Abstract
本发明提供一种电气石负载纳米TiO2复合织物,包括基布,所述基布表面涂布有光响应高分子凝胶,所述光响应高分子凝胶的表面覆盖有带点状或条状开口的保护层,所述光响应高分子凝胶的表面对应小孔的区域覆盖有电气石负载纳米TiO2粉末,本发明中利用所述光响应高分子凝胶光照中断后发生,所述光响应高分子凝胶收缩,电气石负载纳米TiO2粉末形成的凸台收缩回点状或条状开口,在非工作状态下减少因摩擦而产生的磨损。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,特别地,是一种电气石负载纳米TiO2复合织物。
背景技术
光催化剂在光的照射下,可将光能转换成为化学反应所需的能量,使周围的氧气及水分子激发成具有极强氧化能力的自由基,在常温、常压下将对人体和环境有害的且难以降解的有机物彻底氧化为无害的小分子,而自身不发生任何变化。光催化剂与纺织品复合后,可赋予纺织品抗菌、抗紫外、自清洁、净化空气等特殊功能。TiO2纳米材料具有催化活性高、稳定性好、价格低廉、对人体无毒害等特性,目前已成为纺织品领域应用最为广泛的光催化材料。但是,普通的纳米TiO2禁带较宽(Eg=3.2eV),只在紫外光(λ<387nm)照射下才能显示光催化活性,而紫外光照射对人体具有一定的伤害作用,严重限制了其纺织品领域的应用。目前,提高纳米TiO2光催化效果与光响应范围的方法主要有贵金属沉积、染料光敏化、掺杂、复合半导体和非金属矿物负载,其中负载改性不仅可以缓解纯TiO2易团聚的问题,而且便于纳米TiO2应用和重复使用,适当的离子掺杂可提高纳米TiO2的光催化效果,且使其光响应范围向可见光转移。目前,离子掺杂与负载技术已成为纳米TiO2改性技术研究的热点。
同时,由于电气石负载TiO2始终复合于纺织物表面,复合面经反复的摩擦容易产生剥落,如若采用传统胶黏或者混纺掺杂的方式对织物进行复合,会降低电气石负载TiO2与空气的接触面积,从而降低TiO2的功能性。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种电气石负载纳米TiO2复合织物,该电气石负载纳米TiO2复合织物在非光照情况下降低磨损。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
该电气石负载纳米TiO2复合织物包括基布,所述基布表面涂布有光响应高分子凝胶,所述光响应高分子凝胶的表面覆盖有带点状或条状开口的保护层,所述光响应高分子凝胶的表面对应小孔的区域覆盖有电气石负载纳米TiO2粉末。
作为优选,所述点状或条状开口的相邻距离大于所述点状或条状开口的宽度。
作为优选,所述保护层为透明保护层。
作为优选,所述透明保护层与所述基布之间通过透明加强立柱固定连接。
本发明的优点在于:
所述光响应高分子凝胶后受到光照后发生膨胀将表面的电气石负载纳米TiO2粉末顶出点状或条状开口,由于电气石负载纳米TiO2粉末由凹陷形成凸台,因此,电气石负载纳米TiO2粉末与空气的接触面积增大了,提高了净化效率,当光照中断后,所述光响应高分子凝胶收缩,电气石负载纳米TiO2粉末收缩回点状或条状开口,减少因摩擦而产生的磨损。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
在本实施例中,参阅图1,该电气石负载纳米TiO2复合织物包括基布100,所述基布100表面涂布有光响应高分子凝胶200,所述光响应高分子凝胶200的表面覆盖有带点状或条状开口310的保护层300,所述光响应高分子凝胶200的表面对应小孔的区域覆盖有电气石负载纳米TiO2粉末。
上述电气石负载纳米TiO2复合织物,所述点状或条状开口310的相邻距离大于所述点状或条状开口310的宽度,使高分子凝胶200受光照后膨胀顶出点状或条状开口310形成的相邻的凸台210不发生挤压碰撞。
上述电气石负载纳米TiO2复合织物,所述保护层300为透明保护层,使高分子凝胶200受到更多的光照而发生膨胀,所述透明保护层可采用透明的薄膜或者透明的胶层构成。
上述电气石负载纳米TiO2复合织物,所述透明保护层300与所述基布100之间通过透明加强立柱110固定连接,所述透明保护层300的光照可以折射入所述透明加强立柱110,使光线通过透明加强立柱110进入深层的高分子凝胶200,提高膨胀率。
上述电气石负载纳米TiO2复合织物的工作原理:
所述光响应高分子凝胶200后受到光照后发生膨胀将表面的电气石负载纳米TiO2粉末顶出点状或条状开口310,由于电气石负载纳米TiO2粉末由凹陷形成凸台210(参阅图1和图2),因此,电气石负载纳米TiO2粉末与空气的接触面积增大了,提高了净化效率,当光照中断后,所述光响应高分子凝胶200收缩,电气石负载纳米TiO2粉末收缩回点状或条状开口310,减少因摩擦而产生的磨损。

Claims (4)
1.一种电气石负载纳米TiO2复合织物,包括基布(100),其特征在于:所述基布(100)表面涂布有光响应高分子凝胶(200),所述光响应高分子凝胶(200)的表面覆盖有带点状或条状开口(310)的保护层(300),所述光响应高分子凝胶(200)的表面对应小孔的区域覆盖有电气石负载纳米TiO2粉末。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电气石负载纳米TiO2复合织物的制造装置,其特征在于:所述点状或条状开口(310)的相邻距离大于所述点状或条状开口的宽度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电气石负载纳米TiO2复合织物的制造装置,其特征在于:所述保护层(300)为透明保护层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电气石负载纳米TiO2复合织物的制造装置,其特征在于:所述透明保护层(300)与所述基布(100)之间通过透明加强立柱(110)固定连接。
