一种LED警示灯
技术领域
     本发明涉及校车信号灯装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种LED警示灯。
背景技术
现有的校车上使用的LED警示灯多采用多颗LED光源,并将这些LED分组焊装在多个PCB板上,然后将多块PCB板围成一个多边柱形,来实现灯具绕其轴线360°发光。这种结构的灯具,LED光源发出的光线利用率不高,为了使灯具的配光性能能够满足相应标准的要求,LED光源的数量往往需要很多,且可能为高功率的LED,这会大幅提高灯具的成本;同时该种灯具的结构复杂,装配繁琐;发明专利CN202884742U是对上述问题的改进,该专利所述的灯具结构:一颗高功率的LED置于灯具的中心轴线上,在其旁边设置一反射镜将LED发出的光线水平射出,反射镜通过电机驱动绕LED光源旋转形成灯具的360°发光。该技术方案的优势在于产品的成本低,并且灯具工作时节能,实现法规的要求容易。该技术方案的不足之处在于:灯具结构中采用了直流电机来驱动反射镜的圆周转动,但直流(有刷)电机的寿命较短,最长能够做到1500-2000h左右,电机装在灯具的内部,不便更换,这严重影响了整灯的使用寿命;且电机带动反射镜工作的过程中会产生噪音,且传动过程中如受振动影响有潜在的失效风险如转动频率失常或停止转动等。
发明内容
根据上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种LED警示灯, 通过安装在底板上的LED线路板进行频闪发光,发出光通过灯罩上的条形花纹进行扩散;结构简单,装配制造容易,大幅节约了成本。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种LED警示灯,由灯罩、底板、安装座、防护网、LED线路板组成,所述的LED线路板安装在底板中间,灯罩与底板密封连接,安装座放置在灯罩上通过紧固件与底板固定连接,防护网固定在安装座上;其特征在于:所述的LED线路板上设置了多颗大功率LED光源颗粒,且LED光源颗粒呈圆周状均布在线路板上,工作方式为频闪发光。
所述灯罩的内表面上设置有多条竖条状的散光条纹。
所述的底板上周圈设有胶水槽,并在胶水槽内设有三个通孔,中间平面上设LED线路板安装柱及一个出线孔。
所述的灯罩放置在底板的胶水槽内,并通过胶水进行密封。
所述的底板及安装座为铝合金材质。
所述的出线孔内安装有一线塞。
所述的安装座与胶水槽内通孔对应位置设有螺柱。
所述的灯罩上胶筋,并在胶筋上设有三个通孔位置与底板上的胶水槽内通孔对应。
本发明结构简单,装配制造容易,大幅节约了成本;LED线路板上设置多颗大功率LED光源颗粒,通灯罩上设有的竖条状条纹将光散射出来,提高了光线的利用率;同时灯具的工作方式为频闪发光,由于LED线路板安装在铝合金的底板上,大大提高了LED的散热效果,灯具的寿命主要由LED及一些电子元器件决定的,这大幅提高了灯具的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2知,一种LED警示灯,由灯罩1、底板2、安装座3、防护网4、LED线路板5组成,透明塑料材质的灯罩1,铝合金材质的底板2及安装座3,橡胶类材质的线塞8;底板2的周圈上设有胶水槽,中间平面上设LED线路板安装柱6及一个出线孔7;使用螺钉将LED线路板5安装在底板2的LED线路板安装柱6上;灯罩1放置在底板2的胶水槽内,并使用胶水实现灯罩1与底板2密封连接,安装座3放置在灯罩1上,通过紧固件将安装座3、灯罩1与底板2三者固定在一起,后将防护网4固定在安装座3上;底板2上的出线孔7内安装有一线塞8,防止水从出线孔7处浸入灯具内部。LED线路板5上设置了12颗大功率LED光源颗粒,且 LED光源颗粒呈圆周状均布在线路板上,工作方式为频闪发光,每个LED光源颗粒负责照亮的角度β=360°/12,本实施例采用12颗LED光源,实际使用时可根据情况选取不同数量的LED光源。在灯罩1的内表面上设计有多条竖条状的散光条纹,通过这些散光条纹将光线在水平方位内进行扩散,从而满足灯具配光性能的要求。LED线路板5根据需要最好选用铝基板,这有利于LED光源颗粒发出的热量的传导。安装座3、底座2均为铝合金材质,这样LED工作产生的部分热量经底座传递到灯体外,避免了灯内的温度过高。

1.一种LED警示灯,一种LED警示灯,由灯罩(1)、底板(2)、安装座(3)、防护网(4)、LED线路板(5)组成,所述的LED线路板(5)安装在底板(2)中间,灯罩(1)与底板(2)密封连接上;安装座(3)放置在灯罩(1)上通过紧固件与底板(2)固定连接,防护网(4)放置在安装座(3)上,防护网(4)固定在安装座(3)上;其特征在于:所述的LED线路板(5)上设置了多颗大功率LED光源颗粒,且 LED光源颗粒呈圆周状均布在线路板上,工作方式为频闪发光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED警示灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩(1)的内表面上设置有多条竖条状的散光条纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED警示灯,其特征在于:所述的底板(2)的周圈上设有胶水槽,并在胶水槽内设有三个通孔,中间平面上设LED线路板安装柱(6)及一个出线孔(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED警示灯,其特征在于:所述的灯罩(1)放置在底板(2)的胶水槽内,通过胶水进行密封。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED警示灯,其特征在于:所述的底板(2)及安装座(3)为铝合金材质。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED警示灯,其特征在于:所述的出线孔(7)内安装有一线塞(8)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED警示灯,其特征在于:所述的安装座(3)与底板(2)上胶水槽内通孔对应位置设有螺柱。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED警示灯,其特征在于:所述的灯罩(1)上胶筋,并在胶筋上设有三个通孔位置与底板(2)上的胶水槽内通孔对应。
