本发明属于内燃发动机技术领域,涉及发动机配气机构。
背景技术
发动机配气机构是按照气缸的工作循环要求,适时地开启和关闭进、排气门,以满足可燃混合气适时地进入气缸做功,废气适时顺利地排出气缸。
目前常用的配气机构是曲轴通过正时链、或正时皮带驱动凸轮轴,由凸轮驱动进、排气门,以满足气缸进、排气要求。为了使发动机在各种转速下输出最大功率,设计了配气相位,设计了可变气门正时配气机构,便于气缸能进入更多的新鲜空气,由于受凸轮型线的过渡段限制,随着发动机转速提高就不可避免地发生气缸充气不足和排气不净的现象,使发动机动力性、经济性下降。
还有一类是电磁气门,原理是将电能转化为电磁力驱动气门,打开气门速度快,开度大,进气量多,提高了发动机的功率,存在的问题:在排气行程时,气缸内为燃烧后的高压气体,如采用电磁驱动排气门,要克服气缸内的气体压力与排气门弹簧的预紧张力之和,为达到要求,要么增大电磁线圈体积,这样不利于发动机小型化,线圈还难以布局,要么增大线圈电流,这样受材料制约,功耗增加。
发明内容
为了解决以上不足,本发明提出解决方案是:由两种驱动形式组合而成的配气机构。
进气系统由电磁驱动,包括传感器,控制器,电磁线圈模块,进气门,进气门导管,进气门弹簧等组成。
排气系统由传统的正时链,凸轮轴,凸轮,摇臂,排气门,排气门导管,排气门弹簧等组成。
当进气行程时,排气门闭,气缸内的压力为负压,打开进气门的力只要能克服气门弹簧的预紧张力就能使进气门打开,采用电磁驱动进气门,既能保证进气门适时迅速打开,气门开度大,进气量充足,关闭迅速,特别是发动机高速运转时,功率提高明显;当压缩和做功行程时,进、排气门都处于关闭状态;当排气行程时,由于气缸内的压力大于进气行程时的压力,故采用凸轮驱动,以弥补使用电磁驱动力的不足。
这样做可以减少发动机的零部件,使转速提升迅速,功率提高,能耗降低,易实现发动机的模块化和小型化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,具体说明一下组合配气机构的组成及工作过程。这种发动机组合配气机构包括由电磁驱动的进气系统和由凸轮驱动的排气系统。
发动机运转开始,当处于进气行程时控制器根据传感器获得的信号经计算向进气门电磁线圈模块(1)输送电力,线圈产生磁场,克服进气门弹簧(2)的预紧张力,沿进气门导管(3)推动进气门(4)打开。进气结束,进气门(4)在进气门弹簧(2)的作用下迅速关闭;当处于压缩行程和做功行程时,进气门(4)排气门(9)均不动作,在气门弹簧(2)(7)预紧张力的作用下,处于关闭状态。当处于排气行程时,排气门(9)在凸轮(5)的转动下,通过摇臂(6)克服排气门弹簧(7)的预紧张力与气缸内的压力之和,沿排气门导管(8)推动排气门(9)打开,排气行程结束,排气门(9)在排气门弹簧(7)的作用下关闭,完成一个工作行程。
