一种易拆装LED灯具结构，属于led灯具领域。本发明包括灯体以及多个功能模块，所述灯体上设置有模块安装部，所述的模块安装部上设置有紧固装置，所述紧固装置包括至少一个配合所述功能模块的外轮廓进行拔插紧固的卡扣。本发明能不需要工具即可简单牢固的组装灯具模块。

技术领域
本发明属于led灯具领域，尤其涉及一种易拆装LED灯具结构。
背景技术
目前模块化结构已经成为LED灯具的发展趋势，但是现有的灯具结构是使用螺丝拧紧各个模块，这种方式使LED灯具的装配效率变低，同时也没有体现模块化结构的最大优势，既是拆装变易。
公开号为CN101886779A的中国发明专利公开了一种模块化LED路灯，其包括灯杆、LED灯头、恒压模块以及恒流模块，所述恒压模块与所述恒流模块相互独立设置，所述LED灯头模块化设计并设置在所述灯杆的上方，所述LED灯头由电力驱动产生光源，所述恒压模块与所述恒流模块电连接，所述恒压模块与外部供电电路相连接，所述恒压恒流模块独立设置的模块化LED路灯在工作的时候，电流首先进入所述恒压模块中进行恒压，而后经过恒压的电流进入所述恒流模块中进行恒流，最后经过恒压恒流的电流驱动所述LED灯头发光。但是该发明专利的拆装仍然十分繁琐。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处本发明提供了不需要工具即可简单牢固的组装灯具模块的一种易拆装LED灯具结构。
本发明的技术方案是提供一种易拆装LED灯具结构，包括灯体以及多个功能模块，所述灯体上设置有模块安装部，所述的模块安装部上设置有紧固装置，所述紧固装置包括至少一个配合所述功能模块的外轮廓进行拔插紧固的卡扣。
本发明设置的卡扣是与功能模块的外轮廓进行配合，这就免去了对模块进行匹配设计，提升了模块调整设计的效率，同时也提升了灯体的兼容性，相较现有技术的卡扣更为便捷，不但提升组装效率还能提升模块设计的效率。
作为本发明的优选，所述的卡扣包括用于紧固所述功能模块的下压部以及用于连接所述模块安装部的连接部，所述下压部与所述连接部连接形成为所述功能模块的安装提供形变空间的形变部。
作为本发明的优选，所述的下压部的上表面倾斜设置，形成用于纠正固定位置的定位导向面，所述定位导向面向下倾斜。
作为本发明的优选，所述的形变部向所述下压部方向倾斜设置，与所述下压部形成倒置的L型结构。
作为本发明的优选，所述的形变部与所述的连接部通过转轴连接，所述的形变部的一侧设置有弹力归位装置。
作为本发明的优选，所述的形变部与所述的下压部通过转轴连接，所述的形变部的一侧设置有弹力归位装置。
作为本发明的优选，所述的卡扣在所述模块安装部上对角设置。
作为本发明的优选，所述的紧固装置还包括定位柱，所述定位柱在所述模块安装部上对角设置。
作为本发明的优选，所述的弹力归位装置呈内弧形，所述弹力归位装置的两端分别紧贴于所述形变部的外侧与所述灯体上。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1至图4所示，本发明实施例包括灯体1以及多个功能模块2，其特征在于：灯体1上设置有模块安装部3，模块安装部3上设置有紧固装置4，紧固装置4包括至少一个配合功能模块2的外轮廓进行拔插紧固的卡扣401。卡扣401在模块安装部3上对角设置。紧固装置4还包括定位柱404，定位柱404在模块安装部3上对角设置。
如图1与图2所示，本发明的卡扣401第一种实施例的卡扣401包括用于紧固功能模块2的下压部4011以及用于连接模块安装部3的连接部4012，下压部4011与连接部4012连接形成为功能模块3的安装提供形变空间的形变部4013。下压部4011的上表面倾斜设置，形成用于纠正固定位置的定位导向面4011a，定位导向面4011a向下倾斜。形变部4013向下压部4011方向倾斜设置，与下压部4011形成倒置的L型结构。卡扣401采用弹性钢片制成，形变部4013具有弹性恢复能力。
如图1与图3所示，本发明的卡扣401第二种实施例的卡扣401包括用于紧固功能模块2的下压部4011以及用于连接模块安装部3的连接部4012，下压部4011与连接部4012连接形成为功能模块3的安装提供形变空间的形变部4013。形变部4013与连接部4012通过转轴402连接，形变部4013的一侧设置有弹力归位装置403。弹力归位装置403呈内弧形，弹力归位装置403的两端分别连接于形变部4013的外侧与灯体1上。弹力归位装置403采用弹性钢片制成。
如图1与图4所示，本发明的卡扣401第三种实施例的卡扣401包括用于紧固功能模块2的下压部4011以及用于连接模块安装部3的连接部4012，下压部4011与连接部4012连接形成为功能模块3的安装提供形变空间的形变部4013。形变部4013与下压部4011通过转轴402连接，形变部4013的一侧设置有弹力归位装置403。弹力归位装置403呈外弧形，弹力归位装置403的两端分别连接于形变部4013的外侧与下压部4011的外侧。弹力归位装置403采用弹性钢片制成。

1.一种易拆装LED灯具结构，包括灯体（1）以及多个功能模块（2），其特征在于：所述灯体（1）上设置有模块安装部（3），所述的模块安装部（3）上设置有紧固装置（4），所述紧固装置（4）包括至少一个配合所述功能模块（2）的外轮廓进行拔插紧固的卡扣（401）；所述的卡扣（401）包括用于紧固所述功能模块（2）的下压部（4011）以及用于连接所述模块安装部（3）的连接部（4012），所述下压部（4011）与所述连接部（4012）连接形成为所述功能模块（2）的安装提供形变空间的形变部（4013）；所述的形变部（4013）与所述的下压部（4011）通过转轴（402）连接，所述的形变部（4013）的一侧设置有弹力归位装置（403）；所述的下压部（4011）的上表面倾斜设置，形成用于纠正固定位置的定位导向面（4011a），所述定位导向面（4011a）向下倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易拆装LED灯具结构，其特征在于：所述的形变部（4013）向所述下压部（4011）方向倾斜设置，与所述下压部（4011）形成倒置的L型结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种易拆装LED灯具结构，其特征在于：所述的卡扣（401）在所述模块安装部（3）上对角设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种易拆装LED灯具结构，其特征在于：所述的紧固装置（4）还包括定位柱（404），所述定位柱（404）在所述模块安装部（3）上对角设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种易拆装LED灯具结构，其特征在于：所述的弹力归位装置（403）呈外弧形，所述弹力归位装置（403）的两端分别连接于所述形变部（4013）的外侧与所述下压部（4011）的外侧。
