑、消泡剂和成膜助剂,混合均匀,即得到含聚氨酯树脂的电缆防火涂料。本发明防火涂料制备方法简单,制备得到的涂料涂覆在基材表面,具有优异的阻燃性能,由于加入聚氨酯树脂,使得涂料的附着力、耐候性。耐高温、耐腐蚀性能均得到显著提高,且涂膜具有优异的坚牢度。

电缆防火涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体是一种含聚氨酯树脂的电缆防火涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
电缆防火涂料适用于电厂、工矿、电信和民用建筑的电线电缆的阻燃处理,也可用于木结构、金属结构建筑物及地下工程的可燃烧性基材等物体的防火保护。
目前电线电缆的防火涂料主要采用溶剂型电缆防火涂料进行防火,但溶剂型电缆防火涂料含有大量的挥发性有机溶剂,在生产施工时存在极大的安全隐患,相比之下,水性防火涂料就安全许多。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种含聚氨酯树脂的电缆防火涂料的制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
电缆防火涂料的制备方法,所述方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)依次将50%的水、氯化石蜡、聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺加入到容器中,搅拌10-15min,制成溶液A;
(2)将剩下50%的水、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、聚氨酯树脂、环氧大豆油、癸二酸酯、钛酸酯偶联剂混合均匀,制成溶液B;
(3)将溶液B加入到溶液A中,搅拌条件下,加入钛白粉、三氧化二锑、消泡剂和成膜助剂,混合均匀,即得到含聚氨酯树脂的电缆防火涂料,其中,各原料组分按重量份配比如下:聚醋酸乙烯乳液100份、丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15-30份、聚氨酯树脂10-20份、氯化石蜡2-4份、聚磷酸铵10-16份、季戊四醇6-10份、三聚氰胺3-7份、钛白粉1-3份、三氧化二锑2-4份、钛酸酯偶联剂0.1-1.5份、消泡剂0.2-0.6份、成膜助剂0.5-1.5份、环氧大豆油0.1-0.4份、癸二酸酯0.1-1份、水25-35份。
所述步骤(1)中搅拌速度为1000-1200r/min。
所述步骤(3)中搅拌速度为900-1100r/min,搅拌时间为80min。
本发明的有益效果:本发明防火涂料制备方法简单,制备得到的涂料涂覆在基材表面,具有优异的阻燃性能,由于加入聚氨酯树脂,使得涂料的附着力、耐候性。耐高温、耐腐蚀性能均得到显著提高,且涂膜具有优异的坚牢度。
具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
电缆防火涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、依次将15份水、3份氯化石蜡、13份聚磷酸铵、8份季戊四醇、5份三聚氰胺加入到容器中,搅拌10-15min,搅拌速度为1100r/min,制成溶液A;
2、将剩下15份水、100份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、18份丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、15份聚氨酯树脂、0.25份环氧大豆油、0.6份癸二酸酯、1份钛酸酯偶联剂混合均匀,制成溶液B;
3、将溶液B加入到溶液A中,搅拌条件下,加入2份钛白粉、3份三氧化二锑、0.4份消泡剂和1份成膜助剂,搅拌速度为1000r/min,搅拌时间为80min,混合均匀,即得到含聚氨酯树脂的电缆防火涂料。
实施例2
电缆防火涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、依次将12.5份水、2份氯化石蜡、10份聚磷酸铵、6份季戊四醇、3份三聚氰胺加入到容器中,搅拌10-15min,搅拌速度为1200r/min,制成溶液A;
2、将剩下12.5份水、100份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、15份丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、10份聚氨酯树脂、0.1份环氧大豆油、0.2份癸二酸酯、0.3份钛酸酯偶联剂混合均匀,制成溶液B;
3、将溶液B加入到溶液A中,搅拌条件下,加入1份钛白粉、2份三氧化二锑、0.2份消泡剂和0.5份成膜助剂,搅拌速度为900r/min,搅拌时间为80min,混合均匀,即得到含聚氨酯树脂的电缆防火涂料。

1.电缆防火涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法具体包括以下步骤:
   (1)依次将50%的水、氯化石蜡、聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺加入到容器中,搅拌10-15min,制成溶液A;
   (2)将剩下50%的水、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、聚氨酯树脂、环氧大豆油、癸二酸酯、钛酸酯偶联剂混合均匀,制成溶液B;
   (3)将溶液B加入到溶液A中,搅拌条件下,加入钛白粉、三氧化二锑、消泡剂和成膜助剂,混合均匀,即得到含聚氨酯树脂的电缆防火涂料,其中,各原料组分按重量份配比如下:聚醋酸乙烯乳液100份、丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15-30份、聚氨酯树脂10-20份、氯化石蜡2-4份、聚磷酸铵10-16份、季戊四醇6-10份、三聚氰胺3-7份、钛白粉1-3份、三氧化二锑2-4份、钛酸酯偶联剂0.1-1.5份、消泡剂0.2-0.6份、成膜助剂0.5-1.5份、环氧大豆油0.1-0.4份、癸二酸酯0.1-1份、水25-35份。
2.   根据权利要求1所述的电缆防火涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中搅拌速度为1000-1200r/min。
3.   根据权利要求1所述的电缆防火涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中搅拌速度为900-1100r/min,搅拌时间为80min。
