Mobile payment system, method and related equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of information processing, in particular to a mobile payment system, a mobile payment method and related equipment.
Background
With the popularization of mobile terminals, the weight of mobile payment in the entire payment market is rapidly increasing, wherein near-field payment is one of the mobile payments, and becomes more important as the combination of the internet and entity services.
Specifically, at present, the near-field payment mainly has the following forms:
firstly, the terminal actively scans the code for payment. That is, the barcode or the two-dimensional code on the commodity or the settlement statement is scanned through the terminal camera, the amount to be paid is automatically displayed or manually input, and then payment is completed through the terminal network.
And secondly, passively scanning the code by the terminal for payment. Namely, the terminal displays a bar code or a two-dimensional code which can represent the identity of the user, a special scanning gun is used for scanning the bar code or the two-dimensional code, and the settlement is automatically completed with the help of settlement software.
And thirdly, paying by sound waves. Namely, the terminal sends out sound waves carrying identity information and payment amount information, and the opposite terminal or the cashier equipment receives the information and completes payment; in addition, in this scenario, the cash register device may also emit a corresponding sound wave and receive the sound wave by the terminal to complete payment.
And fourthly, the terminal actively carries out NFC (Near Field Communication) payment. That is, the terminal having the NFC chip approaches the goods or the toll device including the NFC tag, reads the goods or the service mark in the NFC tag, and completes payment through the terminal network.
And fifthly, passive NFC payment is carried out by the terminal. Namely, the terminal containing the NFC label is close to the charging equipment, and the charging equipment reads the identity information in the NFC label to complete corresponding payment.
However, the above method has problems in terms of convenience of operation, economy and safety. For example, the problem that the time consumption of the scanning process is long and the terminal is not easy to identify exists in the terminal active code scanning payment; the problem that payment cost is expensive due to the fact that special scanning gun equipment needs to be customized in terminal passive code scanning payment is solved; the problems that the connection is not easy or the connection time is long and the like exist in the specific use of the sound wave payment; the problems of limited supportable scenes, poor expansibility and the like exist in the NFC active or passive payment. In addition, fixed bar code, two-dimensional code, NFC label etc. still exist and are easily forged, and then make payment system security lower problem.
That is, the existing mobile payment system has the problems of complicated operation process, low security, low efficiency, or high cost, and therefore, it is desirable to provide a new mobile payment system to solve the above problems.

In addition, the account information described herein may include login account information of a mobile payment system such as a bank system (e.g., a bank card number, etc.), login account information of other systems associated with the mobile payment system (e.g., a social networking system such as a microblog, a wechat, etc.), and the like; the password information may include a preset static password (e.g., a fixed login password matching with a corresponding login account), or a dynamically generated dynamic password, which is not described in detail in the embodiments of the present invention. Furthermore, it should be noted that the authentication information according to the embodiment of the present invention is generally generated (including directly obtained) by the handheld terminal 11 in real time according to the received payment operation instruction, and is not described in detail in the embodiment of the present invention.
Further, the handheld terminal 11 is not limited to any one of the following terminals: the mobile phone, the tablet computer, the notebook computer, or the dedicated handheld terminal may be any one that has the twinkling light emitting device 10 and can be operated by the user through a hand to convert the interactive information required in the mobile payment process into the visible light signal.
Further, the light emitting element 10 may include at least one or more light emitting devices in the handheld terminal 11 for assisting photographing and/or shooting, or one or more light emitting devices in the handheld terminal 11 dedicated for emitting visible light signals, as long as it can be controlled by the handheld terminal 11 to convert the interaction information required in the mobile payment process into visible light signals. The light emitting element 10 is not limited to the light emitting element 10 composed of the LED light emitting device, and may be the light emitting element 10 composed of a general light emitting device such as an incandescent lamp or a fluorescent lamp, which is not limited in any way in the embodiment of the present invention.
Further, the visible light signal receiving end 12 in the mobile payment system can be one or more. Each visible light signal receiving end 12 may be an independent device independent from the payment settlement system 13, or may also be an integrated device integrated on the payment settlement system 13 (for example, it may be embedded inside or on the surface of the payment settlement system 13 according to actual needs), as long as it can receive the visible light signal generated by the light emitting element 10 on the handheld terminal 11 and convert the visible light signal into a corresponding level signal to be transmitted to the payment settlement system 13, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the handheld terminal 11 may be specifically configured to execute, by using a built-in software system, an operation of receiving a payment operation instruction and converting interaction information required in a mobile payment process into a visible light signal according to the received payment operation instruction.
Further, the handheld terminal 11 may be specifically configured to convert the interaction information required in the mobile payment process into a binary code stream through a built-in software system, and control the light-emitting element 10 to be turned on or off according to the binary code stream, so as to convert the interaction information required in the mobile payment process into a visible light signal. For example, the light-emitting element 10 is turned on when the data is 0, and the light-emitting element 10 is turned off when the data is 1; alternatively, the light emitting element 10 may be turned on when the data is 1, and the light emitting element 10 may be turned off when the data is 0, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the visible light signal receiving end 12 is specifically configured to convert the visible light signal emitted by the light emitting element 10 into a level signal according to the on or off state of the light emitting element 10; or, the method and the device may be specifically configured to convert the visible light signal emitted by the light emitting element 10 into a level signal according to a luminance difference between the luminance of the light signal at the center of the uneven light field formed by the surface of the visible light signal receiving end 12 of the light emitting element 10 and the luminance of the light signal at the edge of the uneven light field, so as to improve the anti-interference performance and the sensitivity in the mobile payment process.
Further, in order to control the mobile payment process accordingly to further improve the security of the mobile payment process, the mobile payment system may further include the payment management system 14:
the payment management system 14 is configured to participate in generation of authentication information required in a mobile payment process through information interaction with the handheld terminal 11; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
can be used to participate in the execution of the corresponding payment service through information interaction with the payment settlement system 13.
For example, taking the generation of the authentication information required by the payment management system 14 to participate in the mobile payment process as an example, the generation of the authentication information by the payment management system 14 may include:
the method comprises the steps of acquiring a series of information such as account information, password information or user identity information of a mobile payment user by information interaction with the handheld terminal 11, generating a dynamic password by adopting a set algorithm according to the acquired information, and returning the generated dynamic password to the handheld terminal 11 as authentication information required in the mobile payment process.
It should be noted that, because the effective time of the dynamic password is short, the password is invalid after the user completes the corresponding mobile payment, and the security is extremely high, therefore, the security of the system can be greatly improved by using the dynamic password as the authentication information.
That is to say, in the embodiment of the present invention, the handheld terminal 11 may generate the authentication information required in the mobile payment process in a manner of information interaction with the payment management system 14 with the participation of the payment management system 14.
Of course, it should be noted that the handheld terminal 11 may also generate the authentication information required in the mobile payment process without the participation of the payment management system 14, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. For example, the handheld terminal 11 may generate the authentication information required in the mobile payment process at least by the following means:
acquiring a series of information such as account information, password information or user identity information of a mobile payment user, and directly taking the acquired information as identity authentication information required in the mobile payment process; or,
acquiring a series of information such as account information, password information or user identity information of a mobile payment user, generating a dynamic password by adopting a set algorithm according to the acquired information, and taking the generated dynamic password as identity authentication information required in the mobile payment process.
Further, taking the execution of the payment management system 14 participating in the payment service as an example, the execution of the payment management system 14 participating in the payment service may include:
the execution condition of the payment service is determined, and when it is determined that the execution condition of the payment service is satisfied, the payment settlement system 13 is instructed to execute the corresponding payment service.
Wherein, the determining the execution condition of the payment service may include: and judging whether the user corresponding to the authentication information acquired by the payment settlement system 13 has a corresponding payment authority, and judging whether the two pieces of information are matched or not when the authentication information is account information of a bank system and corresponding static password information. Accordingly, when it is determined that the user corresponding to the authentication information acquired by the payment settlement system 13 has the corresponding payment authority or the like, it is determined that the execution condition of the payment service is satisfied.
That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the payment settlement system 13 may perform a corresponding payment service with the participation of the payment management system 14 by means of information interaction with the payment management system 14.
It should be noted that, of course, the payment settlement system 13 may also execute the corresponding payment service without the participation of the payment management system 14, for example, the determination of the execution condition of the payment settlement system 13 itself executing the payment service is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, the information interaction mode between the handheld terminal 11 and the payment management system 14 and the information interaction mode between the payment settlement system 13 and the payment management system 14 at least include a wired mode or a wireless mode. For example, the information interaction between the handheld terminal 11 and the payment management system 14, and between the payment settlement system 13 and the payment management system 14 CAN be performed through any form of network that satisfies the data communication between devices and systems, such as a local area network, the internet, an ethernet, a 485 bus, a CAN bus, and the like.
Further, it should be noted that the payment management system 14 may be a dedicated software system configured to cooperate with the handheld terminal 11, the payment settlement system 13, and the like, and is used for completing a corresponding payment service function, or may be a corresponding non-dedicated software system, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In the following, the interaction process of the mobile payment system in the embodiment of the present invention will be briefly described by taking a specific example as an example:
firstly, aiming at a payment scene that a counterpart generates a corresponding bill:
in consumption places such as supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants and the like, before payment, a user can generate bills with clear limits, and at the moment, the user can obtain corresponding bills in a setting mode and send payment operation instructions to the handheld terminal 11 after determining that the bills are correct. After receiving the payment operation instruction, the handheld terminal 11 may generate authentication information for confirming a payment result with the participation of the payment management system 14, convert the interactive information including the authentication information into a visible light signal through the light emitting element 10, and send the visible light signal to the visible light signal receiving end 12, and further transmit the interactive information to the payment settlement system 13 through the visible light signal receiving end 12, and the payment settlement system 13 executes a corresponding payment service according to the interactive information (where, the payment settlement system 13 may specifically execute the payment service with the participation of the payment management system 14).
Specifically, the executing of the corresponding payment service by the payment settlement system 13 according to the interaction information may include: and positioning the user account according to the identity authentication information in the interactive information, and transferring the amount to be paid to a corresponding account, such as a corresponding merchant account, from the positioned user account.
It should be noted that, before the user performs the payment interaction or during the payment interaction, the payment settlement system 13 or the payment management system 14 may be associated with the merchant account corresponding to the bill to be paid, and obtain information such as the corresponding payment amount. That is, in this scenario, the user may not need to transmit payment amount information to the payment settlement system 13 through the handheld terminal 11, that is, the payment amount information does not need to be carried in the interactive information.
Further, in this scenario, the user may obtain the corresponding bill by:
the user identity information and the like are transmitted to the visible light signal receiving end 12 through the handheld terminal 11 in the form of visible light signals, so that the user identity information and the like are transmitted to the payment settlement system 13 through the visible light signal receiving end 12, and the bill of the user is pushed to the handheld terminal 11 of the user by the payment settlement system 13 through the network (or by the payment management system 14 through the network).
In addition, optionally, in this scenario, the handheld terminal 11 may also directly send the interactive information (including the payment operation instruction, the authentication information, and the like) required in the payment process to the payment management system 14, and the payment management system 14 completes the payment of the statement, which is not described in detail in this embodiment of the present invention.
Secondly, aiming at the payment scene that each fixed payment sum is associated with the corresponding visible light signal receiving end in advance:
for various vending machines (such as beverage vending machines, lottery ticket vending machines, movie ticket vending machines, etc.), one or more fixed-price commodities are provided for users to select, if each fixed-price commodity under the scene is associated with a corresponding visible light signal receiving end in advance (for example, a visible light signal receiving end associated with a corresponding commodity is placed below each commodity label), then, at this time, when the user sends interactive information in the form of visible light signals to the visible light signal receiving end 12 through the handheld terminal 11, the user may not need to carry corresponding payment amount information, but only carry authentication information and payment confirmation information for the commodity associated with the visible light signal receiving end 12, etc. (it is to be noted that, usually, only the authentication information is sent, and also the payment confirmation for the associated commodity by the user can be deduced by default), after receiving the interactive information through the visible light signal receiving terminal 12, the payment settlement system 13 may locate the user account according to the interactive information, and directly execute the corresponding payment service according to the located user account and the payment amount information associated with the visible light signal receiving terminal 12.
That is, in this scenario, the user can transmit the corresponding interactive information to the payment settlement system 13 by only sending the visible light signal to the corresponding visible light signal receiving terminal 12 once through the handheld terminal 11, thereby completing the payment.
And thirdly, other payment scenes:
in a general payment scenario, a user needs to send corresponding payment amount information to the visible light signal receiving end 12 through the handheld terminal 11 (that is, the interactive information needs to carry the payment amount information) to complete payment, and the rest of payment processes are similar to those in the above scenario, and are not described here again.
In the technical scheme of the first embodiment of the invention, interactive information required in the mobile payment process can be converted into visible light signals through the flicker of a light-emitting element on a handheld terminal, wherein the interactive information comprises identity authentication information required in the mobile payment process, a visible light signal receiving end receives the visible light signals and converts the visible light signals into level signals, and a payment settlement system acquires the interactive information and executes corresponding payment services according to the level signals. Namely, the identity authentication information can be transmitted to the payment settlement system through the flicker of the light-emitting element on the handheld terminal, so as to replace the common bar code scanning, sound wave transmission or NFC communication and other modes at present, thereby improving the interaction efficiency, and the transmitted information can not be stolen through peeping, photographing, camera shooting, radio frequency equipment reading and other modes in the whole using process, thereby also improving the safety of the system, and furthermore, the cost of the system can be reduced because the whole process does not need special scanning guns and other equipment, thereby compared with the existing mobile payment mode, the mobile payment system has the advantages of simple operation process, strong safety, high efficiency, good human-computer interaction experience, low cost and the like.

step 302: and converting the visible light signal into a level signal, and acquiring the interactive information and executing corresponding payment service by a payment settlement system according to the level signal.
Optionally, the visible light signal receiving end may convert the visible light signal emitted by the light emitting element into a level signal according to two states of turning on or turning off the light emitting element; or,
the visible light signal emitted by the light emitting element can be converted into a level signal according to a luminance difference between the luminance of the light signal at the center position of the uneven light field formed on the surface of the visible light signal receiving end by the light emitting element and the luminance of the light signal at the edge position of the uneven light field, so that the anti-interference performance, the sensitivity and the like in the mobile payment process are improved, and the embodiment of the invention does not limit the invention.

step 402: and executing corresponding payment service according to the acquired interaction information.
That is to say, in the second technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention, the interaction information required in the mobile payment process can be converted into the visible light signal through the flashing of the light emitting element on the handheld terminal, where the interaction information includes the authentication information required in the mobile payment process, the visible light signal is received by the visible light signal receiving terminal and converted into the level signal, and the payment settlement system obtains the interaction information and executes the corresponding payment service according to the level signal, so that compared with the existing mobile payment method, the advantages of simple operation process, strong security, high efficiency, good human-computer interaction experience, low cost, and the like exist.
