本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀变温室冷藏室蒸发器,包括冷藏室蒸发器、变温室蒸发器、毛细管;冷藏室蒸发器包括冷藏室铝板、冷藏室换热管,冷藏室换热管多回合折弯后固定于冷藏室铝板上;变温室蒸发器包括变温室铝板、变温室换热管,变温室换热管多回合折弯后固定于变温室铝板上;冷藏室换热管、变温室换热管一端连接在一起;冷藏室铝板、冷藏室换热管、变温室铝板和变温室换热管表面涂覆有防腐漆层;进一步改进在于:变温室换热管折弯的一端端部形状为9字形结构;冷藏室换热管为分体式结构,由管体和固定连接端部的接头组成,管体为铝管,接头为铜管。本发明投资少,防腐处理时间短,效果好,换热效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及蒸发器,尤其涉及一种冰箱蒸发器。
背景技术
现有冰箱冷藏蒸发器多为传统的板管式结构,这种蒸发器为达到一定的防腐效果,整体需要表面阳极氧化。要进行阳极氧化需要投资流水线,投资成本高,工艺流程较为复杂,且阳极氧化需要的时间很长,效率较低。
发明内容
本实用型针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著简化防腐工艺,投资省,工艺时间短,效率高的耐腐蚀变温室冷藏室蒸发器。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐腐蚀变温室冷藏室蒸发器,包括冷藏室蒸发器、变温室蒸发器、毛细管;所述冷藏室蒸发器包括冷藏室铝板、冷藏室换热管,所述冷藏室换热管多回合折弯后固定于冷藏室铝板上;所述变温室蒸发器包括变温室铝板、变温室换热管,所述变温室换热管多回合折弯后固定于变温室铝板上;所述冷藏室换热管、变温室换热管一端连接在一起;其改进之处在于:所述冷藏室铝板、冷藏室换热管、变温室铝板和变温室换热管表面涂覆有防腐漆层。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述变温室换热管折弯的一端端部形状为9字形结构。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述冷藏室换热管为分体式结构,由管体和固定连接端部的接头组成,所述管体为铝管,接头为铜管。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述毛细管表面涂覆有防腐漆层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1. 冷藏室铝板、冷藏室换热管、变温室铝板和变温室换热管表面涂覆有防腐漆层,无需进行表面阳极氧化,避免投资阳极氧化流水线,显著简化防腐工艺,投资省,同时防腐处理工艺时间短,效率高。
2. 变温室换热管一端 9 字形结构曲线有一段圆弧向内弯曲,平行排列的换热管可排列得比较紧凑,这样增加了换热管的有效长度,从而提高变温室换热效率。
3. 作为蒸发管主体的管体为铝管,接头为铜管,这样不仅显著提高了制冷效果,也大大减轻了重量。
4. 毛细管表面涂覆有防腐漆层,进一步简化防腐工艺。

附图所示耐腐蚀变温室冷藏室蒸发器,包括冷藏室蒸发器1、变温室蒸发器2、毛细管7;冷藏室蒸发器1包括冷藏室铝板1.1、冷藏室换热管1.2,冷藏室换热管1.2多回合折弯后固定于冷藏室铝板1.1上;变温室蒸发器2包括变温室铝板2.1、变温室换热管2.2,变温室换热管2.2多回合折弯后固定于变温室铝板2.1上;冷藏室换热管1.2、变温室换热管2.2一端连接在一起;冷藏室铝板1.1、冷藏室换热管1.2、温室铝板2.1和变温室换热管2.2表面涂覆有防腐漆层,毛细管7表面也涂覆有防腐漆层。
变温室换热管2.2折弯的一端端部形状为9字形结构。
冷藏室换热管1.2为分体式结构,由管体1.2.1和固定连接端部的接头1.2.2组成,管体1.2.1为铝管,接头1.2.2为铜管。

1.一种耐腐蚀变温室冷藏室蒸发器,包括冷藏室蒸发器(1)、变温室蒸发器(2)和毛细管(7);所述冷藏室蒸发器(1)包括冷藏室铝板(1.1)、冷藏室换热管(1.2),所述冷藏室换热管(1.2)多回合折弯后固定于冷藏室铝板(1.1)上;所述变温室蒸发器(2)包括变温室铝板(2.1)、变温室换热管(2.2),所述变温室换热管(2.2)多回合折弯后固定于变温室铝板(2.1)上;所述冷藏室换热管(1.2)、变温室换热管(2.2)一端连接在一起;其特征在于:所述冷藏室铝板(1.1)、冷藏室换热管(1.2)、变温室铝板(2.1)和变温室换热管(2.2)表面涂覆有防腐漆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀变温室冷藏室蒸发器,其特征在于:所述变温室换热管(2.2)折弯的一端端部形状为9字形结构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐腐蚀变温室冷藏室蒸发器,其特征在于:所述冷藏室换热管(1.2)为分体式结构,由管体(1.2.1)和固定连接端部的接头(1.2.2)组成,所述管体(1.2.1)为铝管,接头(1.2.2)为铜管。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐腐蚀变温室冷藏室蒸发器,其特征在于:所述毛细管(7)表面涂覆有防腐漆层。
