Abstract

本发明公开了一种直下式背光模块,其包括背板、框体、电路板、锁固件、多个发光元件及多个光学膜片。框体承靠在背板上并具有开孔。电路板具有凸部,而凸部穿设于开孔。锁固件将电路板锁固至背板,以将框体固定至背板。这些发光元件配置在电路板上。这些光学膜片叠设在框体上。

直下式背光模块
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种液晶显示器,特别是有关于液晶显示器的直下式背光模块。
背景技术
液晶显示器主要包括液晶模块及背光模块,其中背光模块是设置于液晶模块后方的面光源。依照发光元件的位置不同,背光模块的种类包含直下式背光模块与侧光式背光模块。直下式背光模块是将发光元件水平排列来产生光线。由于发光二极管的生产成本已经降低至符合市场需求,所以采用发光二极管作为背光模块的发光元件已经成为市场趋势。
然而,目前直下式背光模块的零件间的组装大量采用螺丝锁固,这浪费人力及工时,并且工作人员在长时间的组装作业后可能因疲劳而导致漏锁的情况。
与直下式背光模块相关的专利有中国专利号CN102606963与中国台湾专利号TWI361308。
发明内容
本发明提出一种直下式背光模块,用以作为液晶显示器的光源。
本发明的其它目的和优点可以从本发明所揭露的技术特征中得到进一步的了解。
为达上述之一或部分或全部目的或是其它目的,本发明的一实施例提供一种直下式背光模块,其包括背板、框体、电路板、锁固件、多个发光元件及多个光学膜片。框体承靠在背板上并具有开孔。电路板具有凸部,而凸部穿设于开孔。锁固件将电路板锁固至背板,以将框体固定至背板。这些发光元件配置在电路板上。这些光学膜片叠设在框体上。
基于上述,在本发明的上述实施例中,通过电路板的凸部穿设至框体的开孔,使得锁固至背板的电路板可将框体也间接地固定至背板,因而减少了传统锁固于背板与框体之间的锁固件,故可节省人力及工时,也减少了漏锁的可能。
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合所附图式作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
有关本发明的前述及其它技术内容、特点与功效,在以下配合参考图式的优选实施例的详细说明中,将可清楚的呈现。以下实施例中所提到的方向用语,例如:上、下、左、右、前或后等,仅是参考附图的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用来说明并非用来限制本发明。
图1是本发明的一实施例的一种直下式背光模块的剖面示意图。请参考图1,本实施例的直下式背光模块100包括背板110、框体120、电路板130、锁固件140、多个发光元件150及多个光学膜片160。框体120承靠在背板110上并具有一个或多个第一开孔122。电路板130具有一个或多个第一凸部132,而第一凸部132穿设于第一开孔122。锁固件140(例如螺丝)将电路板130锁固至背板110,以将框体120固定至背板110。这些发光元件150(例如是发光二极管)配置在电路板130上。这些光学膜片160叠设在框体120上。因此,当电路板130通过锁固件140锁固至背板110时,电路板130穿设于第一开孔122的第一凸部132连带地将框体120固定至背板110,因而减少了传统锁固于背板110与框体120之间的锁固件。
图2是图1的电路板正组装至框体的俯视图。请参考图2,在本实施例中,电路板130可具有成对的两个第一凸部132,该成对的两个第一凸部132分别位在该电路板130的两相对外侧,该框体120具有成对的两个第一开孔122,该成对的两个第一开孔122对应该成对的两个第一凸部132分别位在该框体120的两相对内侧。此外,每一该第一开孔122可具有一可动段122a及一固定段122b。这两可动段122a之间的最大距离a大于该成对的两个第一凸部132之间的最大距离c,且该成对的两个第一凸部132之间的最大距离c大于该两固定段122b之间的最大距离b。
图3是图2的电路板已组装至框体的俯视图。请参考图2及图3,在组装过程中,将电路板130垂直地移入框体120内,使得第一凸部132先进入对应的第一开孔122的可动段122a,如图3所示。接着,将电路板130相对于框体120水平地移动,使得第一凸部132从可动段122a移动至固定段122b,如图4所示。由于框体120的内侧朝框体120的中央倾斜,如图1所示,所以在不使框体120弹性变形的情况下,通过将第一凸部132移动至第一开孔的可动段122a,接着将第一凸部132从可动段122a移动至固定段122b,使得电路板130无法垂直地移出框体120。
请再参考图2,框体120还可具有第二开孔124,电路板130具有第二凸部134,且第二凸部134穿设于第二开孔124,以将框体120固定至背板110。在本实施例中,当电路板130相对于框体120水平地移动,使得第一凸部132从可动段122a移动至固定段122b时,第二凸部134也对应穿设于第二开孔124。
图4是图2的另一电路板已组装至框体的俯视图。请参考图4,在本实施例中,直下式背光模块100可包括另一电路板130a,其具有相似于电路板130的结构,并可配置有图1的发光元件150。电路板130a可透过类似于框体120与电路板130之间的组装方式组装至框体120,并与电路板130一起布满框体120所围成的区域。在其它未示出的实施例中,电路板130的数量不限于两个,只要能布满框体120所围成的区域即可。
请再参考图1,在本实施例中,这些光学膜片160之一可为扩散片。此外,直下式背光模块100还可包括一反射片170,其叠置在电路板130上,而锁固件140将反射片170及电路板130锁固至背板110。
综上所述,在本发明的上述实施例中,通过电路板的凸部穿设至框体的开孔,使得锁固至背板的电路板可将框体也间接地固定至背板,因而减少了传统锁固于背板与框体之间的锁固件,故可节省人力及工时,也减少了漏锁的可能。

Claims (5)

1.一种直下式背光模块,包括背板、框体、电路板、锁固件、多个发光元件以及多个光学膜片,
该框体承靠在该背板上并具有成对的两个第一开孔,每一该第一开孔具有一可动段及一固定段,
该电路板具有成对的两个第一凸部,该成对的两个第一凸部对应穿设于该成对的两个第一开孔,该成对的两个第一凸部分别位在该电路板的两相对外侧,该成对的两个第一开孔对应该成对的两个第一凸部分别位在该框体的两相对内侧,两个该可动段之间的最大距离大于该成对的两个第一凸部之间的最大距离,且该成对的两个第一凸部之间的最大距离大于两个该固定段之间的最大距离,
该锁固件将该电路板锁固至该背板,以将该框体固定至该背板,
该些发光元件配置在该电路板上,
该些光学膜片叠设在该框体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模块,其特征在于,该框体具有第二开孔,该电路板具有第二凸部,且该第二凸部穿设于该第二开孔,以将该框体固定至该背板。
3.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模块,其特征在于,所述光学膜片之一为扩散片。
4.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模块,还包括:
反射片,叠置在该电路板上。
5.如权利要求4所述的直下式背光模块,其特征在于,该锁固件将该反射片及该电路板锁固至该背板。
