Abstract

本发明属于防止液化气瓶阀门被非正常开启的技术领域,具体涉及一种具有卫生功能的液化气瓶阀门封口套。本发明解决了液化气瓶在充气时阀门手轮被别人污染的问题,在封口套上部与封口套下部之间且沿着封口套圆周方向设置有便于撕开的由若干个孔构成的撕开线,使得在撕开封口套时仍能保留包裹在阀门手轮上的薄膜,从而使受污染的阀门手轮被薄膜隔离。本发明在保持封口套原有功能的同时轻易获得了隔离污染的功能,并且比原来更容易撕去封口套,同时具有虽然功能增加但原有功能不降低、使用步骤不增加和产品成本不增加等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于防止液化气瓶阀门被非正常开启的技术领域,具体涉及一种具有卫生功能的液化气瓶阀门封口套。
背景技术
民用液化气瓶阀门的封口套是采用热收缩塑料薄膜制造,在液化气瓶充气完毕,用封口套套在阀门上,然后对封口套加热,封口套受热收缩包裹住包括阀门手轮和阀体在内的整个阀门,以能够在运输和销售过程中保护阀门和防止他人开启阀门。在使用液化气时把包裹在阀门上的封口套全部撕去,便可对阀门进行操作。所以目前液化气瓶阀门的封口套除上述功能外,再无其他功能。
民用液化气瓶在充气时,液化气瓶阀门的手轮通常会被别人的手污染,如果是换用别人用过的液化气瓶更会觉得阀门手轮坑脏。通常家庭主妇是用布块裹住阀门手轮才使用。
发明内容
本发明针对上述液化气瓶的阀门手轮易被别人污染的问题,提供一种具有卫生功能的液化气瓶阀门封口套,这种封口套的结构能够使得在撕开封口套时仍能保留包裹在阀门手轮上的薄膜,从而使受污染的阀门手轮被薄膜隔离。
本发明具有卫生功能的液化气瓶阀门封口套是这样实现的:所述封口套包括可包裹阀门手轮的封口套上部和可包裹阀体的封口套下部,在所述封口套上部与所述封口套下部之间且沿着封口套圆周方向设置有便于撕开的由若干个孔构成的撕开线,在撕开包裹在阀体上的所述封口套下部时,所述封口套下部只能沿着撕开线与包裹在阀门手轮上的所述封口套上部分离,从而保留包裹在阀门手轮上的薄膜。
作为优选,所述封口套撕开线上的孔的周长略大于人的食指的周长,以能够用手指插入撕开线上的孔将包裹在阀体上的所述封口套下部撕去。
作为优选,所述封口套撕开线上的孔的最佳形状是缝,缝的长度方向与所述封口套的圆周方向一致。
本发明的积极效果在于:由于本发明采用了上述结构,使得在撕去包裹在阀门上的封口套时保留包裹在阀门手轮上的薄膜,从而使得受污染的阀门手轮被薄膜隔离,在保持封口套原有功能的同时轻易获得了隔离污染的功能,并且比原来更容易撕去封口套,同时具有虽然功能增加但原有功能不降低、使用步骤不增加和产品成本不增加等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照图2和图3,一种具有卫生功能的液化气瓶阀门封口套,所述封口套包括可包裹阀门手轮的封口套上部201和可包裹阀体的封口套下部203,在所述封口套上部与所述封口套下部之间且沿着封口套圆周方向设置有便于撕开的由若干个孔构成的撕开线202,在撕开包裹在阀体上的所述封口套下部203时,所述封口套下部203只能沿着撕开线202与包裹在阀门手轮上的所述封口套上部201分离,从而保留包裹在阀门手轮上的薄膜。
所述封口套撕开线上的孔的最佳大小是孔的周长略大于人的食指的周长,这样有利于用手指插入撕开线上的孔将包裹在阀体上的所述封口套的下部撕去。
所述封口套撕开线上的孔可以是任意形状,但从制造经济角度和容易撕开的角度考虑,所述的孔的形状以缝为最佳,缝的长度方向与所述封口套的圆周方向一致。
使用本发明具有卫生功能的液化气瓶阀门封口套的过程是:在液化气瓶充气完毕,用本发明封口套套在阀门上,然后对封口套加热,封口套受热收缩包裹住整个阀门,充满气的液化气瓶运到家后,用手指插入封口套的撕开线上的孔,然后将包裹在阀体上的封口套下部薄膜撕去,保留包裹在阀门手轮上的薄膜,便可清洁干净地操作液化气瓶的阀门了。

1.一种具有卫生功能的液化气瓶阀门封口套,其特征在于所述封口套包括可包裹阀门手轮的封口套上部薄膜和可包裹阀体的封口套下部薄膜,在所述封口套上部薄膜与所述封口套下部薄膜之间且沿着封口套圆周方向设置有便于撕开的由若干个孔构成的撕开线,在撕开包裹在阀体上的所述封口套下部薄膜时,所述封口套下部薄膜只能沿着撕开线与包裹在阀门手轮上的所述封口套上部薄膜分离,从而保留包裹在阀门手轮上的封口套上部薄膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有卫生功能的液化气瓶阀门封口套,其特征在于所述封口套撕开线上的孔的周长略大于人的食指的周长,以能够用手指插入撕开线上的孔将包裹在阀体上的所述封口套下部薄膜撕去。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有卫生功能的液化气瓶阀门封口套,其特征在于所述封口套撕开线上的孔的最佳形状是缝,缝的长度方向与所述封口套的圆周方向一致。
