Abstract
一种承载高吸水树脂的基体制作方法,包括步骤:给棉:分别供给涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维;开松:分别松解涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维;混棉:将松解后的涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维混合成基体材料,二者比例为10%~90%:90%~10%;梳理成网:基体材料通过梳理机梳理并加工成纤网;热粘合纤网:将纤网输送至烘燥机,并采用热风工艺对纤网进行热粘合以形成100%涤纶材料的基体。由于利用本申请的基体制作方法生产的基体为100%涤纶材料,与含有ES短纤维材料的基体相比,本申请制成的基体的空间大,使高吸水树脂可在基体上均匀分布形成吸水芯体,使得吸水芯体的通液性能提高,由于该基体是100%涤纶材料,所以基体可以达到100%回收利用,进一步提高了绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一次性卫生用品领域,具体涉及一种承接高吸水树脂的基体制作方法、基于该基体的吸水芯体,以及利用该吸水芯体制成的一次性卫生用品。
背景技术
现在人们的日常生活中会使用到大量的一次性卫生用品,如纸尿裤、生理卫生巾、成人护垫等,其作用都是为了可以吸收尿液等液体,而吸液量的多少是人们衡量这些一次性卫生用品的一个重要指标。
一次性卫生用品包括吸水芯体,该吸水芯体由高吸水树脂 (SAP)和用于承接高吸水树脂的基体组成,目前,该基体是使用ES短纤维和涤纶纤维经热风工艺粘合加工而成,两者配比为:ES短纤维85-90%,涤纶纤维10-15%。但是,由于这种基体的表面纤维结构密实,会导致70%的高吸水树脂停留在基体表面,30%的高吸水树脂进入基体内部,当采用无尘纸与基体复合时需要加胶3-5GSM进行黏合时,许多在基体表面上的高吸水树脂被胶水包裹住,导致基体表面上的高吸水树脂无法吸水从而变成了阻水层,进一步导致由该吸水芯体制成的一次性卫生用品吸收尿液及血液的效果大大降低。
发明内容
针对上述吸水芯体中的高吸水树脂不能充分利用,导致一次性卫生用品吸收液体量降低的问题,本申请提供一种承载高吸水树脂的基体制作方法、吸水芯体及一次性卫生用品。
根据第一方面,一种实施例中提供一种承载高吸水树脂的基体制作方法,包括步骤:
给棉:分别供给涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维;
开松:分别松解涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维;
混棉:将松解后的涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维混合成基体材料,二者比例为10%~90%:90%~10%;
梳理成网:基体材料通过梳理机梳理并加工成纤网;
热粘合纤网:将纤网输送至烘燥机,并采用热风工艺对纤网进行热粘合以形成100%涤纶材料的基体。
根据第二方面,一种实施例中提供一种用于一次性卫生用品的吸水芯体,包括高吸水树脂,还包括采用上述的基体制作方法制成的基体,基体用于承载高吸水树脂。
一种实施例中,提供一种用于一次性卫生用品的吸水芯体,包括高吸水树脂和基体,基体用于承载高吸水树脂;基体基本由涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维组成,且涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维以10%~90%:90%~10%的比例混合。
根据第三方面,一种实施例中提供一种一次性卫生用品,包括面层、导流层、包芯层和背层,还包括上述的吸水芯体;
面层、导流层、吸水芯体、包芯层和背层依次叠加复合。
依据上述实施例的承载高吸水树脂的基体制作方法,由于利用本申请的基体制作方法生产的基体为100%涤纶材料,与含有ES短纤维材料的基体相比,本申请制成的基体,由于用于提高纤维空间的三维涤纶纤维比例提高,这样的纤网结构膨松度增加,密度下降,相同重量的纤网下纤维之间空间就变大,使高吸水树脂可在基体上均匀分布形成吸水芯体,使得吸水芯体的通液性能提高,并促进了一次性卫生用品的吸液量的增加;
由于ES纤维为聚乙烯与聚丙烯复合纤维,造成传统的复合芯体使用后无法实现回收再利用,本发明的基体是100%涤纶材料,所以基体可以达到100%回收利用,进一步提高了绿色环保;
由于使用低熔点涤纶替代ES纤维,可以使承载高吸水树脂的基体的软硬度根据被吸收液体的扩散速度需要进行定向调整,实现吸水芯体吸收液体的扩散速度可控制,完全改变吸水芯体的内部结构,进一步改变一次性卫生产品的结构设计,使其达到最佳舒适度和性价比。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
在本发明实施例中,通过制作100%涤纶材料的基体,使高吸水树脂在该基体上均匀分布形成吸水芯体,可提高吸水芯体的通液性能,进一步提高一次性卫生用品的吸液量。
实施例一:
本例提供一种承载高吸水树脂的基体制作方法,包括如下步骤,其流程图如图1所示。
S1:给棉。
本步骤中,分别供给涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维,其中,涤纶低熔点短纤维的纤度为1D~10D,涤纶短纤维的纤度为1D~10D,根据实际应用可选择具体的纤度。
S2:开松。
本步骤中,将涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维分别通过开松机开松,其目的是把压紧的、互相纠缠的涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维分别松解。
S3:混棉。
将步骤S2中松解的涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维充分混合,其混合物为基体材料,具体的,将松解的涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维以10%~90%:90%~10%的比例混合。
本例中,涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维的比例优选为:50%:50%,其中,涤纶短纤维为三维卷曲中空短纤维。
S4:梳理成网。
将步骤S3制得的基体材料通过梳理机梳理并加工成纤网。
S5:热粘合纤网。
将步骤S4中的纤网输送至烘燥机,并采用热风工艺对纤网进行热粘合以形成100%涤纶材料的基体,其中,烘燥机的温度范围为120℃~170℃,速度范围为20m/min~80m/min。
具体的,本例的热风工艺采用圆网热风生产工艺,相应的,本例的烘燥机为圆网滚筒式烘燥机9,如图2所示,承接SAP的基体是由圆网热风生产工艺实现的:将涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维按照50%:50%的比例配比,配比完成后,将涤纶低熔点短纤维送入第一给棉机1,涤纶短纤维送入第二给棉机2;第一给棉机1将涤纶低熔点短纤维喂入第一开松机3,第一开松机3对涤纶低熔点短纤维进行开松,目的是把压紧的、互相纠缠的涤纶低熔点短纤维进行松解;同样的,第二给棉机2将涤纶短纤维喂入第二开松机4,第二开松机4对涤纶短纤维进行开松;将松解后的低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维输送到混棉机5进行充分混合形成基体材料;将基体材料直接喂入梳理机8或者将基体材料经过预梳理机6、自动喂棉机7、然后再喂入梳理机8,梳理机8将基体材料加工梳理成纤网;然后通过输送带将该纤网输送到圆网滚筒式烘燥机9上进行热粘合形成100%涤纶材料的基体,该圆网滚筒式烘燥机9的温度范围为120℃~170℃,速度范围为20m/min~80m/min,最后将该基体卷装成成品。
实施例二:
如图3所示,本例与实施例一的不同之处,主要在于:本例的热风工艺采用平网热风生产工艺,相应的,本例的烘燥机为平网式烘燥机10。
具体的,将涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维按照50%:50%的比例配比,配比完成后,将涤纶低熔点短纤维送入第一给棉机1,涤纶短纤维送入第二给棉机2;第一给棉机1将涤纶低熔点短纤维喂入第一开松机3,第一开松机3对涤纶低熔点短纤维进行开松,目的是把压紧的、互相纠缠的涤纶低熔点短纤维进行松解;同样的,第二给棉机2将涤纶短纤维喂入第二开松机4,第二开松机4对涤纶短纤维进行开松;将松解后的低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维输送到混棉机5进行充分混合形成基体材料;将基体材料直接喂入梳理机8或者将基体材料经过预梳理机6、自动喂棉机7、然后再喂入梳理机8,梳理机8将基体材料加工梳理成纤网;然后通过输送带将该纤网输送到平网式烘燥机10上进行热粘合形成100%涤纶材料的基体,该平网式烘燥机10的温度范围为120℃~170℃,速度范围为20m/min~80m/min,最后将该基体卷装成成品。
实施例三:
基于实施例一和实施例二,本例提供一种用于一次性卫生用品的吸水芯体,如图4所示,该吸水芯体包括高吸水树脂101和基体102,基体102用于承接高吸水树脂101。
本例的基体102基本由涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维组成,且涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维以10%~90%:90%~10%的比例混合,本例的比例优选为50%:50%,其中,涤纶短纤维为三维卷曲中空短纤维。
另外,本例中,基体102的制作方法可以采用实施例一的制作方法,也可以采用实施例二的制作方法,具体请参考实施例一和实施例二,本例不作赘述。
由于本例的基体102为100%涤纶材料,由于用于提高纤维空间的三维涤纶纤维比例提高,这样的纤网结构膨松度增加,密度下降,相同重量的纤网下纤维之间空间就变大,完全可以将停留在基体表面的高吸水树脂101由高于70%降低到10-30%,使高吸水树脂101在该基体102内部均匀分布,极大发挥高吸水树脂101的吸水有效性,改变高吸水树脂101的使用量,从而改变本例吸水芯体的通液性能,并降低成本,另外,该基体102为100%涤纶材料,而该材料属于缩聚反应高分子材料,其化学反应为可逆反应,该基体102使用后可以达到100%回收利用,并为绿色环保材料。
实施例四:
基于实施例三,本例提供一种一次性卫生用品,如图5所示,包括面层201、导流层202、吸水芯体203、包芯层204和背层205,本例的一次性卫生用品与现有的一次性卫生用品不同之处在于:本例的吸水芯体203采用的是实施例三中的吸水芯体。
具体的,吸水芯体203包括高吸水树脂和用于承接高吸水树脂的基体,其中,基体基本由涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维混合组成,其混合比例范围是10%~90%:90%~10%,本例优选为50%:50%,其中,涤纶短纤维为三维卷曲中空短纤维。本例的吸水芯体203的制作方法与实施例三中的吸水芯体制作方法类同,本例不作赘述,请参考实施例三。
将面层201、导流层202、吸水芯体203、包芯层204和背层105依次叠加复合成一次性卫生用品,由于吸水芯体203的基体为100%涤纶材料,由于用于提高纤维空间的三维涤纶纤维比例提高,这样的纤网结构膨松度增加,密度下降,相同重量的纤网下纤维之间空间就变大,完全可以将停留在基体表面的高吸水树脂由高于70%降低到10-30%,使高吸水树脂在该基体内部均匀分布,极大发挥高吸水树脂的吸水有效性,改变高吸水树脂的使用量,从而改变本例吸水芯体203的通液性能,进一步提高了本例的一次性卫生用品吸液量,可将该一次性卫生用品用于制作纸尿裤、生理卫生巾、成人护垫等。另外,由于吸水芯体203为100%涤纶材料,本例的一次性卫生用品可便于回收再利用,促进绿色环保。
以上应用了具体个例对本发明进行阐述,只是用于帮助理解本发明,并不用以限制本发明。对于本发明所属技术领域的技术人员,依据本发明的思想,还可以做出若干简单推演、变形或替换。
Claims (13)
1.一种承载高吸水树脂的基体制作方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
给棉:分别供给涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维;
开松:分别松解所述涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维;
混棉:将松解后的所述涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维混合成基体材料,二者比例为10%~90%:90%~10%;
梳理成网:所述基体材料通过梳理机梳理并加工成纤网;
热粘合纤网:将所述纤网输送至烘燥机,并采用热风工艺对所述纤网进行热粘合以形成100%涤纶材料的基体。
2.如权利要求1所述的基体制作方法,其特征在于,所述涤纶低熔点短纤维的纤度为1D~10D,所述涤纶短纤维的纤度为1D~10D。
3.如权利要求2所述的基体制作方法,其特征在于,所述涤纶短纤维为三维卷曲中空短纤维。
4.如权利要求3所述的基体制作方法,其特征在于,所述涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维的比例为:50%:50%。
5.如权利要求4所述的基体制作方法,其特征在于,所述热风工艺为圆网热风生产工艺,所述烘燥机为圆网滚筒式烘燥机。
6.如权利要求4所述的基体制作方法,其特征在于,所述热风工艺为平网热风生产工艺,所述烘燥机为平网式烘燥机。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的基体制作方法,其特征在于,所述烘燥机的温度范围为120℃~170℃。
8.如权利要求5或6所述的基体制作方法,其特征在于,所述烘燥机的速度范围为20m/min~80m/min。
9.用于一次性卫生用品的吸水芯体,包括高吸水树脂和采用权利要求1-7中任一项所述的基体制作方法制成的基体;所述基体用于承载所述高吸水树脂。
10.用于一次性卫生用品的吸水芯体,包括高吸水树脂和基体;所述基体用于承载所述高吸水树脂;其特征在于,所述基体基本由涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维组成,且所述涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维以10%~90%:90%~10%的比例混合。
11.如权利要求10所述的吸水芯体,其特征在于,所述涤纶低熔点短纤维和涤纶短纤维的比例为:50%:50%。
12.如权利要求11所述的吸水芯体,其特征在于,所述涤纶短纤维为三维卷曲中空短纤维。
13.一次性卫生用品,包括面层、导流层、包芯层和背层,其特征在于,还包括权利要求9-12中任一项所述的吸水芯体;
所述面层、导流层、吸水芯体、包芯层和背层依次叠加复合。
