本发明公开了一种环保型柔版印刷油墨,涉及印刷技术领域,所述原料组分及重量百分比为:醇溶型增塑性聚氨酯20-35%,聚乙烯蜡1-3%,丙烯酸树脂18-26%,颜料10-20%,乙二醇甲醚3-8%,溶剂2-8%,助剂6-12%和乙二醇醚3-8%,本发明所制得印刷油墨,印刷适性良好,耐热性佳,质量高,减少环境污染,提高了印刷效果,且本水性柔版印刷油墨墨质细腻,光泽柔和,颜色饱和度高,色彩鲜艳干燥速度快,可满足高档印刷的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型柔版印刷油墨。
背景技术
近年来,随着印刷技术的发展,新品种的印刷油墨技术被不断的开发应用。配合高速包装业的兴起,对印刷油墨提出了新的挑战。由于高速包装机械在高速运行中,对印刷品产生摩擦作用力,使已经印好的印刷品掉色、脱色。
目前市场上使用的柔版印刷油墨大多以丙烯酸树脂体系为主的水基印刷油墨和以聚酰胺树脂体系为主的溶剂型油墨。丙烯酸树脂体系制备的油墨主要应用在孔隙性基质如牛皮纸、瓦楞纸等渗透基质中。而非孔隙性基质的印刷仍以溶剂型油墨为主。溶剂型聚酰胺树脂体系制备的油墨由于其树脂本身的特性决定了一些诸如在印刷中容易粘版 ;印刷品在高温高湿及一定压力下放置容易粘墨 ;及在后加工中耐热性能差等缺陷,易给生产及后加工带来不便及质量隐患。并且柔性印版对油墨的溶剂体系要求很高,酯类溶剂含量高会对柔性橡胶版产生腐蚀,但是配方体系中的树脂如果不采用酯类溶剂又不能完全溶解,因此,给配方设计在技术在带来了很大的难度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种适应性强,环保性好,耐磨性高的印刷油墨。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:所提供的一种环保型柔版印刷油墨,所述原料组分及重量百分比为:醇溶型增塑性聚氨酯20-35%,聚乙烯蜡1-3%,丙烯酸树脂18-26%,颜料10-20%,乙二醇甲醚3-8%,溶剂2-8%,助剂6-12%和乙二醇醚3-8%。
优选的,所述原料组分及重量百分比为:醇溶型增塑性聚氨酯30%,聚乙烯蜡2%,丙烯酸树脂22%,颜料18%,乙二醇甲醚7%,溶剂6%,助剂10%和乙二醇醚5%。
优选的,所述助剂包括分散剂、环保型增塑剂和抗静电剂,所述分散剂、环保型增塑剂和抗静电剂的质量比为:2:1:1。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所制得印刷油墨,印刷适性良好,耐热性佳,质量高,减少环境污染,提高了印刷效果,且本水性柔版印刷油墨墨质细腻,光泽柔和,颜色饱和度高,色彩鲜艳干燥速度快,可满足高档印刷的要求。

实施例1:
一种环保型柔版印刷油墨,所述原料组分及重量百分比为:醇溶型增塑性聚氨酯30%,聚乙烯蜡2%,丙烯酸树脂22%,颜料18%,乙二醇甲醚7%,溶剂6%,助剂10%和乙二醇醚5%。
基于上述,本发明所制得印刷油墨,印刷适性良好,耐热性佳,质量高,减少环境污染,提高了印刷效果,且本水性柔版印刷油墨墨质细腻,光泽柔和,颜色饱和度高,色彩鲜艳干燥速度快,可满足高档印刷的要求。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种环保型柔版印刷油墨,其特征在于,所述原料组分及重量百分比为:醇溶型增塑性聚氨酯20-35%,聚乙烯蜡1-3%,丙烯酸树脂18-26%,颜料10-20%,乙二醇甲醚3-8%,溶剂2-8%,助剂6-12%和乙二醇醚3-8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型柔版印刷油墨,其特征在于,所述原料组分及重量百分比为:醇溶型增塑性聚氨酯30%,聚乙烯蜡2%,丙烯酸树脂22%,颜料18%,乙二醇甲醚7%,溶剂6%,助剂10%和乙二醇醚5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种环保型柔版印刷油墨,其特征在于,所述助剂包括分散剂、环保型增塑剂和抗静电剂,所述分散剂、环保型增塑剂和抗静电剂的质量比为:2:1:1。
