Abstract

"AGLUTINANTE PARA PRODUçãO DE ARTIGOS MOLDADOS, E ARTIGOS MOLDADOS PRODUZIDOS UTILIZANDO ESSE AGLUTINANTE". Esta invenção refere-se a um aglutinante para produção de artigos moldados e a artigos moldados produzidos usando esse aglutinante. O aglutinante possui um teor de A) um polímero constituído de 0 a 50% em peso de pelo menos um ácido dicarboxílico etilenicamente insaturado, os anidridos e/ou os sais deste, e de 50 a 100% em peso de pelo menos um ácido monocarboxílico etilenicamente insaturado, B) pelo menos uma amina, que poderá conter menos de dois grupos OH, em uma quantidade tal que o valor de pH do aglutinante situe-se em uma faixa de 2 a 7, C) de 0,5 a 30% em peso, em relação aos sólidos (A+B), de um agente de reticulação baseado em resina de epóxido ou de acrilato, e, opcionalmente, adicionalmente um poliol que apresenta pelo menos dois grupos OH, em uma quantidade de até 20% em peso, em relação aos sólidos. Os artigos moldados produzidos usando esse aglutinante podem ser produzidos em temperaturas mais baixas e dentro de períodos de produção mais curtos e apresentam resistência aperfeiçoada à água.
