本发明涉及一种可变角度防拧断丝锥夹具,该工具主要由工具柄、十字万向联轴器、复位弹簧、传动轴、丝锥夹头、转矩调节弹簧、滚珠、调节螺钉构成,其特征在于:是当要加工的螺纹底孔发生倾斜时,通过十字万向联轴器,传动轴沿轴线可偏转角度,从而与螺纹底孔保持同轴,当过载时,丝锥方柄将转矩传递钢球推进孔中,转矩传递钢球失去了传递转矩的作用,防止了丝锥折断。本发明具有结构简单,成本低廉,无故障,方便、灵活实用的优点。

本发明涉及一种丝锥夹具,具体说是一种可变角度防拧断丝锥夹具。
背景技术
目前,加工螺纹孔的丝锥夹具在使用过程中,丝锥与夹具的工具柄总是保持在同一轴线上,并且夹紧力是固定不变的。遇到螺纹底孔倾斜、加工过程中切削力过大时,容易将丝锥折断或是拧断。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理、简单,使用方便、灵活,成本低廉的可变角度防拧断丝锥夹具。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种可变角度防拧断丝锥夹具,设有工具柄、十字万向联轴器、复位弹簧、传动轴、丝锥夹头、转矩调节弹簧、转矩传递钢珠、调节螺钉,其特征在于:工具柄安装在钻床上,工具柄上设有十字万向轴,传动轴通过十字万向轴、固定销分别与工具柄、丝锥夹头相连,丝锥装在下端的丝锥夹头上,丝锥夹头上位于传动轴两侧还设有转矩调节钢珠,转矩调节弹簧与调节螺钉之间设有转矩调节弹簧。                             
本发明由于采用了上述结构,外部动力带动工具柄通过传动轴带动丝锥夹头转动对工件进向切削加工。该装置具有结构简单,成本低廉,方便、灵活。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述:
如附图所示,本发明涉及一种可变角度防拧断丝锥夹具,设有工具柄1、十字万向联轴器2、复位弹簧3、传动轴4、丝锥夹头5、 转矩传递钢球6、调节螺钉7、转矩调节弹簧8、丝锥9,其特征在于:该装置工作前工具柄1与钻床相连,连接后在复位弹簧3的作用下,工具柄1与传动轴4在不受外力的作用下总能保持同轴,然后把丝锥9装入丝锥夹头内,拧入调节螺钉7,压缩转矩调节弹簧8通过转矩传递钢珠6夹紧丝锥9,开动钻床后动力通过传动轴4带动丝锥9转动,当要加工的螺纹底孔发生倾斜时,通过十字万向联轴器2传动轴4沿轴线偏转角度,从而与螺纹底孔保持同轴,当过载时,丝锥方柄将转矩传递钢球6推进孔中,转矩传递钢球失去了传递转矩的作用,防止了丝锥9折断。用调节螺钉7调节不同的安全转矩,当调节螺钉7旋到底,便可得到极限转矩。
该装置具有结构简单,成本低廉,无故障,方便、灵活的优点。

1.一种可变角度防拧断丝锥夹具,设有工具柄、十字万向联轴器、复位弹簧、传动轴、丝锥夹头、转矩调节弹簧、转矩传递钢珠、调节螺钉,其特征在于:工具柄安装在钻床上,工具柄上设有十字万向轴,传动轴通过十字万向轴、固定销分别与工具柄、丝锥夹头相连,丝锥装在下端的丝锥夹头上,丝锥夹头上位于传动轴两侧还设有转矩调节钢珠,转矩调节弹簧与调节螺钉之间设有转矩调节弹簧。
