背景技术
通常用于从页张叠堆分离页张的所谓的抽吸头使用在加工页张的机器的续料器中。
EP 0734983B1描述了所设置的能施加抽吸空气的吸盘,所述吸盘抓住页张并且由抽吸器传动装置驱动地将所述页张转送到设置在下游的输送带上。由抽吸空气发生器将抽吸空气供应给吸盘。
实用新型DE 20201110753U1描述了一种用于提起对象的装置,其中,所述对象借助于抽吸力附着在壳体上。抽吸力由快速旋转的叶轮直接在壳体中产生。为了解除保持力设置一个布置在壳体上的可调节的挡板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种用于抽吸和定位对象的装置,其中,借助于叶轮产生保持力并且能够气动地控制保持力的解除。
根据本发明,该目的通过权利要求1所述的特征实现。
本发明的特别的优点是,能够气动地以预定的工作节拍、例如以加工页张的机器的节拍控制借助于叶轮形成的龙卷风模态或型态(Tornadomodul)。在此,以节拍工作的干扰空气例如喷吹空气或抽吸空气与由叶轮产生的用于抽吸对象、例如页张的旋风相反地取向,从而去除之前产生的负压区域。
以节拍工作的干扰空气可以通过旋转阀或电磁阀来控制。

具体实施方式
加工页张7的机器、例如印刷机1具有续料器2、至少一个印刷装置3或4和收料器6。页张7从页张叠堆8被取出并且被分离或者鳞片状地通过输送台9输送到印刷装置3或4。以公知的方式,所述印刷装置分别包含一个印版滚筒11,12。印版滚筒11和12分别具有一个用于固定柔性的印版的装置13,14。此外,给每个印版滚筒11,12配置一个用于半自动地或全自动地更换印版的装置16,17。
页张叠堆8放置在能控制提升的主叠堆板10上。从页张叠堆8的上面借助于至少能气动地作用的抓取装置18实现取出页张7。此外,设置喷吹装置用于使操纵部件的上方的页张层松散,所述操纵部件用于跟踪叠堆。
为了使页张叠堆8、特别是页张叠堆8的上方的页张7对齐,设置一定数量的侧面的和后面的止挡。
根据图2,气动的抓取装置18主要包括壳体19,在所述壳体中布置快速旋转的叶轮21。所述壳体向下朝着待提起的对象、例如待分离的页张7的方向敞开地构造,从而可以产生由叶轮21产生的第一空气循环(旋风),所述第一空气循环相应于龙卷风式旋风。第一空气循环22自身产生第二空气循环23,通过所述第二空气循环产生负压区域24。
负压区域24用于抽吸和保持页张7。
为了消除抽吸力并且因此松开页张7而设置,通过调节的干扰空气26(例如喷吹空气)干扰空气循环22,23。通过所述措施去除负压区域24并且页张7从抓取装置18被释放。
在根据图2的实施例中,干扰空气26借助于布置在叶轮21的驱动轴27中的流动通道28中心地输入到龙卷风22的内部。因此,干扰空气26与第二空气循环23的旋转方向相反地取向,因此,负压区域24被消除。
在根据图3的第二实施例中设置,产生两个干扰空气流28,同样与第二气流循环23相反地取向。所述干扰空气流借助于侧面布置的流动通道25,30导入壳体19。
在根据图4的实施例中设置,两个干扰空气流32,33非中心地输入到壳体19。干扰空气32,33穿过通孔34,35到达叶轮21的作用区域中,从而干扰由所述叶轮产生的第二气流循环23,因此负压区域24被去除。
在根据图5的实施例中设置,使用例如抽吸空气作为干扰空气36。在此,将抽吸空气施加给侧面的流动通道25,30,因此干扰第二空气流循环23,从而负压区域24被去除。
在根据图2至5的所有实施例中设置,干扰空气(抽吸空气36、喷吹空气26)被节拍地、特别是以加工页张的机器1的节拍提供。如同图4中所示地,旋转阀或电磁工作的开关阀特别适用于产生以节拍方式工作的空气流。
特别有利地,前述的装置使用在加工页张的机器、例如单张纸轮转印刷机1、模切机或折页机上用于从页张叠堆保持或分离页张。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于抽吸和定位对象的装置,其中,所述装置具有用于借助于旋风产生负压以抽吸所述对象的器件,其中,所述器件布置在具有抽吸口的壳体的内部,其特征在于,所述壳体(19)具有至少一个流动通道(28;25,30),所述流动通道用于将干扰空气(26;36)中心地输入或输出到所述旋风(22)的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,用于产生所述旋风(22)的所述器件是快速旋转的叶轮(21)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述流动通道(28)布置在所述叶轮(21)的驱动轴(27)中。
4.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(19)具有两个非中心地布置的流动通道(32,33),它们与所述叶轮(21)的通孔(34,35)关联。
5.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(19)具有两个在侧面布置的、径向对置的流动通道(25,30)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述流动通道(25,30)能够被加载抽吸空气(26)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述流动通道(25,30)能够被加载喷吹空气(36)。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述干扰空气(26;36)能够以加工页张的机器的节拍输入。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述干扰空气(26;36)的节拍能够借助于旋转阀或电磁阀产生。
10.一种单张纸轮转印刷机,其具有根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的用于从页张堆叠中提起和分离页张的装置。
11.一种模切机,其具有根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的用于从页张堆叠中提起和分离页张的装置。
