Abstract
该高强度低扭力旋塞阀,包括主体,主体的内部装有上、下阀座及球座,球座、旋钮A、B被卡在阀座外套内的固定位置上,阀座外套被装在主体内,并被调节螺母所限位,而旋钮A被卡在旋钮的凹槽内,装在主体的侧面孔内,使用时,将高强度低扭力旋塞阀装在井口油管上,当有压力上涌时,用扳手旋动旋钮,旋钮连接旋钮A、B,推动球座一起转动,当旋至“关”位置时,球座刚好关闭主体的内通径,此时可控制井内压力上涌;当需要泄压时,扳动旋钮,此时,球座上的小眼起到连通作用,把高的压力源连通到阀座外套与主体间的空隙中,旋钮A、B所受压力与球座所受压力达平衡,此时只需较低的扭力,即可扳动旋钮旋,打开主通径,实现安全放喷,保证施工安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及油田作业领域所用的一种手动控制阀设备,一种高强度低扭力旋塞阀。
技术背景
目前,在抽油机修井作业施工过程中,易发生管柱内流动的液体涌向井口,发生井喷,施工过程具有一定的危险性,而常规旋塞阀可关闭旋塞阀,控制井喷,但当井内压力达到10Mpa以上时,若要实施放喷,常规旋塞阀受井内压力影响,无法打开开关,因而无法保证施工的进行。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中的问题,本发明提供一种新的手动控制阀设备,高强度低扭力旋塞阀,该高强度低扭力旋塞阀在抽油机修井作业施工过程中,能快速关闭管柱内流动的液体,防止井喷,当井内压力较高时,此时若要实施放喷,用扳手旋动旋钮,且在旋动过程中,只需较低的扭力,即可打开开关,实现放喷,起到安全施工的目的。
本发明的技术方案是:该高强度低扭力旋塞阀包括主体,主体的侧面有一旋钮开关孔,主体的内部装有上、下阀座,上下阀座的中间夹一球座,球座的上下被卡在旋钮A及旋钮B内,旋钮A及旋钮B被装在阀座外套上,阀座外套又装在主体内,并被调节螺帽所限位,而旋钮A被卡在旋钮凹槽内,旋钮装在主体侧面的旋钮孔内。
本发明具有如下有益效果:耐压达70Mpa,在此强压力下,开闭旋钮,扭力仅为10-12N.M,能在强压下快速安全的放喷,保证施工安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:如附图中所示,该高强度低扭力旋塞阀,包括主体1,主体1的侧面有一旋钮开关孔,主体的内部装有下阀座3及上阀座8,上阀座8和下阀座3之间夹一球座4,球座4的上下有凹槽,被卡在旋钮A6及旋钮B7上,旋钮A6及旋钮B7又被卡在阀座外套2内的固定位置上,阀座外套2被装在主体1内,并被调节螺母9所限位,而旋钮A6被卡在旋钮5的凹槽内,旋钮5装在主体1的侧面旋钮孔内,实际使用时将高强度低扭力旋塞阀装在井口油管上(公扣头向下),当井下出现异常现象,有压力上涌时,可迅速用扳手旋动旋钮5,在此过程中,旋钮5连接旋钮A6及旋钮B7,推动球座4一起转动,当旋钮5旋至“关”位置时,球座4刚好关闭主体1的内通径,即关闭高强度低扭力旋塞阀,此时可控制井内压力上涌现象,当需要释放井内压力源时,用扳手扳动旋钮5,在此过程中,球座4上的小眼起到连通作用,把高的压力源连通到阀座外套2与主体1间的空隙中,旋钮A6及旋钮B7所受压力源的压力与球座4所受压力源的压力达平衡,旋钮5连接旋钮A6及旋钮B7,推动球座4一起转动,只需较低的扭力,即可将旋钮5旋至“开”位置,球座4刚好开通主体1的内通径,实现安全放喷,保证施工安全。

1.高强度低扭力旋塞阀包括主体,主体的侧面有一旋钮开关孔,主体的内部装有上、下阀座,上下阀座的中间夹一球座,球座的上下被卡在旋钮A及旋钮B内,旋钮A及旋钮B被装在阀座外套上,阀座外套又装在主体内,并被调节螺帽所限位,而旋钮A被卡在旋钮凹槽内,旋钮装在主体侧面的旋钮孔内。
