本发明公开了一种血管内治疗静脉血栓的溶碎栓导管,溶碎栓导管包括球囊导管和共同导管,所述球囊导管与所述共同导管构成Y字型结构,所述球囊导管的球囊端上设有串珠状偏心球囊,每相邻两个所述串珠状偏心球囊之间设有不同的间距,所述球囊导管的末端为封闭端。串珠状偏心球囊可使其在扩张时让溶栓导管贴壁,在注射溶栓药物时,使其直接冲击血栓,可更好的溶解附壁血栓,无需再交换溶栓导管,降低费用。另外,串珠状偏心球囊可使在其扩张后让溶栓导管贴壁,可更好的溶解附壁血栓。

Description

一种血管内治疗静脉血栓的溶碎栓导管
技术领域
    本发明涉及介入治疗器械领域,更具体地说是涉及一种血管内治疗静脉血栓的溶碎栓导管。
背景技术
腘-髂股深静脉血栓(Popliteal-iliofemoral deep venous thrombosis)是血液在深静脉内凝结形成血栓而引起的病症,其以下肢肿痛为主要临床症状,严重的并发症有患肢坏死及肺栓塞风险,威胁患者的健康和生命。腘-髂股等深静脉血栓的介入治疗方法主要有导管抽栓、球囊碎栓及导管接触溶栓等。
目前临床上使用的碎栓球囊形态选择少,主要为外周血管使用的普通球囊,除了大小直径有所差别,均呈圆柱状;在碎栓过程中,此种球囊作用于血管内血栓时主要是靠纵向作用力,单方向挤压管壁周围的血栓,来起碎栓作用,这样常会出现球囊或血栓滑脱,从而碎栓效果较差。另外,此类球囊均将一体的导管包裹于球囊的中心,在配合溶栓过程中,溶栓药物只能靠自身弥散及血流作用于血栓,这样溶栓效果较差,且往往需配合使用溶栓导管,增加了导管交换次数,进而增加手术时间,且增加了手术费用。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于提供一种血管内治疗静脉血栓的溶碎栓导管,其可在血栓的治疗的过程中达到同时对血栓球囊碎栓以及导管接触溶栓的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,采用的技术方案为:一种血管内治疗静脉血栓的溶碎栓导管,溶碎栓导管包括球囊导管和共同导管,所述球囊导管与所述共同导管构成Y字型结构,所述球囊导管的球囊端上设有串珠状偏心球囊,每相邻两个所述串珠状偏心球囊之间设有不同的间距,所述球囊导管的末端为封闭端。
进一步的,每个所述串珠状偏心球囊的球囊长度在10~12厘米之间,每个所述串珠状偏心球囊的球囊直径在5~20毫米之间。
进一步的,所述共同导管上位于所述球囊端的下方设有溶栓端。
进一步的,所述球囊导管上设有球囊接口,所述球囊接口与压力泵连接;所述共同导管上设有Y阀接口,所述Y阀接口与Y阀连接。
进一步的,所述共同导管的末端为开口端,所述共同导管内贯穿导丝。
进一步的,所述球囊导管与所述共同导管为一体式结构。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.串珠状偏心球囊可使其在扩张时让溶栓导管贴壁,在注射溶栓药物时,使其直接冲击血栓,可更好的溶解附壁血栓,无需再交换溶栓导管,降低费用。
2.另外,串珠状偏心球囊可使在其扩张后让溶栓导管贴壁,可更好的溶解附壁血栓。
3.串珠状偏心球囊在扩张后使血栓移动的并紧贴一侧血管壁,旋转球囊则使血栓向另一方向移动,串珠状球囊可使血栓在纵轴方向移动、并被挤碎,进而更好的碎解血栓。
4.每相邻两个串珠状球囊间设有不同的间隔,以方便不同血栓治疗时的需要,有切割血栓的作用,易化机械推移,并促进血栓被推挤移动,改善切栓及碎栓的效果。

具体实施方式
    下面结合附图对本发明详细说明:
如图1和图2所示,一种血管内治疗静脉血栓的溶碎栓导管,其可在血栓的治疗过程中达到同时对血栓球囊碎栓及导管接触溶栓的目的。溶碎栓导管包括球囊导管10和共同导管20,球囊导管10与共同导管20构成Y字型结构,球囊导管10的球囊端上设有串珠状偏心球囊11,串珠状偏心球囊11可以在血栓的碎栓过程中起到切割血栓的作用,通过移动及反复球囊扩张可以达到碎栓的目的。在碎栓的过程中,串珠状偏心球囊11使溶碎栓导管偏向一边的血管壁,通过溶碎栓导管加压推注尿激酶,溶栓药物更直接作用于附壁血栓,可以增加血栓的溶解效果,从而达到治疗血栓的目的。
串珠状偏心球囊11让其在扩张时使溶碎栓导管贴壁,在注射溶栓药物时,是其直接冲击血栓,可更好的溶解附壁血栓,无需再交换溶栓导管,降低费用。这些方面均体现了串珠状偏心球囊11在切栓及碎栓及辅助溶栓的优势。
串珠状偏心球囊11让其在扩张后使溶碎栓导管贴壁,可更好的溶解附壁血栓,另外,球囊在扩张后使血栓移动的并紧贴一侧血管壁,旋转球囊则使血栓向另一方向移动,串珠状球囊可使血栓在纵轴方向移动、并被挤碎,进而更好的碎解血栓。
再如图1和图2所示,每相邻两个串珠状偏心球囊11之间设有不同的间距,以方便不同血栓治疗时的需要,间隔将血栓分割,且对血栓有横向的切割作用,这样增加了碎栓效能。球囊导管11的末端13为封闭端,以保证球囊使用时的气密性。每个串珠状偏心球囊11的球囊长度在10~12厘米之间,适合不同范围的血栓。每个串珠状偏心球囊的球囊11直径在5~20毫米之间,方便作用于不同类型的血栓,起更好的切割血栓作用,易化机械推移,并促进血栓被推挤移动。共同导管20上位于球囊端的下方设有溶栓端21。
如图3所示,球囊导管10上设有球囊接口12,球囊接口12与压力泵50连接。共同导管20上设有Y阀接口22,Y阀接口22与Y阀60连接。共同导管20的末端为开口端,共同导管20内贯穿导丝40。球囊导管10与共同导管20为一体式结构。采用球囊导管10与共同导管20为一体式结构的设计,减少了更换导管的繁琐,同时也降低了由于多种器械使用的费用,从而节约了陈本。

1.一种血管内治疗静脉血栓的溶碎栓导管,其特征在于:溶碎栓导管包括球囊导管(10)和共同导管(20),所述球囊导管(10)与所述共同导管(20)构成Y字型结构,所述球囊导管(10)的球囊端上设有串珠状偏心球囊(11),每相邻两个所述串珠状偏心球囊(11)之间设有不同的间距,所述球囊导管(10)的末端(13)为封闭端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种血管内治疗静脉血栓的溶碎栓导管,其特征在于:每个所述串珠状偏心球囊(11)的球囊长度在10~12厘米之间,每个所述串珠状偏心球囊(11)的球囊直径在5~20毫米之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种血管内治疗静脉血栓的溶碎栓导管,其特征在于:所述共同导管(20)上位于所述球囊端(10)的下方设有溶栓端(21)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种血管内治疗静脉血栓的溶碎栓导管,其特征在于:所述球囊导管(10)上设有球囊接口(12),所述球囊接口(12)与压力泵(50)连接;所述共同导管(20)上设有Y阀接口(22),所述Y阀接口(22)与Y阀(60)连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种血管内治疗静脉血栓的溶碎栓导管,其特征在于:所述共同导管(20)的末端为开口端,所述共同导管(20)内贯穿导丝(40)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种血管内治疗静脉血栓的溶碎栓导管,其特征在于:所述球囊导管(10)与所述共同导管(20)为一体式结构。
