本发明提供了一种烟用接装纸及其制备方法,所述烟用接装纸是通过油墨印刷得到的,其特征在于:所述油墨为下述组分按质量百分数混合而成:天然着色剂1‑10%,烟用香精香料1‑15%,溶剂75‑98%;其中,所述溶剂为水、乙醇、丙二醇按照重量比3:10:12混合。本发明采用天然着色剂来代替现有接装纸油墨中的颜料,同时采用水、乙醇和丙二醇混合作为溶剂代替有毒的传统挥发性有机溶剂,既降低了重金属在滤嘴与嘴唇接触时带入的危害,又有效降低挥发性有机物对环境和人们身心健康的影响。另外,本发明在接装纸油墨中加入了烟用香精香料,赋予了接装纸不同的香味,提升了卷烟抽吸品质,具有很强的实用性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及烟用材料的制备领域,具体地说是一种烟用接装纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
烟用接装纸是生产卷烟的重要材料之一,它是以烟用接装原纸为基材,通过印前设计、印刷加工及印后处理等工序,将滤嘴与卷烟烟支卷接起来的一种专用纸。接装纸的印刷通常为凹版、柔版印刷,以凹版印刷为主,其油墨目前以溶剂型凹印油墨为主。印刷过程中涉及的大量挥发性有机溶剂及印刷品内的溶剂残留会给环境及人们的身心健康带来一定的影响。除了挥发性有机溶剂的影响外,由于吸烟时滤嘴与嘴唇的直接接触,接装纸印刷油墨中的有害重金属成分,如砷、铅、汞、铬、隔、镍等,也会通过口腔进入人体内而直接影响到消费者的健康。因此在欧美与日本等发达国家,水性油墨正逐步取代传统溶剂型油墨。但水性油墨印刷只解决了有机溶剂带来的挥发性有害气体,而着色剂中的颜料带来的有害重金属成分却无法得到有效改善。中国专利CN103711040.A是一种烟用白色接装纸的生产方法,具体公开了一种在白色接装原纸表面涂布的高不透性白色油墨,使卷烟的滤棒与烟丝对接处的接纹看不见,增加卷烟的美观性。中国专利CN103416847A是一种带有全幅透气度的接装纸的卷烟,公开了在全幅透气度接装纸的涂胶面上设有多个无胶区,使得全幅透气度接装纸的通风效果更好,使吸烟者在吸烟时吸入更少的焦油等有害物质。中国专利CN201648864U是一种环保型烟用接装纸,公开了在烟用接装原纸上涂布有一层水性油黑膜,来减小醇溶性和酯溶性油黑产生的挥发性有害气体对人体健康和香烟气味的影响。中国专利CN101205695A压花型接装纸的生产方法,公开了采用PET塑料光膜作为基材,在此基材上先行涂布一层高分子树脂材料,再经过模压、镀铝、转移、压花等工序,使得压花型接装纸表面形成凸凹不平的效果。
以上专利均是对烟用接装纸提出改进的方案,但是未能从根本上同时解决油墨中有机溶剂及着色剂中重金属的毒害性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据现有技术的不足提供一种烟用接装纸及其制备方法,该烟用接装纸既能降低彩色颜料带入的重金属危害,又能有效降低挥发性有机物对环境和人们身心健康的影响。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种烟用接装纸,所述烟用接装纸是通过油墨印刷得到的,其特征在于:所述油墨为下述组分按质量百分数混合而成:天然着色剂1-10%,烟用香精香料1-15%,溶剂75-98%;其中,所述溶剂为水、乙醇、丙二醇按照重量比3:10:12混合。
优选的,所述天然着色剂为紫胶红、姜黄素、叶绿素、紫草色素、辣椒红色素、红曲红、甜菜红、叶绿素铜钠盐和β-胡萝卜素中的一种或几种混合。
一种上述烟用接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于:将油墨直接印刷到接装原纸上,得到所述烟用接装纸,所述油墨的用量为1-6g/m2,其中,所述油墨为下述组分按质量百分数混合而成:天然着色剂1-10%,烟用香精香料1-15%,溶剂75-98%;其中,所述溶剂为水、乙醇、丙二醇按照重量比3:10:12混合。
本发明采用天然着色剂来代替现有接装纸油墨中的颜料,利用天然着色剂向接装原纸纤维的渗透作用着色,不需要另外添加连接料,同时采用水、乙醇和丙二醇混合作为溶剂代替有毒的传统挥发性有机溶剂,既降低了重金属在滤嘴与嘴唇接触时带入的危害,又有效降低挥发性有机物对环境和人们身心健康的影响。另外,本发明在接装纸油墨中加入了烟用香精香料,赋予了接装纸不同的香味,提升了卷烟抽吸品质,同时也为烟用香精、香料开辟了一个新的应用领域,具有很强的实用性。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例来进一步说明本发明:
实施例1
(1)将从市场上购买的天然着色剂2.1克紫胶红、1.6克姜黄素、1.3克叶绿素和烟用香精香料15克咖啡提取物溶入由9.6克水、32克乙醇、38.4克丙二醇组成的混合溶剂中,充分搅拌完全溶解,制备得到油墨1。
(2)采用表面施胶涂布方式将油墨1涂布到接装原纸上,油墨涂布量为4.5g/m2。
实施例2
(1)将从市场上购买的天然着色剂0.8克姜黄素、3克紫草色、1.2克紫胶红和烟用香精香料5克葡萄提取物溶入由10.8克水、36克乙醇、43.2克丙二醇组成的混合溶剂中,充分搅拌完全溶解,制备得到油墨2。
(2)采用表面施胶涂布方式将油墨2涂布到接装原纸上,得到所述烟用接装纸2,油墨涂布量为1g/m2。
实施例3
(1)将从市场上购买的天然着色剂0.8克姜黄素、0.7克辣椒红色素、0.5克叶绿素和烟用香精香料3.0克香兰素提取物溶入由11.4克水、38克乙醇、45.6克丙二醇组成的混合溶剂中,充分搅拌完全溶解,制备得到油墨3。
(2)采用表面施胶涂布方式将油墨3涂布到接装原纸上,得到所述烟用接装纸3,油墨涂布量为3g/m2。
实施例4
(1)将从市场上购买的天然着色剂1克红曲红和烟用香精香料1克甘草提取物溶入由11.76克水、39.2克乙醇、47.04克丙二醇组成的混合溶剂中,充分搅拌完全溶解,制备得到油墨4。
(2)采用表面施胶涂布方式将油墨4涂布到接装原纸上,油墨涂布量为6g/m2。
实施例5
(1)将从市场上购买的天然着色剂5克β-胡萝卜素、2克甜菜红、3克叶绿素铜钠盐和烟用香精香料15克烟用薄荷香精溶入由9克水、30克乙醇、36克丙二醇组成的混合溶剂中,充分搅拌完全溶解,制备得到油墨5。
(2)采用表面施胶涂布方式将油墨5涂布到接装原纸上,油墨涂布量为5g/m2。

1.一种烟用接装纸,所述烟用接装纸是通过油墨印刷得到的,其特征在于:所述烟用接装纸通过如下方式制备得到:将油墨直接印刷到接装原纸上,得到所述烟用接装纸,所述油墨的用量为1-6g/m2,其中,所述油墨为下述组分按质量百分数混合而成:天然着色剂1-10%,烟用香精香料1-15%,溶剂75-98%;其中,所述溶剂为水、乙醇、丙二醇按照重量比3:10:12混合;所述天然着色剂为紫胶红、姜黄素、叶绿素、紫草色素、辣椒红色素、红曲红、甜菜红、叶绿素铜钠盐和β-胡萝卜素中的一种或几种混合。
