本发明公开了一种助焊剂,成分的质量配比包括:松香树脂50份,聚乙烯5-8份,聚丙烯5-8份,聚氯乙烯5-8份,聚苯乙烯5-8份,邻羟基苯甲酸2-5份,丁二酸2-4份,有机溶剂100份,防腐蚀剂1-3份,助溶剂1-3份,成膜剂1-3份。通过上述方式,本发明助焊剂具有阻止氧化、溶解废料、免清洗、腐蚀性小、保护性强、来源广泛、使用安全等优点,在助焊剂的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

一种助焊剂
技术领域
本发明涉及电子试剂领域,特别是涉及一种助焊剂。
背景技术
助焊剂在焊接工艺中能帮助和促进焊接过程,同时具有保护作用、阻止氧化反应的化学物质,主要有辅助热传导、去除氧化物、降低被焊接材质表面张力、去除被焊接材质表面油污、增大焊接面积、防止再氧化等几个方面。
现有助焊剂一般采用卤素助焊剂,助焊效果好,但是腐蚀性较强、毒性较大、对环境造成较大的污染和危害,不利于长时期使用。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种助焊剂,通过采用不含卤素助焊剂代替传统的卤素助焊剂,并增加溶解废料的作用,阻止氧化、溶解废料、免清洗、腐蚀性小、保护性强、来源广泛、使用安全,在助焊剂的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种助焊剂,成分的质量配比包括:
松香树脂50份,
聚乙烯5-8份,
聚丙烯5-8份,
聚氯乙烯5-8份,
聚苯乙烯5-8份,
邻羟基苯甲酸2-5份,
丁二酸2-4份,
有机溶剂100份,
防腐蚀剂1-3份,
助溶剂1-3份,
成膜剂1-3份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述有机溶剂包括乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、丙酮、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯的一种或者多种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明助焊剂具有阻止氧化、溶解废料、免清洗、腐蚀性小、保护性强、来源广泛、使用安全等优点,在助焊剂的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

一种助焊剂,成分的质量配比包括:
松香树脂50份,
聚乙烯5-8份,
聚丙烯5-8份,
聚氯乙烯5-8份,
聚苯乙烯5-8份,
邻羟基苯甲酸2-5份,
丁二酸2-4份,
有机溶剂100份,
防腐蚀剂1-3份,
助溶剂1-3份,
成膜剂1-3份。
其中,采用天然松香树脂和人工合成树脂共同作用,在焊接过程中起到很好的防止氧化、防止在氧化、保护焊接等作用,并采用邻羟基苯甲酸和丁二酸来溶解焊接过程中产生的废料,免清洗,有助于焊接的连续性。
优选地,所述有机溶剂包括乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、丙酮、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯的一种或者多种,有效增加了溶质的溶解性,从而增强了助焊的效果和稳定性。
本发明助焊剂的有益效果是:
一、通过采用不含卤素的天然松香树脂和人工合成树脂作为助焊剂的主要成分,在不降低助焊能力的基础上减少了对环境的危害,清洗力强、腐蚀性小;
二、通过采用乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、丙酮、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯的一种或者多种作为溶剂,有效增加溶质的溶解性,从而增强了助焊的效果和稳定性。

有机溶剂100份,
防腐蚀剂1-3份,
助溶剂1-3份,
成膜剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的助焊剂,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂包括乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、丙酮、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯的一种或者多种。
