Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种泵装置,尤其是用于无菌或净室环境的蠕动泵,以及用在所述的泵装置中的容器。
背景技术
蠕动泵是一用于通过弹性配送管从一容器配送液体的容积式泵。手持式蠕动泵典型地用于泵送各种液体,例如清洁的或无菌的液体,其中有必要的是所述的泵不污染该液体,或者泵送腐蚀性液体,例如粘合剂,以使该液体不会污染所述的泵。基于不依赖于液体粘度的给定的驱动运动,蠕动泵容许特定量的液体的配送。
US2010/0313996描述了用于从硬质容器配送液体的手持式蠕动泵装置。该装置包括手动操作蠕动泵。所述的泵支持其包括待配送液体的硬质容器。独立的配送管和通气管从所述的容器经由所述的泵延伸。
所述的蠕动泵由用户一只手抓住所述的泵头,以及使用一或多个手指按压其控制支撑分配管和通气管的旋转部件的扳机来驱动。泵的操作导致液体经由配送管从所述的容器抽出,以及气体经由通气管送入所述的容器,以平衡容器内的压力。
在无菌或净室环境内使用手持式蠕动泵的一个问题是用户的手指一般不是全部地停留在扳机上。用户的其不在扳机上的手指易于卡在所述的扳机和所述的泵头的相邻的面之间。这可能会造成用户戴的手套的损坏和无菌或者洁净环境的污染。长时间使用也可能促进重复性劳损(RSI)。

具体实施方式
参阅图1,泵头2内置有一个可旋转的蠕动泵部件6以及一个弹性的配送管4穿设于所述的泵头2。所述的泵头2包括一个设置有至少一个棘爪部件52的手指驱动扳机12。扳机12的推动引起在泵部件6上的棘爪部件52和棘轮部件50之间的相互作用使得泵部件6只沿一个方向的转动。至少一个叶轮36(在图4中最佳示出)作用在所述的配送管4上以向所述的泵头的内表面挤压该管4。当所述的泵部件6转动时,所述的叶轮36驱动在它前面的液体通过所述的配送管以及通过喷嘴10出来。
通过所述的叶轮36挤压出来的量与在配送管4内的液体的粘度是独立的。所述的配送管4,至少在所述的叶轮36作用在它上的区域,是有弹性的,以保证当不通过叶轮作用时,该管恢复其原来的截面形状。在一优选的实施例中,所述的配送管4沿它整个长度是有弹性的。在该实施例中,所述的配送管4是一体化结构且由硅橡胶形成。

现在参阅图9~11,示出了由所述的配送管4和供给管28连接而形成的止回阀装置。在该实施例中,所述的供给管由聚氯乙烯(PVC)制成,且所述的配送管由硅橡胶制成。所述的供给管28的远端48设置在其中,且对于所述的配送管4是紧密安装的。所述的孔46也在所述的配送管4内。所述的干扰细节56夹紧所述的配送管4至所述的泵头2内的供给管28,但孔46并非夹紧所以可以自由地松开。当压力从液体容器20的供给管28(图10)施加时,所述的配送管延伸远离所述的孔46以允许气体流出且释放压力。当在所述的容器内的液体冷却下来且所述的压力被反转(图11),配送管的橡胶壁被吸过孔46,且形成密封。因此,所述的配送管在所述的孔上面提供一密封以防止当所述的容器内的内部压力低于所述的外部(大气)压力时,液体的进入。
这种装置避免了需要单独的通气管且提供了简化结构的泵装置。
容器20在使用时可以被安置在地上(图12),或者通过当泵头2不用(图14)时,也可以被悬挂在其上的挂钩44(图13)悬挂。所述的挂钩44可设置有一个用于附连于任一合适的光滑表面的吸盘56;所述的挂钩44在安装位置和连接位置之间可能是可枢转的,分别在图15左和右的示图中示出。
在图16~18中示出的实施例中,所述的容器20是可折叠的且被容纳在一个基本上硬质的容器壳64中,在该例子中,一个细嘴瓶。所述的容器20通过开口62被放置在细嘴瓶中,且在该实施例中,所述的供给管28通过在所述的细嘴瓶的底部的一个孔设置。所述的细嘴瓶64具有一模制部件58,其为所述的泵头2在不使用时提供一个位置。在该实施例中,所述的部件58设置在其覆盖开口62的盖60上。
据设想,所述的泵头2和容器壳体64会被重复使用,且该容器20是一个其会根据需要而被替换的可替换组件。
应该理解的是,所述的容器20和所述的供给管28可以独立于所述的泵头制造和出售。相应地,本发明的另一方面提供了特定的容器。尽管本发明已经示出了一相对于特定设计的手持式蠕动泵头,但是应该理解的是本发明不限于该实施方式,且所述的泵头可采取任何常规的形式,尤其是在其中配送管在不使用时被密封的一个。

Claims (14)
1.一种泵装置,包括用于配送流体的泵头和容器;
所述的泵头具有与所述的容器的内部流体连接的有弹性的配送管;
所述的配送管和所述的容器的内部之间的流体连接,由与所述的配送管配合以提供止回阀功能的供给管提供;
其特征在于,所述的供给管的一端被设置在所述的配送管的一端内且其中,止回阀功能通过在所述的配送管盖过所述的供给管的区域内的穿过所述的供给管的一侧壁的孔提供,因此,所述的配送管在所述的孔上面提供密封以防止当内部压力低于外部压力时,流体的进入。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵装置,其特征在于,所述的配送管是由硅橡胶形成的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的泵装置,其特征在于,所述的容器仅通过所述的供给管连接至所述的泵头。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的泵装置,其特征在于,所述的容器仅通过所述的供给管和/或所述的配送管连接至所述的泵头。
5.根据权利要求1所述的泵装置,其特征在于,其将所述的泵头连接至所述的容器的管的长度在1~3米范围内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的泵装置,其特征在于,所述的容器设置有一以使其能够悬挂在支撑结构上的部件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的泵装置,其特征在于,所述的部件为一孔或一挂钩。
8.根据权利要求1所述的泵装置,其特征在于,所述的容器是可收缩的且封装在一基本硬质的容器壳内。
9.根据权利要求8所述的泵装置,其特征在于,所述的容器壳设置有一用于接纳不使用时的泵头的座。
10.根据权利要求1所述的泵装置,其特征在于,所述的泵头具有密封不配送流体时的供给管的装置。
11.根据权利要求1所述的泵装置,其特征在于,所述的泵头是蠕动泵头。
12.根据权利要求1所述的泵装置,其特征在于,所述的泵头具有喷嘴,所述的喷嘴的密封是通过所述的配送管和喷嘴之间的啮合提供的。
13.一种根据前述的任一权利要求所述的泵装置杀菌的方法,其特征在于,在所述的容器内具有流体,所述的方法包括用伽马射线照射所述的装置,并允许气体通过经由止回阀功能释放以降低通过加热所述的流体产生的气压。
14.一种用于通过权利要求1中所述的泵装置配送流体的容器,其特征在于,所述的容器包括具有自由端和在临近自由端的侧壁内的孔的供给管。
