本发明涉及一种散热涂料,属于涂料领域。
背景技术
涂于物体表面能形成具有保护、装饰或特殊性能的固态涂膜的一类液体或固体材料的总称,包括油漆、水性漆、粉末涂料。漆是可流动的液体涂料,包括油漆及水性漆。当今社会随着节能减排和环保的更高要求,采用越来越多采用LED光源替代传统光源;但大功率LED光源发热量大,如果散热不及时,很容易对LED光源的寿命产生极大影响,所以散热越来乐手人们的关注,出现了很多散热措施,所以散热涂料作为一种新型的功能性涂料将有着更为广阔的市场和应用前景。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种散热涂料,可以通过提高物体表面辐射效率,增强物体散热性能,而且具有防水性、抗酸碱的性能。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种散热涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
无机胶体微粒6-18份,稳定剂2-3份,纳米硅藻土8-11份,二氧化硅3-4份,聚丙烯短纤维4-7份,弹性乳液12-24份,空心玻璃微珠4-8份,成膜助剂2-3份,聚氧乙烯硬脂酸醚3-7份,醋酸丁酯5-8份,石英粉25-33份,触变剂4-8份,滑石粉12-23份,乙酸乙酯6-13份,有机硅丙酸酯乳液4-9份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的散热涂料,可以通过提高物体表面辐射效率,增强物体散热性能,而且具有防水性、抗酸碱的性能。
