本发明公开一种抗菌型水性环保涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:丙烯酸锌树脂25~35份、纳米TiO210~20份、二羟甲基丙酸1~5份、钛白粉5~15份、有机硅树脂2~8份、聚氧乙烯醚3~7份、乙二醇2~9份、天然抗菌剂1~10份、表面活性剂4~9份、流平剂1~6份、固化剂1~5份、去离子水20~30份。本发明制备的抗菌型水性环保涂料,采用壳聚糖作为抗菌成分,环保无污染,对人体和环境不会产生毒害,抗菌率达99%以上,抗菌效果持久,附着力强,适用于幼儿园、医院等对环境要求相对较高的场所。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌型水性环保涂料。
背景技术
涂料在建筑、车辆、装饰行业用量大,与人们的生活息息相关,但普通涂料没有杀菌、抗菌功能。因此,在医院、厨房、卫生间及各种公共场所的涂料表面容易滋生细菌,成为病菌的传染源,影响人体健康。如何做好除菌、抑菌是人们面临的挑战。
抗菌涂料是具有抗菌作用的涂料,其含有较强杀菌作用的杀菌剂,会与涂料中各种成分实现有机结合,因此可长期有效杀菌。
然而,现有的抗菌涂料抗菌效果差,时间短,远远不能满足幼儿园、医院等对环境要求相对较高场所的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种环境友好、抗菌性能优异的的水性环保涂料。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗菌型水性环保涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:丙烯酸锌树脂25~35份、纳米TiO210~20份、二羟甲基丙酸1~5份、钛白粉5~15份、有机硅树脂2~8份、聚氧乙烯醚3~7份、乙二醇2~9份、天然抗菌剂1~10份、表面活性剂4~9份、流平剂1~6份、固化剂1~5份、去离子水20~30份。
优选的,所述天然抗菌剂为壳聚糖。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、甘胆酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油酯中的任意一种。
优选的,所述流平剂为聚丙烯酸、羧甲基纤维素、丁基纤维素中的任意一种。
优选的,所述固化剂为乙烯基三胺、二氨基环己烷、亚甲基双环己烷胺中的任意一种。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明制备的抗菌型水性环保涂料,采用壳聚糖作为抗菌成分,环保无污染,对人体和环境不会产生毒害,抗菌率达99%以上,抗菌效果持久,附着力强,适用于幼儿园、医院等对环境要求相对较高的场所。

本发明的抗菌型水性环保涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:丙烯酸锌树脂35份、纳米TiO220份、二羟甲基丙酸5份、钛白粉15份、有机硅树脂2份、聚氧乙烯醚3份、乙二醇9份、壳聚糖10份、甘胆酸钠4份、羧甲基纤维素6份、二氨基环己烷1份、去离子水20份。
实施例3
本发明的抗菌型水性环保涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:丙烯酸锌树脂30份、纳米TiO215份、二羟甲基丙酸3份、钛白粉10份、有机硅树脂5份、聚氧乙烯醚6份、乙二醇6份、壳聚糖5份、单硬脂酸甘油酯7份、丁基纤维素3份、亚甲基双环己烷胺3份、去离子水25份。
实施例4
本发明的抗菌型水性环保涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:丙烯酸锌树脂27份、纳米TiO212份、二羟甲基丙酸2份、钛白粉6份、有机硅树脂3份、聚氧乙烯醚4份、乙二醇4份、壳聚糖3份、甘胆酸钠5份、羧甲基纤维素2份、二氨基环己烷2份、去离子水23份。
实施例5
本发明的抗菌型水性环保涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:丙烯酸锌树脂33份、纳米TiO218份、二羟甲基丙酸4份、钛白粉13份、有机硅树脂7份、聚氧乙烯醚6份、乙二醇8份、壳聚糖8份、单硬脂酸甘油酯8份、丁基纤维素5份、亚甲基双环己烷胺4份、去离子水28份。
实施例6
本发明的抗菌型水性环保涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:丙烯酸锌树脂25份、纳米TiO220份、二羟甲基丙酸3份、钛白粉9份、有机硅树脂5份、聚氧乙烯醚6份、乙二醇5份、壳聚糖7份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份、聚丙烯酸2份、乙烯基三胺3份、去离子水30份。
性能测试
本发明的主要技术性能如表1所示:

1.一种抗菌型水性环保涂料,其特征在于,按重量份数计包括下列组分:丙烯酸锌树脂25~35份、纳米TiO210~20份、二羟甲基丙酸1~5份、钛白粉5~15份、有机硅树脂2~8份、聚氧乙烯醚3~7份、乙二醇2~9份、天然抗菌剂1~10份、表面活性剂4~9份、流平剂1~6份、固化剂1~5份、去离子水20~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性环保涂料,其特征在于:所述天然抗菌剂为壳聚糖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性环保涂料,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、甘胆酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油酯中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性环保涂料,其特征在于:所述流平剂为聚丙烯酸、羧甲基纤维素、丁基纤维素中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性环保涂料,其特征在于:所述固化剂为乙烯基三胺、二氨基环己烷、亚甲基双环己烷胺中的任意一种。
