Abstract

一种光扩散板支撑钉,包含:水平底座、支撑柱主体及卡爪。所述水平底座界定出一个平面。所述支撑柱主体自所述水平底座沿第一方向向上延伸。所述卡爪延伸设置在所述水平底座下,用以卡合在直下式背光模组的背板上。所述第一方向与所述平面的夹角小于80度且不小于45度,当外力施加于所述光扩散板时,所述支撑柱主体能提供缓冲所述外力的作用。本发明也提供一种背光模组,包含背板、发光源、光扩散板及多个如上所述的光扩散板支撑钉。所述发光源设置在所述背板上。所述光扩散板支撑钉设置在所述背板与所述光扩散板之间,并卡合在所述背板上,用以支撑所述光扩散板。通过倾斜的支撑柱主体,可以有效地减少光扩散板因受到冲击而导致的损伤。

Description

光扩散板支撑钉及背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光扩散板支撑钉及背光模组,特别是涉及一种包含倾斜的支撑柱主体的光扩散板支撑钉,及包含所述光扩散板支撑钉的背光模组。
背景技术
液晶面板必须仰赖背光模组(backlightmodule,BLM)来提供一个辉度与均匀度皆充足的面光源。背光模组以光源放置的位置来分类,可分为侧光式(edge-lit)以及直下式(direct-lit)两种。现有的直下式背光模组包含背板、LED光源、光扩散板(diffuserplate)及光扩散板支撑钉。所述LED光源是设置在所述背板上,且位于模组的正后方直接向前照射至所述光扩散板;所述光扩散板支撑钉是设置在所述背板上,用以支撑所述光扩散板,并在光扩散板及背板间提供具有一定高度的混光腔,以获得出光均匀的平面背光源。
然而,当直下式背光模组中的光扩散板受到正向外力作用时,应力会集中在光扩散板支撑钉的顶端,容易使得光扩散板受到集中的应力冲击而损伤,进而在光扩散板支撑钉顶端的受冲击处产生缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种光扩散板支撑钉,能克服上述先前技术中的缺点。
于是,本发明光扩散板支撑钉适用于支撑直下式背光模组的光扩散板,其包含:水平底座、支撑柱主体及卡爪。所述水平底座界定出一个平面。所述支撑柱主体自所述水平底座沿第一方向向上延伸。所述卡爪延伸设置在所述水平底座下,用以卡合在所述直下式背光模组的背板上。所述第一方向与所述平面的夹角小于80度且不小于45度,当外力施加于所述光扩散板时,所述支撑柱主体能提供缓冲所述外力的作用。
较佳地,所述光扩散板支撑钉还包含延伸段,该延伸段自所述支撑柱主体沿第二方向延伸,所述第二方向平行所述平面。
较佳地,所述支撑柱主体是朝所述第二方向倾斜。
较佳地,所述光扩散板支撑钉的材料是选自于聚碳酸酯、压克力或其组合。
又,本发明背光模组包含背板、发光源、光扩散板及多个如上所述的光扩散板支撑钉。所述发光源设置在所述背板上。所述光扩散板支撑钉设置在所述背板与所述光扩散板之间,并卡合在所述背板上,用以支撑所述光扩散板。
较佳地,所述背光模组是直下式背光模组。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过倾斜的支撑柱主体,可以有效地减少光扩散板因受到冲击而导致的损伤。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
在本发明被详细描述前,应当注意在以下的说明内容中,类似的组件是以相同的编号来表示。
参阅图1,本发明光扩散板支撑钉1包含水平底座11、支撑柱主体12及卡爪13。所述水平底座11界定出一个平面。所述支撑柱主体12自所述水平底座11沿第一方向D1向上延伸。所述卡爪13延伸设置在所述水平底座11下。所述第一方向D1与所述平面的夹角θ小于80度且不小于45度。在本实施例中,所述夹角θ为75度。
较佳地,所述光扩散板支撑钉1还包含延伸段14,该延伸段14自所述支撑柱主体12沿第二方向D2延伸,所述第二方向D2平行所述平面。所述延伸段14有助于加强所述支撑柱主体12的支撑效果。
更佳地,所述支撑柱主体12是朝所述第二方向D2倾斜,以强化所述延伸段14的支撑效果。
较佳地,所述光扩散板支撑钉1的材料是选自于聚碳酸酯(PC)、压克力(PMMA)或其组合。在本实施例中,所述光扩散板支撑钉1的材料是透明的聚碳酸酯/压克力(PC/PMMA)复合材料。
参阅图2,本实施例的显示器包含背光模组2、光学膜3及显示屏4。所述背光模组2包含背盖21、发光源22、光扩散板23及多个如上所述的光扩散板支撑钉1。所述背盖21包括背板211及侧板212。所述背板211不限于平板式或弯曲式。在本实施例中,所述背板211为平板式的水平背板。所述发光源22包括发光二极管阵列且设置在所述背板211上。所述光扩散板23实质上平行于所述背板211。所述光扩散板支撑钉1,设置在所述背板211与所述光扩散板23之间,并卡合在所述背板211上,用以支撑所述光扩散板23。
在本实施例中,所述背光模组2是直下式背光模组。所述卡爪13是用以卡合在所述直下式背光模组的背板211上。所述水平底座11实质上平行于所述背板211。
所述背板211的材料不限于金属或塑料,例如SECC、SGCC镀锌钢材或聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)。在本实施例中,所述背板211为SECC镀锌钢板。
当正向外力施加于所述直下式背光模组的光扩散板23时,所述支撑柱主体12能使其与所述光扩散板23间的应力分散并被略为压缩,以提供缓冲所述外力的作用,进而减少光扩散板23受到的冲击损伤。
如果所述夹角θ不小于80度,所述支撑柱主体12无法有效分散所述应力,所述光扩散板23容易承受集中的应力而受损;如果所述夹角小于45度,所述支撑柱主体12难以维持支撑所述光扩散板23的作用,且容易阻碍所述发光源22照射至所述光扩散板23的路径,也需要较高的生产成本。
综上所述,本发明光扩散板支撑钉1包含与水平底座11的夹角θ小于80度且不小于45度的支撑柱主体12,能有效地减少所述光扩散板23因受到冲击而导致的损伤,所以确实能达成本发明的目的。

Claims (6)

1.一种光扩散板支撑钉,适用于支撑直下式背光模组的光扩散板,其包含:
水平底座,界定出一个平面;
支撑柱主体,自所述水平底座沿第一方向向上延伸;及
卡爪,延伸设置在所述水平底座下,用以卡合在所述直下式背光模组的背板上,
其特征在于:所述第一方向与所述平面的夹角小于80度且不小于45度,当外力施加于所述光扩散板时,所述支撑柱主体能提供缓冲所述外力的作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光扩散板支撑钉,其特征在于:所述光扩散板支撑钉还包含:
延伸段,自所述支撑柱主体沿第二方向延伸,所述第二方向平行所述平面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的光扩散板支撑钉,其特征在于:所述支撑柱主体是朝所述第二方向倾斜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光扩散板支撑钉,其特征在于:所述光扩散板支撑钉的材料是选自于聚碳酸酯、压克力或其组合。
5.一种背光模组,其特征在于其包含:
背板;
发光源,设置在所述背板上;
光扩散板;及
多个根据权利要求1所述的光扩散板支撑钉,设置在所述背板与所述光扩散板之间,并卡合在所述背板上,用以支撑所述光扩散板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述背光模组是直下式背光模组。
