本发明涉及一种环保型抗老化塑料。
背景技术
塑料是一种以合成树脂或天然树脂为基础原料,加入(或不加)各种塑料助剂、增强材料和填料,在一定温度、压力下,加工塑制成型或交联固化成型,得的固体材料或制品。塑料给我们生活带来了很多的便利,但常规的塑料其耐酸性能和防氧化性都很差,在经过一段时间的风吹日晒下,塑料会产生氧化反应,从而影响了塑料的使用寿命,所以塑料的性能还有待于改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种环保型抗老化塑料,耐热性强,持久性好,抗晒、防霉,良好的抗老化性,而且环保。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种环保型抗老化塑料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
苯基硅油3-4份,钙锌盐6-8份,甲基丙二醇3-7份,EPDM11-17份,碳酸钙3-6份,单体树脂2-5份,脲醛树脂4-7份,正硅酸甲酯5-8份,聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯3-5份,甲基丙烯酸癸酯6-12份,聚酚氧树脂2-4份,润滑剂1-2份,增塑剂7-14份,纳米碳酸钙6-15份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的环保型抗老化塑料,耐热性强,持久性好,抗晒、防霉,良好的抗老化性,而且环保。

苯基硅油3份,钙锌盐6份,甲基丙二醇3份,EPDM11份,碳酸钙3份,单体树脂2份,脲醛树脂4份,正硅酸甲酯5份,聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯3份,甲基丙烯酸癸酯6份,聚酚氧树脂2份,润滑剂1份,增塑剂7份,纳米碳酸钙6份。

苯基硅油4份,钙锌盐8份,甲基丙二醇7份,EPDM17份,碳酸钙6份,单体树脂5份,脲醛树脂7份,正硅酸甲酯8份,聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯5份,甲基丙烯酸癸酯12份,聚酚氧树脂4份,润滑剂2份,增塑剂14份,纳米碳酸钙15份。

苯基硅油3-4份,钙锌盐6-8份,甲基丙二醇3-7份,EPDM11-17份,碳酸钙3-6份,单体树脂2-5份,脲醛树脂4-7份,正硅酸甲酯5-8份,聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯3-5份,甲基丙烯酸癸酯6-12份,聚酚氧树脂2-4份,润滑剂1-2份,增塑剂7-14份,纳米碳酸钙6-15份。
